We chose TJ Plumbing out of 4 prospective supplier based on price and a personal recommendation. The installer, Sean, was very capable and overcame some issues with filling the cavity left by the old boiler and how to drain the condensate to leave an excellent installation. They also use one of the most reputable suppliers of boilers, Worcester Bosch, which further gave us confidence. From the initial quote to the finished installation and beyond they showed us they are a thoroughly professional company. We'll use them again.

We contacted T J Plumbing on a Monday morning, as our 13 year old boiler was finally giving up. Someone came by lunchtime to make it safe and advised that Terry would come round late afternoon to explain our options. It was decided that a new boiler was the best option, and because of health issues, the sooner it could be fitted the better! On the Thursday it was duly fitted, no mess, no worries, carpets all covered and cleared afterwards and full instructions on the workings given. We can thoroughly recommend TJ Plumbing, and will use them again if needed!

I contacted T J Plumbing to arrange a boiler service and inspection of some radiators which were not fully heating. Karl arrived on the agreed date/time and conducted the work in a timely and efficient manner. He did a great job, was polite and friendly, and completed the work in no time. Equally polite and efficient as Karl is Emma who arranged the works. I will definitely use this company in the future.

From first contact until the work completed, we had excellent service. The office and plumbers were all courteous and professional. Minor snags were dealt with promptly. The attitude of the boss Terry towards us was exemplary and all we could hope for when having the major work of a new boiler system installed.

Replacement of old hot water tank (thermal store) with a new unvented system. I had difficulty getting any response from several traders listed on a well-known trader recommendtion site until I contacted TJ PLumbing. They attended when they said they would and gave me a written estimate in a few days. The scheduled date for the work was kept and the work was completed in a day, neatly and to a high standard. A couple of technical snags arose due to the complexity of the system but TJ Plumbing returned the following evening to overcome them. I was impressed by the knowledge of this company and their responsiveness both to the work in hand and their administration.

Installed a new boiler in a new location. The job was completed on time and exactly as quoted. They are clearly a very professional team and communicate well. The back office are equally efficient and helpful. All round very good and I can’t fault them on any aspect of the job.
