I can recommend this team of two guys who were very conscientious and cleaned the chimney without fuss taking care to protect the wooden floors and the furniture.

Paul advised via text of arrival time and arrived promptly to time in a clean company vehicle, offering a friendly welcome. All surfaces to the stove site were covered in dust sheets and it included the area for equipment to be placed. The stove and chimney were very expertly cleaned to a high standard. Upon completion Feedback was offered by Paul on the condition of our chimney, liner and type of soot removed. The area was left very clean. A certificate was emailed and the service offered was good value. I would certainly recommend SweepSmart.

I was recommended to use Paul (Sweepsmart) via our Stove installer. The whole service from booking to the 2 hr window and "on the way" messages i received on the same day. Paul was very friendly and went about the Sweeping of our Chimney in a professional way i can now see why he has a 5 star rating, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to future clients.

We are very happy with SweepSmart's work. Paul called back on the same day and booked an appointment for the next day when they arrived at the time scheduled. We had been a bit stressed as we had a bird trapped in our chimney and someone from a different company that was going to come and rescue it never showed up; thankfully the bird fell into our fireplace and eventually flew away. We are so thankful that SweepSmart could come over so quickly and clean our chimney and cap it so that we won't have an issue again! They were professional, efficient, friendly and very helpful, giving us useful advice. Highly recommend!

I had my chimney swept by SweepSmart and the service that I received was exemplary from start to finish. Booking was very easy. I called up and it was scheduled very quickly, with my request for timing being noted and adhered to. I normally hate having to call to book an appointment, but the person I spoke with was so polite and informative. Once the booking was made, a confirmation email is sent with a nice easy link to add it to my calendar. A very simple but hugely helpful touch. The day before I was sent a reminder email giving me all of the details of who will be coming, when and what I would need to do before and during the visit. On the day of the appointment, I was sent a SMS message that gave me the mobile number of the person that would be coming to see me. The person arrived at the right time and was very polite. In these COVID times, every precaution was taken. He had a mask, used gloves, put multiple mats down to protect my house. Most importantly he was very polite which was very welcome especially with a young 1 year old in the house! The work was done inside an hour with no mess at all. I was sent the invoice and certificate of sweep by email the same day along with a link to pay the bill. I absolutely cannot fault the service that I have received. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will certainly be using them again.

Paul comes every year to sweep our chimney and check our stove in the living room. Always polite, efficient and leaves the room spotless. Cannot fault him.

Booking my appointment was efficient and friendly and before the visit I was given full instructions on COVID precautions. Paul sent a text to let me know he was on his way which was within the time slot agreed. Paul wore protective shoe coverings and mask and the Living Room was spotless when he left. Great work on the chimney, including clearing a birds nest and it drew beautifully once done. He cleared up and then emailed me the invoice and Chimney Sweeping certificate. We had a level 1 chimney inspection as we have a working fireplace that we have never used. It was a great service. Paul arrived on time (with a 30 minute warning prior to arrival) and he left our living room very clean. He was very friendly and offered us lots of advice. Highly recommended!

Paul arrived punctually, put down dust sheets from the front door to the chimney (very impressed with this). He did an excellent job, left everything really clean and tidy and also provided advice on a carbon monoxide monitor - we'll definitely get one now. Tony arrived at 7.30am, efficiently got on with the preparation and chimney sweeping and advised us about the need to renew our carbon monoxide monitor in the next couple of years. He was polite and professional, and was careful of Covid-19 safe ways of working. The novelty of the technology taking over all the admin (email confirmation and chimney sweeping certificate, electronic payment and even being able to track where Tony was on his inbound journey) is great too.

This is the second year we have used SweepSmart and both times have been exactly what you'd want. We got an email a couple of days before to remind us and a text on the morning to say exactly when to expect them. No mess was made and they had the equipment to replace a cracked firebrick for us. We'll be using them for as long as we have a chimney!

Paul and his colleague did an outstanding job of installing our new wood-burning stove.
