Great service work carried out to a high standard Adam did a great job was clean efficient and friendly couldn’t fault the service and will definitely use again

I’d had a referral to SweepSmart from another sweep who wasnt able to do a camera survey for me. No higher value for me than that. After making the appointment I was notified of an approximate window for the job on the day and then a more detailed arrival time on the actual day. I found this level of customer focus a big positive as I was able to manage my time around this. Every attention was made to keeping my floors and carpets clean whilst working on the job. The actual sweep proved difficult because the flew was not standard but the guys were extremely thorough in trying to understand this and to give me the best possible view of the issue I had. Tony who conducted the job was very professional and even gave me a follow up call the next day to explain that he had completed some further research on my issue and to explain options available to me. Above and beyond. An excellent service I would not hesitate to use again or refer on.

Adam arrived on time and did the job efficiently and quickly with no mess left at all. He was pleasant and friendly and we will definitely be using this company in the future. The office kept us informed about the visit and arrival time etc.

Excellent service Tony kept us informed about timing of visit and followed instructions to enter property. On time and on budget. Very diligent and cleared up well. Spent 4 hours on job and explained all potential future issues after clearing and checking 5 Chimneys.

We have been very impressed by SweepSmart. Communication has been great from the moment we booked. Tony called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He was courteous and tidy and kindly gave us a quick lesson on how best to light and use our woodburner. Would highly recommend.

Tony and his colleague worked very hard to clear 2 chimney flues that were the possible cause of a damp problem. They explained the procedure throughout the process and kept me informed. It was good to see the images from the camera investigation which was very helpful. The work was carried out in a calm and efficient manner and the rooms were left very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend using this company. Many thanks to all concerned.

Outstanding service and consideration from Tony. absolutely nothing was too much trouble and explained what he was doing at every stage. It made sense for him to carry out the additional work (at our request) to fit a chimney guard. Again this work was also completed on the day.

Very glad I chose sweepsmart for my chimney. The office team were quick to respond and get me booked in. I received regular reminders about my appointment. Paul was punctual -and very skilled - he knew the issue before he stepped foot in my home. We appreciate the reminder email to book our annual chimney sweep. Booking was straightforward, helped by the very pleasant operator who organised a visit which suited us. Paul arrived at the beginning of the time slot and rolled out his red carpet, literally, to protect our flooring. We then left Paul to his work…..clean, efficient and thorough. Before leaving, Paul answered some queries I had about occasionally smelling soot in the room on a summer’s morning. He did so in an informed way and offered a sensible solution. He also arranged that he would replace a cracked firebrick on his next visit. Exceptional service…..followed up immediately with an email providing a certificate for use with household insurers.

The guys were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the fire to the flue liners and were very tidy and profession. Thanks guys Eddie

Booking process was no problem, you get a 2 hr slot notification a couple days before & then they let you know when they are on their way. First time we’d had a chimney swept & Adam was really helpful & informative, explaining how it all works. Work was all done without any mess or problems. Would definitely use again & recommend Adam.

We had scheduled a chimney sweep for 5 fireplaces in our house - 1 functioning and 4 non-functioning. When Adam arrived he was really fast, polite & tidy with sweeping the functioning fireplace. He then took a look at the other 4 and let me know that there was no soot so no need to sweep them. It was tremendously kind & professional and saved us a lot of money. He also recommended what we should be doing to solve a smoke smell that was coming from the functioning fireplace. On the whole, he was punctual, thorough and incredibly kind & honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We received excellent service from the Sweepsmart. Appointment booking was easy, and the on-the-day tracking of their arrival they provide makes things very time efficient. Having recently moved in, we “inherited” a log burner which we wanted to ensure the chimney was in a good condition before using properly. Adam not only did a great job with the inspection and sweep, he took the time to give us an idiot’s guide on how to use the burner and made a few repairs to the some of the log burner parts. He left the house tidy, with the log burner gleaming (and the glass screen spotless). I highly recommend the team, and intend to continue using their services

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart and I was extremely impressed - from the initial phone call to book an appointment up until paying the invoice. The lady who took my call was extremely friendly and efficient. I received a couple of reminders by text and email about the appointment and a further text this morning giving me a time of arrival. Although I wasn't present whilst the work was done, my partner couldn't speak more highly of Adam and what a good job he carried out - I don't think the chimney or woodburner has ever been so clean!!!! After Adam had left I had an email enclosing the invoice and certificate (with accompanying photographs). Even paying the invoice was extremely straightforward and easy. I will definitely use SweepSmart again and would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, floor protection laid, dust cloths arranged around fire. Quick job with no mess. Seals checked to ensure all was airtight. Very professional service.

I am very impressed by Adam and his service. From start to finish SweepSmart were excellent. Great communication, punctual, they gave a great time estimate for arrival that was not too wide. The report/certificate received was instant and very full and informative. Great value for money. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
