Good experience. Was easy to book appointment arrived exactly when booked, did work, was helpful with advice. Provided email certificates which is far more helpful for retaining than paper copies. Will be using again.

Tony arrived on time and done a superb job of sweeping my chimney and repairing my stove. He explained everything that he was doing and taught me several things about my stove that I didn't know. Sweepsmart swept two chimneys in our residential house. Their administration was very efficient. They came exactly as planned and the work took no longer than promised. They explained what they were doing, described the one or two difficulties that presented themselves and how they dealt with them.They were very unobtrusive and left no trace of their presence behind them. Very pleasant to deal with.

Had the chimney swept for our log burner. We were kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Very happy with the service, from the carpet rolls laid from the front door to the chimney, to prevent marking our flooring, and the friendliness of the man who carried out the inspection and cleaned the chimney. Gave advice and reassurance throughout, and kept me updated on what was happening. Photos & certificates arrived via email promptly after the visit. Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year.

Wow, is all I can say to these sweeps, from ease of booking them Price was cheapest around, care of my home was outstanding from opening the door and Paul the sweep laying mats down to cover my carpet not just by the fire but throughout, my chimney has NEVER been swept like Paul swept it, and inspected it, even booked another colleague to fit another part I needed. In fact my chimney I would say. is the best it has ever looked , WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN, and cannot recommend them highly enough. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE SWEEPS

The whole experience was smooth and professional. Booking, advising arrival time, punctuality of arrival, and protecting the room area from any dirt and dust was spot on. SweepSmart is a very professional company that carries out chimney sweeping with modern equipment. They always send a reminder and are flexible about booking times. They are in and out of the house within twenty minutes having done a great job. Always very polite and don't get in the way of family life. It might seem like a lot of money but it's worth it for the peace of mind.

They managed to get a last minute appointment. Turned up exactly when they said they would, did the job quickly and efficiently and left with no mess!

Professional firm with staff who want to do the right thing. My chimney needed to be cleaned, and I reached out to SweepSmart. They came around promptly to clean the chimney, but identified a bird's nest inside. The environmentally friendly nature of their service meant they would not disturb the nest, as the eggs would still be there. I was amazed that the company follows such great practices, and we rebooked for August as the little eggs would have hatched and the birds would have fled the nest. Tony came along with James, and they cleaned the chimney, left the area very clean, and ensured the birds don’t come back by protecting the chimney with a bird grate. I am very pleased with the service and will only be using them going forward. And prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!!

Richard came today to sweep our chimney, he helpful and friendly. We asked many questions which he was happy to answer and help us with any worry's about our log burner. The sweeping of the chimney was so quick i was shocked, he made zero mess and was just all round really good! Will definitely recommend and will be calling again for next year’s sweep!

Contacted SweepSmart having never used chimney sweeps before. They were able to organise a time slot within 2 weeks during a busy time of year. SweepSmart are a very professional company sending a reminder 2 days before the scheduled appointment with a text message 15 minutes' before arrival. Keil was very efficient and polite and their use of modern equipment meant Keil had completed the job in next to no time and with absolutely no mess. Would have no problem recommending SweepSmart!

Paul (and his assistant, Dad) did a fantastic job on two chimneys in my house. Having just had one room decorated I was a bit anxious about possible mess but I needn't have worried - dust sheets on the floor, everything moved and put back in its place, and not a bit of dust or mess. They were polite, courteous, punctual (very!) and a pleasure to have in my house for the hour it took them to do the work. Paul also gave me some useful and very practical advice about upkeep and draught excluders for the chimneys too. I would definitely use them again, trusted them and can unconditionally recommend Paul and SweepSmart. Thank you very much.
