I have used Sweepsmart for 2 or 3 years now and their service is excellent. Paul arrived promptly, having phoned 30 minutes earlier to tell me he was on his way. There was absolutely no mess at all and my log-burner is now ready to use for the winter. I am happy to recommend them.

This is the first time we have used sweepsmart and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. The communication regarding the appointment was timely, informative and professional. The communication prior to the appointment, as a reminder, was efficient and welcome. Again on the day of the appointment another message was sent to let us know he was on his way. The job was done very professionally and with no mess at all. He also advised us when we should have the chimney re-swept. In addition the glass front of the burner was cleaned and now looks like new! A professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced service. We could not fault it in any way.
