Mat completed an excellent job of replacing old pipework, radiators and boiler at my elderly Father's house. I cannot fault the service in any way with Mat going the extra mile to ensure the least amount of disruption was caused to my Father. He kept me informed every step of the way and completed a fantastic job. I was told by a friend that this company was highly recommended. I then engaged Mat Baker to work on my existing system to change rads, fit new rad valves, flush system and fit magnetic filter, new pump etc. It took two days and Mat did an excellent job working in a very professional and clean and tidy manner. I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past and it is great to find someone who takes such an obvious pride in his work. I would certainly recommend Mat if you need a good heating engineer.

Matt and his team completely re plumbed by 3200sq ft house including installing a brand new tanks, heating systems and bathrrom installs. The whole team was very trustworthy and completed the job in time to the specification we had discussed. I would not hesitate to use Matt again in any further projects I undertake.

Mat replaced our old defunct combi boiler with a new ATAG. We have limited space, so chose the ATAG boilers because even the powerful ones are very compact. He and his team worked solidly for 8 hours without stopping. He fitted new pipes and filters as unobtrusively as possible and really considered what he was doing from an aesthetic as well as functional point of view. He explained how everything worked and why changes might be needed to the gas pipework - but seemed as pleased as I was when our existing pipework did the job. He cleaned up after himself as he went along, and left everything very clean and tidy. I felt he was honest and up front and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matt is thoroughly professional in all he does, his approach and workmanship is excellent, disruption was kept to a minimum and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. He has just fitted an ATAG Economiser Combi Boiler in our kitchen and its absolutely fantastic and everything he said it would be.

Having moved into a new house whilst expecting our first child we engaged the services of Mat to install a new boiler and sort out the entire heating system. He scheduled the work in a timely manner, turned up as agreed and worked tirelessly to get the job complete even though he was faced with numerous challenges along the way. Good humoured throughout despite the difficulties I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for further work.

After our daughter had such good service from Matt and Dan from the Boiler Replacement Co we decided to change our old conventional boiler to a more modern combi. We got our quote within days and the work started on the following Tuesday. It was quite a major job requiring the boiler to be relocated from a downstairs utility room to an upstairs spare bedroom, but the work was completed on time, with the least inconvenience or mess possible. I was moving into a purchased property and need the system boiler converted to a combi boiler as quickly as possible. Matt bent over backward to accommodate me and offered sound practical advice on what should be done. His team were punctual on the days the work was undertaken and completed the change over without mess or fuss. The after care has also been exceptional. We contacted Mat when our boiler suddenly died and the cylinder started to leak. Mat managed to visit the same day and gave a very competitive quotation. The new combi boiler was fitted the same week to an excellent standard. Very clean and professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We used to have an over-complex, difficult to maintain, church heating solution that frequently failed. Matt did an excellent job of designing and implementing a new, much simpler solution for two church halls, coffee lounge, lobby, office and toilet facilities. Matt's design recognized the need for utilizing existing plumbing while also changing the heating zone configurations to improve operational performance. We now look forward to reduced operational cost through the two new Atag boilers with 10 year warranty, improved zoning and control systems. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to replace our boiler within a few days of us contacting him and completed the job in a timely manner leaving the area clean and tidy. We now have a warm home and plenty of hot water which is most welcome at this time of year.

The boiler was replaced and some additional gas pipework installed, all works were carried out professionally and efficiently. They also took all the old equipment and rubbish away with them and left a clean and tidy site, something you don’t always get with other installers. I am really pleased with the boiler it’s very quiet and very efficient. The engineers were polite and courteous and I would recommend the boiler replacement company to anyone.

Due to poor service from Baxi, we cancelled our Annual Boiler Service Contact with them and following a recommendation from a neighbour, contacted Matt. He has now Serviced our Boiler, repaired a small leak in one of our radiators and rebalanced our heating system. He carried all work out professionally.

Matt helped me choose a new boiler after my previous boiler started leaking. He quickly installed a new boiler down stairs in my kitchen and very pleased with the work he completed. It is such a relief to have my boiler downstairs as previously it was in the loft. Really pleased with the boiler and the way Matt handled the job from start to finish. Would highly recommend him.

We live on the 2nd floor of a block of flats. This company removed our old boiler and replaced it with a new ATAG 128C boiler, the installation taking a day and a half. All of the works were carried out diligently, professionally and to our complete satisfaction. They also promptly sent us all the warranties relevant to the new boiler.
