Here at Aqua Sensation we are a family run, local, independent supplier and installer of Water Softeners, Filter/Purified Water, Water Softener Salt and Quooker Boiling Water Taps.
We have over 35 years experience in plumbing and heating trade. After experiencing the damage of hard water and seeing the benefits of soft water, I started to install water softeners in 2001. I now only fit water softeners, filters and boiling water taps.
We are the only genuine dealers for Kinetico water softeners in our area, and authorised dealers for EcoWater and Harvey Water Softeners and work in a 30 mile radius of Letchworth. We only supply and install the major water softener brands that are reliable and have long warranty’s.
Based in Letchworth, we cover most of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. We supply and deliver water softener salt and all the prices are on our website along with various payments options.

Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Terry and his son James for their professionalism and courtesy in abiding and working completely within COVID guidelines. They replaced my very ancient Harveys M3 softener with a newer model and on Terry's advice also fitted an overflow which had been omitted in the past! Terry spent time in explaining all that had been provided together with guarantee and everything that was included within the Water Softener Welcome Pack. All rubbish cleared away. Price was very competitive along with very generous supply of block salt. Thank you Terry and James.

The survey, quote & installation were conducted in a way that instilled trust and confidence. Aqua Sensation are local with Terry and his son carrying out the work with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. We didn't have room for the equipment close to our water inlet in the bathroom so our situation required problem solving. That is done at the survey stage so get Terry in to have a look. We are delighted with our water softener and filter and we know the experts are just down the road if we need them.

I am really happy with my water softener. Terry gave impartial advice about the best product for a smaller household and a competitive quote. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard with no mess! Terry and James arrived to fit our water softener on Monday. He arrived spot on time, and both he and James wore a mask throughout the process. he removed the old system we had and took this away with him. There was no mess in or out of the house. He explained how the water softener works and demonstrated, and explained the App on the phone. I would have no hesitation in recommending him again as I find his work and quality of it outstanding.

From the survey to the installation date, Terry and his son were totally professional with everything they did. Explaining the different systems to us, (ensuring we get the right one for our needs) to the cleanliness and thoroughness fitting the softener. Even after completion they explained in detail everything we needed to know, maybe to much for some but I like to know everything! I asked Terry to advise me on replacing my existing water conditioner (it wasn't a softener, but it was useless). Terry arrived on time to see me and advise what softener would be best suited. There was absolutely no hard selling pressure, just genuine and professional advice. The price of the work was very competitive and I am 100% pleased with the work carried out. Terry and his son James are very polite, professional and an absolute delight to find such professional tradesman cannot recommend them highly enough. The softener Terry recommend and fitted has been in for just over a week now and performing perfectly; we're very happy customers. They were thoroughly Covid-19 secure wearing all the required PPE to keep them and us safe and they cleared up afterwards so there was no evidence they had ever been.

Contact with Terry was easy by email with prompt responses including a quotation for the work. He and James arrived on time. They took off their shoes before coming in and spread dust sheets wherever they worked. They refused the offer of tea or coffee and got straight on with removing my old, inefficient water softener and installing a new one. Terry explained how the machine worked and showed me how to install the salt and care for the machine. They were quiet, efficient and left everything clean and tidy which included removing the old machine. I have no hesitation in giving Terry and James the highest recommendation.

We recently had the evolution 200 Water Softener fitted by Terry and James and the service we received from initial contact to the job being complete was 5*plus. There was no hard selling involved, the mechanics of the equipment and fitting was explained clearly along with options, literature and written quotes. On the date of fitting they arrived at the time agreed, all flooring was covered with protective sheets and on completion the only evidence of them having being there was if we opened the cupboard where the unit had been installed. Terry explained the unit settings and how to monitor it going forward. We are extremely pleased with the water softener, we only wish we had fitted it sooner. it has made a tremendous difference in our home.We would highly recommend Terry and James. A job very well done.

Terry and James were excellent from the moment they arrived to complete a survey to install a water softener. They were very helpful to our needs and with there recommendations to complete the job. They worked nonstop to complete the installation in a very clean atmosphere with the use of dust sheets etc. They gave complete instructions to the operation of the water softener and Terry did another small job for me that I had waited for another tradesman to do for two months.

So pleased to have had this team referred to us. Amazing service, fast, clean, friendly professional. Arrived on time, no stopping for tea or coffee, worked constantly. James made a fantastic job with the pipe work in a very confined space, tidy clean and aesthetically pleasing. Terry took the time to go through all the information that I needed to know and gave me the security of knowing that their support was there 24/7. He was totally right as well, what a difference already in just a couple of days. One of the best choices we have made getting a water softener, second only to choosing Terry and James to fit it. Had a new water softener installed by Aqua Sensation. Right from quotation to installation absolutely no fault what so ever. They genuinely took pride in their work and ensured perfection to the "t". Living in a flat on the third floor, there was a lot of heavy lifting and carrying involved. Yet there was not a single moan or groan. And further, there were no expectations of cups of tea etc. They worked straight through the installation without a break with a smile. An absolute gem of a team. I would unhesitatingly encourage their services.
