I contacted Terry at Aqua Sensations to arrange a survey and price quote to have a water softener system installed in our home. One of the reasons I chose this company was from reviews I had read and also as I live in Stotfold, I wanted to use a locally based company. Terry attended to carry out a survey and told me what the options were and explained the work that would have to be done and explained to us the benefits of having the system installed. There was no hard sell at all. He said it would involve some pipework under the sink and some drilling and would not disrupt us. I later got an email with the quote and I contacted Terry to go ahead with the work. He gave me dates and times that I could choose for the work to be done which was carried out on 02/08/22. On the day Terry attended with his son to install the system. Terry explained again what they would be doing and after completion showed me how to download the app on my Iphone to make the system work. He then showed me what they had done and what all the pipework etc was for. There was not a lot of pipework involved and what there was neat and tidy. Minimal mess and a very clean job. More than happy to recommend Aqua Sensation. Best decision I have made in using his company.

I commissioned Aqua Sensation to install a water softener in my new house. The approach is very professional from the initial survey through to the installation. Terry explains everything to make sure you understand the product in full and to ensure you know you are buying the right product to meet your needs. The installation was quick and clean, no mess was left and all packaging was taken away. I’d definitely recommend Aqua Sensation.

Aqua Sensation installed an EcoWater system to our home. From the site survey to completion of the installation Terry was the consummate. He took us through the softeners that were available without any hard sell. He then sent as a quote within a couple of hours and then we arranged install for a couple of weeks later. The install was carried out tidily and neatly. Once installed and set up Terry took the time to go through the system and how the valves worked, downloaded the app and took us through the information available. Since then we have noticed an improvement in our water ( we live in a very hard water area). I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone considering having a water softener installed. A pleasure to deal with.

I was impressed from the site survey and quotation stage. No pressure just friendly advice, made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. On the day of the installation, Terry and his son James arrived on time and explained their plan. They put down clean dust sheets in the whole area they worked in and were very respectful of the property. We discussed a few basic options during the installation which went extremely well. No mess or cleaning up required after completion, in fact, you wouldn’t know they had been. Also, following install completion I received a good training session on how to interact with the softener and set up the App (easy even for me) It is now a couple of days since installation and we are now enjoying the soft water. No leaks, or any other issues. We were left with an information pack with a water hardness test kit and a couple of months supply of salt tablets to be going on with. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent family business to anyone thinking of installing a water softener. 11/10

Terry and Daniel fitted a water softener and hot water tap. They were efficient, tidy and very helpful, the work was completed to a very satisfactory finish and we are extremely happy with both items. They explained how they function and how to solve any problems, of which there have been none to date. (they even installed my soap dispenser at no extra charge and helped my husband drill a hole in our cabinets, above and beyond their remit). We would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Sensation.

The above company installed our Water Softener today. A very efficient company from the representative coming and explaining how the system works to the installation. The engineers Terry & James arrived double checked everything with us before commencing work. We had a problem with the position of pipes this was not visible at the first visit all changed no problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough so polite, covid recommendations followed, work area left clean and tidy, and at completion shown all the bypass valves plus explaining all the dos and and don'ts. My wife and I were delighted with the installation by Terry Gobby and his son James of our new water softener yesterday. We wholeheartedly recommend Aqua Sensation to anyone who may be considering buying a water softener. The entire process of initial home survey, supply and installation was seamless.

The chaps were professional, friendly and informative in their approach. The install was clean, tidy and quality. A great effort was made to discreetly install the hard water bypass pipe from the mains through to the kitchen tap. Brilliant and highly recommended!

Great family business. Installation was as agreed and was professionally completed. Clean and tidy and explained fully. Drained tanks, adjusted the dishwasher to run on softened water and tested the system to ensure that the system was delivering soft water before leaving. Fumigated the working area before departing.

On first calling to give a quotation, at my request, all relevant information was given including where the machine could be installed. On day of fitting the owner (Terry) and his son of this family business arrived on time, took their shoes off and put dust sheets down to protect carpets etc. The water softener was duly installed and the copper pipe work was very neat and tidy. Having started my working life as a toolmaker I take some impressing on the practical side of things. Every thing was explained in detail after installation including instruction and help in downloading the Harvey app which tells me when I need to replace the salt. The owner of the business (Terry) has a particularly pleasant personality and excellent at explains things. The cost of the softener and fitting was very acceptable.

We had a quooker tap and a water softener system installed by this family run business. Customer service was excellent and efficient throughout. The installation itself was quick and the installers tidied up after themselves very well. At all times they were polite and professional and were enthusiastic and passionate about the products. Communication was at all times methodical and exemplary, from timelines for installation, sending out other information to us via emails and texts, and making themselves available to discuss the products and answer any queries. This included a visit to their warehouse to see the products and sample filtered and unfiltered water. I would definitely recommend this trader. A pleasure to do business with.

I could not fault this company and would definitely recommend them, from my initial phone call to the fitting of our water softener, the service was excellent. They were very punctual, clean and tidy, you wouldn't even know they had been in the house and we are so pleased with our water softener and noticed a difference straight away. Excellent service from Aqua Sensation. A prompt and courteous response to our query and we were kept informed by telephone of their expected arrival to fit a new water softener. The work was carried out efficiently, with all necessary explanation about the equipment. Everything was cleared up afterwards, including removal of the old equipment.

Having just moved to a new build house, and living in a hard water area, we decided to install a water softener straight away. We contacted Aqua Sensations. They came out the next day to assess our requirements and provide a quotation. Their approach was thoroughly professional throughout the process. They explained everything we needed to know fully and in plain language. Their Covid precautions were exemplary. The Minimax Innova was recommended and a detailed quote emailed within the hour. On installation day they arrived on time and completed the job in 2.5 hours. They did a very neat job and left our utility room spotless. Full instructions were provided, including advice to change the detergent settings on our washing machine and dishwasher. We were very impressed with their service throughout, providing a quality and personal service, and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Very smooth process, Covid conscious, did a great job and explained everything to me well that I’d need to know. Coming out to the property for a free quote prior to installation was also a fantastic option.

Terry visited to understand my requirements and produce a quotation. He was knowledgeable, honest and experienced, and wasn’t a salesman - there was no pressure to decide or sign up. The installation was very professional. Surfaces were protected, the installation was neat and tidy and he fully cleared up afterwards. Before leaving he ran through how to use the product, set it up fully and talked about servicing and consumables. Overall, excellent service.

These guys are brilliant water softener installed, Terry came around to check how our current model was going and give us advice on options. Our softener was on its last legs, we decided to upgrade using simple straightforward advice from Terry. The price was fair and we were happy with the choice of machine and what it would do for us. The installation was very smooth they put dust sheets down and were friendly, professional and efficient in everything they did.
