My first contact with this trader on 16th March was to arrange a repair to my up&over garage door. The lady I spoke with (Yvonne) was most helpful and quickly arranged an appointment for the following morning, and she also gave me an estimate of the cost. Gavin and his colleague arrived on time, and wasted no time in carrying out the repair, which involved the replacement of two wire cables and wheels. The whole experience was most satisfactory, and the cost to me was very reasonable. The customer care exhibited by all the staff was impressive.

I was very happy with the work carried out on my electrically operated garage door by Gavin of Tayside Garage Doors. The door now runs very smoothly and the remote control works for the first time since moving into this house. Gavin was punctual, pleasant, cheerful and efficient. The whole process from initial visit to final invoice was handled in a most professional manner. My garage door had not been working properly and had to be opened manually due to this. I contacted Tayside Garage Doors Ltd via email, they arranged an appointment for me and stated it most likely just needed a service and gave me the cost of this, excluding any parts that hopefully it would not require. They attended timeously, despite the bad snow we had here, serviced the garage door and had it all working again within super quick time. Very friendly, professional and covid aware, and completed to my satisfaction, nothing major required and door working perfectly again. Would definitely recommend the team to others.
