I have used Paul’s services to sweep my chimney over the last few years and have been really pleased with the service. He’s really friendly and knowledgeable and provides great advice - I was considering capping some disused stacks and he talked through all the issues. You would not know he’s been as he’s really careful at cleaning up and how he moves through the house. Great value for money and superb service. Would not consider using anyone else.

I purchased a house with a log burner in it a year ago. The previous owners recommended Paul on the paperwork they left so it made sense to give him a call. I found Paul very tidy, thorough, with good advice. Very easy to book and communicate with and he was very punctual. Left the fire very tidy and laid down carpet protection. Will definitely be using again.

We’ve had a log burner for approx 15 years which has always been swept regularly, when we tried to use it this year, it was extremely difficult to light and smelt of smoke. We tried a different bag of fuel & different logs, with no joy. We wondered if maybe there was a birds nest, so I tried to contact our regular sweep, he never returned our calls in 3 weeks. Someone suggested contacting Paul. Best thing we could have done, the lady on the phone managed to fit us in for Monday the 9th. She sent confirmation email & tracking texts with Keil arriving spot on time. Within 10 mins of arrival he’d diagnosed the problem as a broken blanking plate at the back of log burner, he asked “did I want the office to locate a new part”. First thing on Tuesday the 10th the office had located a new part at a very reasonable price, if I wanted to proceed they could fit & sweep the chimney on Saturday the 14th. Spot on time Tony arrived, fitted part, swept & fully checked it was all safe & working. All at a very fair price. Well done everyone at SWEEPSMART! SweepSmart were first rate start to finish. Very efficient and pleasant member of the team when booking, then reminders and relevant information up to the day itself. Had to inform them that I had a parking restriction outside my house but was not a problem as arranged to come after 10 am Contacted by Richard on the day with the ETA, and he arrived dead on time. Richard then swept the chimney thoroughly efficiently and cleanly, leaving the room exactly as he had found it. The certificate and paperwork arrived immediately afterwards. Job excellently done. Highly recommended.

As has been my experience before, I was given clear timing for my chimney being swept. Adam sent a text 15 minutes in advance of his arrival. Work was completed without fuss or mess.

We wanted our old chimney swept after many years of not being used and chose SweepSmart. Communication was excellent with text confirmation and a follow up text in the day to confirm when they would arrive. Adam arrived promptly and set up. He talked me through what was happening as he worked. We also discussed chimney caps and best way to block the chimney to avoid drafts when not in use. A lot of debris and soot was removed, but the whole process was very clean due to setup. Pictures were taken before and after and form part of the certificate that was issued. Overall extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Arranged for the chimney to be swept, CCTV survey and smoke test. The process was clean and efficient. The operator was polite and helpful, explaining the process. The cost was reasonable, particularly given the standard of workmanship. I shall be using them for the installation of the fireplace.

Adam arrives on time, communication is great from ease of booking an appointment to follow up. He tidies up after himself, the e whole process is seamless.

The team was extremely professional. Took great care of my property and explained everything as they went along. Unfortunately/luckily they discovered problems with my flue ( A DIY job done before my time here) so they could not sweep. But gave a full report, photos, and recommendations. Sweep Smart did a very efficient job of cleaning my chimney ready for the winter months. They were prompt and got to work immediately. As promised they screened up the fireplace so the job created no mess at all. It was easy to contact them and book the appointment. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

SweepSmart came to clean 4 chimneys in my Victorian property. Keil was really friendly, and by the time he had finished up and left there was not a speck of soot left in sight! I would highly recommend them.

Sweepsmart have been brilliant with us, we bought a new house and wanted an inspection on our chimney, they advised us there was a bird nest and that the work would need to be rescheduled, they also then said they would remove the nest for us on the revisit. We then had additional works done that we requested so all in all they replaced the pot, installed a cowl, removed the nest, swept the chimney and did a cctv inspection, all this work was completed so quickly and efficiently and the two guys where very helpful on all our questions we had regarding the burner. Will definitely be using again next year for our inspection and highly recommend to anyone!
