We have established our small local family run company since 2004 starting off with 1 man and a van growing into a small fleet of 7 running vans, which still all push our values of a small local family run company. At The Aerial Man, we thrive to offer you everything in relation to your television and audio needs, offering you the highest possible level of service at affordable prices.
Our friendly office team are on hand 24 hours a day to deal with your calls, to arrange with one of our professional engineers to come direct to your property at a time to suit you for a free 1-to-1 consultation and offer you a free quotation to have everything working, exactly how you'd like it. All of our certified engineers carry identification cards which they will be more than happy to show you on request, and all drive signed vehicles, so you know you're getting the highest possible service, direct from us, your local TV aerial and satellite specialists. In 2011, we became official Humax trade partners.

Fitter who came was polite and detailed in his explanation. The work cost more than I expected, but in fairness the job was actually more complex than I had thought. Damien tested all the aerial points in the house and made sure they all worked. Was neat and tidy when fitting the aerial.

Called on the 29th January and were available the next day, we chose a slot on the 31st. The team arrived as stated and fully explained costs before agreeing any work. We has a dish replaced and some connections repaired. Work was quick and efficient with a good team. I would happily use again.

Our roof aerial installation was a mess. We contacted The Aerial Man after finding the company listed in both our local directory and Which Trusted Traders. The engineers (Simon and Mike) arrived on time, assessed the job, discussed it with us, gave us a quote for the possible options. We made our choice and they got on with it. Just over an hour later we had new aerial installation, from the aerial itself into a new TV socket and a new coax cable into the TV. They also checked our other TV socket, which was faulty, and replaced the faceplate. Simon then went beyond our expectations. While on the roof he noticed a hole between the ridge and the tiles which would have let water into the attic. I had some quick drying cement and 10 minutes later he'd repaired the hole. Overall, the guys did a great job at a competitive price. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Dan because of a fault in my TV aerial wiring. They arranged to have someone come over to inspect and provide a quote within two days. Simon was amazing and super fast, he knew exactly what the problem was, did not bat an eyelid going up the roof and he fixed everything on the spot! Very friendly service as well. Cannot comment on the price as I'm not sure how much others would have costed the job, but problem solved and TV works great. Highly recommended.

I contacted Dan Grace as I had an issue with my TV aerial. I needed to alter the arrangement and he was very flexible on availability and when his employee did come to my house it was within half an hour of our phone conversation. The work was done quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this trader to other potential customers.

Booked an appointment at MY convenience, Simon was on time, very professional and understood completely our requirements. Installation and fitting 24 hours later, again quick, efficient and very informative about the changes our "new technology" was giving us compared to our old installation. Always pleased when installers or repair people are respectful that this is our home and not just a "job site" and Simon gets full marks for this aspect too.
