Paul came to clean our chimney today, and assess what work needed doing to install a log burner. Paul was extremely quick and proficient and very willing to give advice on not only the fireplace that was being cleaned but also another fireplace in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend! The price is also very reasonable

Swept 2 chimneys and advised me re 2 wood stoves. Excellent professional service all done within budget and on time. Photos of inside of flue very helpful. Strategy offered to fix broken baffle. I will definitely keep using this company

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Faith in the office kept me updated about the booking and Richard was a very knowledgeable chimney sweep and got the two chimneys swept cleanly and efficiently as well as advising on some questions relating to another chimney. The final report and certificate is also very useful. Will definitely use again.

As soon as submitting an enquiry on the automated online booking system, I received an acknowledgement followed shortly thereafter by a 'phone call to confirm the booking. I was sent a reminder two days before the visit, then an actual time slot the evening before. Paul and his colleague arrived bang on time, even though I live right in the centre of London and parking is tricky. Both were very respectful of the space -- careful navigating their bulky kit through the house -- and did an extremely tidy job, with helpful explanations of what they were doing throughout. Paul then went above and beyond by sending a camera up the chimney flue to investigate an issue raised by a neighbour, doing a smoke test and climbing onto the roof to check all was in order. He diagnosed the likely issue right away. I could not recommend SweepSmart and the service that its team provides more highly. Superb!

I am very impressed by Adam and his service. From start to finish SweepSmart were excellent. Great communication, punctual, they gave a great time estimate for arrival that was not too wide. The report/certificate received was instant and very full and informative. Great value for money. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

The chimney sweep arrived promptly and provided the service we required. He was polite and friendly, providing information as required. The appropriate coverings were laid to protect the floors and carpets. A good job completed with photos to explain what he had done. I received a receipt and certificate promptly. The booking system worked well, although i had a to wait a while for an appt i think this often means they are a business in demand, always a good sign. They gave me lots if alerts about when they would arrive arrived when they said they would, did a very tidy job. No nonsense. Really what you should be able to expect but it is still a surprise when a business is like this. Will definitely ise for my regular chimney sweeping

Second time I’ve used this firm and if anything I’m more impressed! Firstly getting an appt is very easy and efficient… you are informed all the way they turn up exactly when they say and are polite ( answered my questions very well) stove was swept efficiently and area kept very clean I recommend this company highly

I have never needed a 'sweep' before but I am so glad I found this company. It is run very well and though I was not around for the job, my tenant said it was carried out in a very efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend. It also seems to be very good value.

Tony and his colleague worked very hard to clear 2 chimney flues that were the possible cause of a damp problem. They explained the procedure throughout the process and kept me informed. It was good to see the images from the camera investigation which was very helpful. The work was carried out in a calm and efficient manner and the rooms were left very clean and tidy. Outstanding service and consideration from Tony. absolutely nothing was too much trouble and explained what he was doing at every stage. It made sense for him to carry out the additional work (at our request) to fit a chimney guard. Again this work was also completed on the day.
