My garage door had not been working properly and had to be opened manually due to this. I contacted Tayside Garage Doors Ltd via email, they arranged an appointment for me and stated it most likely just needed a service and gave me the cost of this, excluding any parts that hopefully it would not require. They attended timeously, despite the bad snow we had here, serviced the garage door and had it all working again within super quick time. Very friendly, professional and covid aware, and completed to my satisfaction, nothing major required and door working perfectly again. Would definitely recommend the team to others.

A superb job! Old door removed and a new door fitted all in an hour and a half by two very professional, efficient gentlemen who tidied up and even took the old door away! We are delighted and would highly recommend this company.

Fitters arrived on time, told me how long they'd be and completed the work within the time frame. The garage door looks good and works well. Fitters were friendly and efficient. The price I'm paying is what was agreed initially. So all in all a great job.

I found Tayside Garage Doors very professional throughout. There was a wait for the door to be installed as it was made to order, but I was told to expect this in advance of placing the order. Communication throughout was good. Removal of the old garage door and installation of the new was undertaken quickly and efficiently - the installers appeared to be experienced and knowledgeable. Would be happy to recommend.

Guys turned up quickly for initial assessment of issue arranged for installation of new motor within a week. Turned up promptly to fit the new motor and give the door a general overhaul. Highly satisfied with the services provided, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Mike explained the work and estimate very clearly and timescale for installation was accurate. Installers Jim and Euan are not only friendly but very efficient in their work and performed to a very high standard. Highly recommend. I have the greatest respect for the integrity and workmanship of Tayside Garage Doors. The problem (a missing magnet) was quickly identified and the appropriate part ordered. This was fitted on time on the agreed date and at the estimate price. In addition, the office staff were very helpful and friendly and offered really helpful advice. This is the second time I have used TGD and should I have further problems with my double sized roller door it is to TGD that I will turn to for help. There are a diminishing number of traders that can be relied upon to offer the best solutions to the customer these days but TGD is not among such firms. I highly recommend TGD to anyone with a garage door problem. PS the last time I used their services was for replacing broken brackets that had been fitted almost a year earlier but these were replaced under guarantee with the same high level of expertise and puntuality.
