Requested survey and quote for new boiler but Terry fixed all the issues with the existing system during the survey/quote visit and saved us thousands in the process whilst also agreeing what would be needed in future. We had a standard boiler replaced with a combi-boiler, which also involved draining and isolating the water tank in the loft, removal and disposal of the hot water tank/emersion heater, a chemical flush of the heating system and installation of a wider bore gas supply pipe. They also replaced 2 power showers with thermostatic mixer showers and replaced 2 old radiators and 3 old faulty TRVs. All this work was done in a day as scheduled (8.30am to ~4pm) by a team of skilled, hard-working, extremely polite, friendly plumbers who ensured everything was working perfectly and leak-free. They were careful to cover all walkways with plastic sheeting to protect carpets and flooring and cleaned and tidied everything up at the end of the day to leave the house as they found it. The plumbers were a credit to their company and we would have no hesitation in using them again in future. The lead up to the day was also extremely smooth and well handled with an accurate quote for the work, good guidance/information by the person generating the quote and very helpful responses to subsequent questions and requests to alter the scope of the quote as we added in the radiator replacement request after the initial quote was received. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the whole team involved throughout, by their friendly, informative helpful approach which made the day stress free.

Thanks again for doing a great job - and coming in Christmas week too. Our boiler is no longer leaking, which is such a relief. Great communication and service from the office, and plumber arrived on time.
