Good experience. Was easy to book appointment arrived exactly when booked, did work, was helpful with advice. Provided email certificates which is far more helpful for retaining than paper copies. Will be using again.

This is the second year I have used SweepSmart & it couldn't be easier. I was sent a reminder for my annual check, booked the appointment and had reminders telling me when Adam would be coming. On the day of the sweep Adam arrived at the time indicated on the text message and the whole process was both efficient & thorough. He left the place clean and was also polite. The certificate and invoice is then emailed through. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Been using Sweepsmart for a number of years, and just had the chimney cleaned for use in the winter. Efficient, clean, punctual - as always very good.

Sweepsmart swept two chimneys in our residential house. Their administration was very efficient. They came exactly as planned and the work took no longer than promised. They explained what they were doing, described the one or two difficulties that presented themselves and how they dealt with them.They were very unobtrusive and left no trace of their presence behind them. Very pleasant to deal with.

Great service, straightforward, punctual and executed with minimum fuss or disturbance, I am happy to recommend them.

Had the chimney swept for our log burner. We were kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Very happy with the service, from the carpet rolls laid from the front door to the chimney, to prevent marking our flooring, and the friendliness of the man who carried out the inspection and cleaned the chimney. Gave advice and reassurance throughout, and kept me updated on what was happening. Photos & certificates arrived via email promptly after the visit. Would definitely recommend and will be using again next year.

Had the chimney swept to ensure able to continue to safely use of our open fire. Making a booking was very smooth, then I was kept updated about time of arrival which was on time and as advised. Wow, is all I can say to these sweeps, from ease of booking them Price was cheapest around, care of my home was outstanding from opening the door and Paul the sweep laying mats down to cover my carpet not just by the fire but throughout, my chimney has NEVER been swept like Paul swept it, and inspected it, even booked another colleague to fit another part I needed. In fact my chimney I would say. is the best it has ever looked , WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN, and cannot recommend them highly enough. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE SWEEPS

The whole experience was smooth and professional. Booking, advising arrival time, punctuality of arrival, and protecting the room area from any dirt and dust was spot on. The sweeping itself was carried out in good time and accompanied by a certificate and photos of the chimney lining, along with some very helpful advice from Tony. A great all-round job.

Communication excellent. Email and text confirmation when booked 3 months ago plus two reminders and text when they were on the way. Friendly, efficient and clean service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Tony arrived on time and done a superb job of sweeping my chimney and repairing my stove. He explained everything that he was doing and taught me several things about my stove that I didn't know. What a fantastic service, way beyond our expectations. Communication was excellent, emails and texts. Cleaned our chimney, four storey building, and then provided a detailed report with photos and comments. Highly recommended. We thought the price was very reasonable and would have happily paid more.

I have used Sweep Smart for a few years and have always found them to be impeccable in every stage. From booking appointment to arrival, you can rely on being informed. Exceptionally professional, clean and dust free working. If front door open Paul lets us know to ensure our pets are not wandering. I cannot rate this company high enough.

First time using this company and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Booked via WhatsApp, certificate by email, payment via BACS or ApplePay. For someone who prefers things online, this is great but I also know they do things the “old fashioned way” too. Paul arrived on time (and could be tracked), got on with the work without fuss whilst I worked from home, and left without a trace - clean and tidy. Perfect.

From initial enquiry through to boking, it was easy and I was kept up to date with everything. When they arrived they were profession and explained everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

Adam from SweepSmart swept our chimney this morning. He arrived on time (having messaged just before to give an exact time) and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite and kept the place very clean while he worked. Thoroughly happy with the job! This is the third time we have used SweepSmart and we will continue using them each year for our annual chimney clean.

Professional firm with staff who want to do the right thing. My chimney needed to be cleaned, and I reached out to SweepSmart. They came around promptly to clean the chimney, but identified a bird's nest inside. The environmentally friendly nature of their service meant they would not disturb the nest, as the eggs would still be there. I was amazed that the company follows such great practices, and we rebooked for August as the little eggs would have hatched and the birds would have fled the nest. Tony came along with James, and they cleaned the chimney, left the area very clean, and ensured the birds don’t come back by protecting the chimney with a bird grate. I am very pleased with the service and will only be using them going forward. And prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!!

SweepSmart is a very professional company that carries out chimney sweeping with modern equipment. They always send a reminder and are flexible about booking times. They are in and out of the house within twenty minutes having done a great job. Always very polite and don't get in the way of family life. It might seem like a lot of money but it's worth it for the peace of mind.
