Paul and his colleague arrived on time (let us know their ETA about 30 minutes before) and did a thorough job of sweeping our chimney. There was absolutely no mess or dust to clean up afterwards - a brilliant job. Paul even gave us some very good safety advice about carbon monoxide from burning fuels - which I would never have thought of from a fire place. I will definitely use this service again and thoroughly recommend it. If it's helpful - you can even pay by card. Brilliant service - deserves to be on Which?

Emailed Paul a couple of weeks ago for a quote, which came back very quickly which I accepted. Paul and his colleague arrived today on time. The were very professional and had on masks for covid and adhered to the social distancing. The work was carried out quickly and effectively. They laid down sheets etc were needed and left the room clean and tidy. I will be using them again and would recommend the service to all who need them.

The job was undertaken very professionally and efficiently. Paul was on time and I can not recommend him highly enough. I will be using him again in a years time to sweep my two chimneys.

Tony arrived on time and fully observed the current covid precautions. I was therefore in another room while the work was carried out so did not observe the cleaning. However, I am satisfied the work was carried out as stated on the certificate and all was left clean and ready to use. I will certainly book them again next year.

Excellent service and a friendly guy. Arrived early and within the window given. Laid down floor coverings from the front door to the fireplace, thorough clean with zero mess. Took about 40 minutes, checked CO2 monitor was in place and in the right position. Gave us advice on airflow to burn the fire a little hotter. Certificate arrived by email an hour or so later. Very happy 5 stars.

I have used SweepSmart for the last few years and have always found them to be reliable and professional with the service they offer. Beginning with the ease of arranging an a date and time for the team to attend, through their website to the helpful reminders and updates (on day of visit) of estimated time of arrival, you are kept informed. The cleaning of my wood burner and chimney was thorough and carried out with care and attention. I am always impressed with the preparations the team put in place to pick up all the ash and any other detritus, as well as preventing any of this from spilling out whilst they go about their work. An important point with a stove located in the living room! After the team has finished all you are left with is a small bag of ash to go into the bin for disposal. Again another good clean with the burner ready for use once more. I will use continue to use SweepSmart and am happy to recommend them to others.

Our chimney was cleaned very well (the quality of the fire has improved dramatically) in a short time with no mess left at all. Paul was an efficient and professional chimney sweep completely on top of the job. We are very satisfied as he was the best chimney sweep we had across in thirty years.

The reminder this year was a bonus having used sweep smart last year they contacted us by email. We were offered a Saturday morning appointment and it was all booked within minutes. Having just had new carpets laid there was no need to worry as Tony covered not just the new carpet but laid down floor coverings from the front door and you wouldn’t have known he’d been. Thorough job and very polite. Documents sent by email. Looking forward to using them again.

Chimney swept. They turned up promptly. The price was as agreed. Very helpful (as they were last time they visited when they cleared a blockage in the chimney). Helpful and pleasant to deal with

SweepSmart did a first-rate job of sweeping out our chimney, carrying out a camera inspection and a smoke leakage test. They texted us to let us know when they would arrive, were on time and were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was left clean without any trace of soot. They gave us helpful advice on how to deal with the smoke leakage, including an illustrated report and a link to a specialist company dealing with this problem. Their administration was well organised and helpful. In summary they did an excellent job for a reasonable price and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

SweepSmart came today and swept our chimney, carrying out a camera inspection and a smoke leakage test. They were on time and patiently answered all our questions about a possible fireplace installation. They used covers for the rug and floor and were careful to leave the room clean without any trace of soot. They sent through the certificate later the same day. Everything was well organised and I am happy to recommend them.

Sweepsmart kept us informed as to when they would arrive. Adam was extremely polite and told us exactly what he was doing. He saved us some money as he did not have to carry out a full clean as he expected to. SweepSmart were on time, polite, efficient and clean. I had three chimneys swept and not a speck of soot was seen in the house after the sweeping was completed. The bags of removed soot I kept for my garden.

Adam carried out work (flue swept on multi fuel burner). He was excellent, knowledgeable, very proficient, fully equipped with all the gear including dust sheets etc, even left me the soot for my garden (slug repellent!). Unreservedly recommended.
