Simple job of replacing splitter and coax cables from TV aerial to front and back rooms. Prompt quote and turning up for the job. Sadly I felt that quality and attention to detail lacking, and seemed to be rushing off to the next job. Old cable clips left in the wall. Said they needed to run a drill through the old holes in the wall, but managed to come out in a different place on the outside. At the front of the house they came out in the middle of a brick, taking the face off it. At the back they came out below the old hole, so the cable now runs downhill to it, asking for water to seep through. Both old holes left unfilled, and a huge untidy glob of silicone round the cable in the new holes. They couldn't fit the socket face plate to the old back box, so left it off, with a crimped new cable and threads stripped on the screws and back box where they had tried brute force. Dirt left where they had drilled the unnecessary new holes, and the old cable left in the front garden. Could have done a better job myself if I had a big ladder and a head for heights. Wouldn't trust them to do any of the more complex jobs they advertise. Would not recommend.
