I was so impressed by our chimney sweep service. From booking the appointment by phone all the way through to completion. They arrived on time and we even had a tracker to see exactly when they'd be here. They made no mess and were easygoing and polite. Highly recommend.

Tony and his colleague were really friendly and easy to get on with right from the start. They wasted no time in ensuring they protected my home in advance of carrying out a full sweep of the large Georgian Fireplace. They ensured that they could confirm as many safety checks as possible and provided advice and recommendations on improving both safety and insulation of the fireplace. These guys are the best and are a really reasonably priced company too. Will definitely be booking them again for the next sweep.

Another excellent job by SweepSmart sweeping our wood burner chimney. Fast, efficient and polite. Very happy to use these guys again this year and I find it very helpful to receive the annual reminders that the chimney is due it’s sweep.

We were very impressed with the service before Paul arrived. We received reminders leading up to the allocated day, and also not only on the day but a text to say he was on the way, 45 minutes before the appointment. Paul arrived on time, carried out the cleaning/sweep of our wood burning stove flue with no mess whatsoever. Follow up service equally professional, received all paperwork following the completion of the job.

From booking in right through to the job itself SweepSmart were professional, efficient and a delight to work with. The room and stove were left impeccably clean. For the job they did I also think they were reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again next year.

Finally got around to getting my chimney swept having put it off thinking it would be messy and expensive. I couldn't be more wrong. The booking was done easily on line and the quote given was very reasonable. Adam from SweepSmart arrived on time and quickly put down dust sheets and got to work. When he had finished, not only was the carpet still spotless but I could almost eat my dinner off the grate! Pics taken up the chimney also showed how much soot had been removed. I feel much safer now in putting on the fire - with rising gas prices I think I will be using it much more this winter. Many thanks to Adam and SweepSmart.

Had our chimney swept this morning by Adam. We’ve recently moved into a new house which was left in a not so great state. Originally booked a standard chimney clean but there was a nest found. Adam was very honest about what the costs etc would be to have the nest removed and continue with the work which I was happy to do due to having been given all the information there and then. All round great service and will be using sweep smarts services again in the future.

This is the second time we have used SweepSmart. They always arrive within the timeframe they say and are very courteous. The chimney sweep is very thorough, as we didn't have any issues over the last year and I imagine it will be the same again. They are also very clean. No mess at all. I am very happy and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

This is the third occasion we have used Sweepsmart. Adam arrived promptly, having given us advance notice by email and text. He took care to protect the floors and worked very tidily. It's definitely not the old fashioned service I remember from my youth when every surface ended up covered in soot! The process means the room is protected from the soot, and our woodburning stove was left spotless. Adam showed me pictures of the flue and chimney liner so I could see its overall condition. He was happy to recommend the chimney be swept every two years, given its current usage and condition. I am very happy with the service given by Adam and Sweepsmart, and I am sure I will be asking them back for a fourth visit in two years' time.

We had Tony from Sweepsmart in today. He swept our chimney and installed chimney caps. Incredibly professional, super quick and diligent, polite and, to top it off, cleaned up everything afterwards. Also have to say that their response time was phenomenal: emailed them and got a reply almost immediately and they came out just a few days later. Highly recommend!

I've been with SweepSmart for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with their service. The team is very professional starting from the receptionist who makes sure all is running smoothly. Adam who came over today was very professional. He prepared his work place carefully making sure all our belonging are treated with care. He explained everything to me. And I was able to see before and after pic of his work which is something new Adam left the place very tidy. I also have been emailed the certificate.

Sweepsmart were excellent throughout the process. From the initial contact they were friendly and efficient, arriving when they said and doing an excellent job. The follow on service has made my solid fuel burner work just as well as when it was newly installed. I will definitely use Sweepsmart for my annual chimney clean and will have no hesitation recommending them to friends.

The man came done a fabulous job he was a very tidy worker. Also he was smart polite and respectful of my home gave me advice about my fire wet nice man and I will be using them each year. Thank you for a great job 👏🏽

Communication was excellent throughout - from the initial quote to the chimney being swept. We were given a time window 48 hours before and kept updated with arrival time on the day. They also gave useful information on what to expect from the visit and how to prepare. The chimney sweep was friendly, efficient and left the room really clean. They were able to advise on a repair to the fireback which was helpful. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

The two gentlemen turned up after a text to let me know when they would arrive . Did a great clean job sorted out mistakes made by a previous cleaning and gave good advice . Well worth the money

Previous sweeps have complained about the creosote in our chimney and so we approached SweepSmart for Creaway treatment. Their sweeping was so good that no Creaway treatment was necessary, saving me money.
