I have used SweepSmart for a few years to clean our chimneys. They are always prompt and reliable. No mess.

Booked Sweepsmart for a new homeowner chimney service and they've been impressive throughout. Friendly customer service who even managed to switch my appointment for an earlier date when I had to rearrange, live tracking to see arrival time on the day, and a very thorough and informative service by Paul, who spent extra time to double check everything was safe. The certificate was sent through the same evening Will definitely be booking in for a sweep with them next year :)

I couldn’t have been happier with the service we had from SweepSmart. Neighbours had warned us that we would have to expect a long wait for an appointment but everything worked smoothly from the discussions with the office right through to payment. There was a problem with one chimney which Tony explained very clearly and we now know what we need to do to solve it. One chimney was very straightforward. The work was done efficiently with no mess left. The last chimney we had asked for an inspection, and we were very much part of the process so we felt completely confident in the findings and recommendation. We will definitely be happy to use SweepSmart again in future.

Friendly and efficient service from booking to tidying up....Safety checks carried out, advice given about the state of our fireplaces, chimneys and lack of carbon monoxide alarms and not a speck of soot left behind! Great to have 'before and after' photographs of the chimneys. Thoroughly recommended!

SweepSmart's service was excellent. I had a new homeowner inspection which was extremely helpful, efficient and thorough. The chimney was thoroughly swept and cleaned and Tony was very informative and helpful in answering any questions I had about the chimney and how to light the fire for the first time. Great communication both ahead of the visit and afterwards with the photos and documentation. I would highly recommend and will be using SweepSmart's services again.

I had SmartSweep to install my log burner last year and they were outstanding in every aspect of their work. The installation was carried out professionally and was all certified. The follow up service was excellent and I was sent a reminder by them that my chimney was due for cleaning. This is the second time we have used SweepSmart and we will certainly be using them again in the future. The lady in the office was very friendly on the phone and worked to find a time slot that worked for me. Communication remained excellent as I then received courtesy texts to remind a couple of days before the day, and then one on the morning itself to state an exact arrival time (which was accurate). Tony was friendly, informative and professional, and sent across our certificate (complete with written info and pictures of before/after) afterwards. Prices seemed reasonable. I am very happy to recommend SweepSmart. From booking through to invoicing, all went smoothly (as was my previous experience). I received text reminders ahead of and on the day and updates on arrival time. The actual chimney sweeping is done quickly and efficiently with no mess - thank you Tony. Be sure to plan ahead - I have recommended to neighbours who had several weeks' wait because this company provides such excellent service they get booked up.

My tenants had a problem with flies coming out of the fireplaces, and we suspected a dead bird as the cause. From initial contact through to the chimneys being inspected and swept it took two weeks, which I consider more than acceptable. Everything on SweepSmart's side was done correctly: You receive automated sms and email messages to confirm they have received the enquiry left on their website. The follow-up via email was within two days, and they were able to communicate with both me and my tenants clearly. The chimneys were swept as agreed, and, indeed, a dead bird was found. I had very detailed feedback from my tenants, and they were very pleased with the way the work was carried out, and the result: clean chimneys and fireplaces. In addition, we had prepared a long list of follow-up questions, such as how to prevent this happening again, and the chimney sweep took the time to answer these to our satisfaction. The result of this was that the chimneys should be capped, and I have requested a quote from SmartSweep for this work too. I really could not be happier with the service, and the price seemed reasonable to me. I am giving top marks in all categories.
