Chimney sweep service for my wood burning stove. They managed to book me in fairly quickly. Very convenient service, they send instructions on how to prepare, what to expect and a reminder of the appointment. You can even track how far away your chimney sweep is prior to your slot. Payment took about 2 secs online. Adam worked very quickly and efficiently and gave us loads of advice on our stove which has been overheating. I’ll surely be using them next year and would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and affordable service.

Arranged for a service/clean of my wood burner. Arrived on time and from what I could see did a very thorough and competent job - explained what was being done and took time to answer a couple of questions I had. Took great care not to make any mess and everything was spotless at the end. Very happy with the service.

Two man team arrived as promised - they checked everything and proceeded to clean the stove and chimney. Once the job was completed everything was removed and within minutes the invoice and certificate with photos were received. Highly recommend this company 5* service

Easy to book with Faith by phone, she quickly found us a date for our annual chimney sweep with SweepSmart. Tony arrived on time and carried out a full sweep, clean and test of our chimney and fireplace and tested our carbon monoxide alarm. Tony also helped us with a wear and tear issue in our fireplace, quickly rectifying the immediate problem and advising us on how to make a full repair ourselves. Thanks to Tony's assistance, it will be easy for us to fix what is now a minor problem. Great service all round.

Excellent service. We had a reminder and insight to what would be done by text a few days before the sweep would be done. He arrived promptly. The work was completed and we were advised as to what was needed to ensure safety when the fire was in use. We had a certificate by email too.

An appointment was available the following day due to a cancellation. Keil phoned 30 minutes prior to the visit and arrived on time. Stove chimney was swept and checked cleanly and rapidly. We also asked Keil about sweeping our fireplace chimney which we only use occasionally. Keil took a look and said it looked fine, although he was willing to clean it if we wanted. He was cheerful and friendly and we valued his integrity.

I was informed by text that the chimney sweeper will be arriving in 25 minutes which he did. Two men arrived and covered my floor in mats to protect my carpet then got on with sweeping my chimney which dident take no time at all (thorough job done) The men then installed a beam which looks very nice. Communication was excellent throughout - from the initial quote to the chimney being swept. We were given a time window 48 hours before and kept updated with arrival time on the day. They also gave useful information on what to expect from the visit and how to prepare. The chimney sweep was friendly, efficient and left the room really clean. They were able to advise on a repair to the fireback which was helpful. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

The two gentlemen turned up after a text to let me know when they would arrive . Did a great clean job sorted out mistakes made by a previous cleaning and gave good advice . Well worth the money

SweepSmart were first rate start to finish. Very efficient and pleasant member of the team when booking, then reminders and relevant information up to the day itself. Had to inform them that I had a parking restriction outside my house but was not a problem as arranged to come after 10 am Contacted by Richard on the day with the ETA, and he arrived dead on time. Richard then swept the chimney thoroughly efficiently and cleanly, leaving the room exactly as he had found it. The certificate and paperwork arrived immediately afterwards. Job excellently done. Highly recommended.

We wanted our old chimney swept after many years of not being used and chose SweepSmart. Communication was excellent with text confirmation and a follow up text in the day to confirm when they would arrive. Adam arrived promptly and set up. He talked me through what was happening as he worked. We also discussed chimney caps and best way to block the chimney to avoid drafts when not in use. A lot of debris and soot was removed, but the whole process was very clean due to setup. Pictures were taken before and after and form part of the certificate that was issued. Overall extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Arranged for the chimney to be swept, CCTV survey and smoke test. The process was clean and efficient. The operator was polite and helpful, explaining the process. The cost was reasonable, particularly given the standard of workmanship. I shall be using them for the installation of the fireplace.
