The Lightweight Deluxe Folding Transit Travel Wheelchair in a Bag with handbrakes ECTR04 Fantastic buy from the lovely people at Fenetic Wellbeing. Well worth every penny. Far cheaper than hiring a wheelchair for our 2-week break. Folds down easily into a compact and robust bag (provided).I bought this to allow my 96-year-old Mum to be mobile when on holidays and outings. She loves it! To give you an idea of how easy it is to fit into a car - I have a Peugeot 108 and can fit two large suitcases, the wheelchair, indoor and outdoor walking frames, a shower chair, bedding, our knitting bags and food supplies in the back😊 This wheelchair is far better than described; it is lightweight and comfortable enough for Mum to sit in all day. It was delivered the day after ordering. Highly Recommended

Fenetic Well-being were very very helpful. Tom from Fenetic managed to source a Pride Go Go Mg2 mobility scooter at very short notice directly from the manufacturers. We were very impressed with the customer service and follow-up. I would recommend this company and scooter. The scooter is very sturdy for such a lightweight scooter and very easy to use. Fenetic are also adapting the controls for left-hand dominant control, which is very helpful as my husband has only use of his left hand following his Stroke.

We needed a chair for my mother, who has dementia and has difficulty sitting up straight. We asked for advice from the company we found all staff, in particular Tom, to be extremely helpful. He looked into what was available and kept us updated. A chair was recommended and we were introduced to the supplier who gave us an in-depth explanation of the chair features. They then brought the chair to my mother's care home and allowed her to trial it to ensure it was what she needed. They also explained all features and how to operate it to the care home staff. At all stages in the process, the company was very helpful and professional.

My wife suffers with severe osteoporosis and as she sits for 12 to 14 hours a day, she finds our 2 year old John Lewis sofas increasingly uncomfortable. Having read the Which review on best buy electric recliners and discovering that the Fenetic showroom was only 30 mins drive away (my wife's limit in a car) I booked an appointment online and we met Leah to discuss our needs. The chair was to be a golden wedding anniversary present to ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah including making us both a cup tea. Our favourite was the Cullingworth chair, a 'which best buy'. The standard size chair was a bit too big for my wife but Leah said there was a petite version and while we drank tea the warehouse guys brought a petite Cullingworth into the showroom for us to try out. We both loved the chair, particularly the motorised footrest, backrest, headrest and lumbar support. With a bit of adjustment from the remote control it was easy to find the sweet spot for both our seating positions. We chose a non standard fabric for the chair at no extra cost, sunflower yellow to contrast with our grey sofas. Leah was knowledgeable about the fabrics and the variety of chairs on display and we felt very comfortable in her company. The delivery time quoted was approx 3 weeks and we paid 50% purchase price and 50% when it was delivered. We have had the chair for 2 weeks, love it and use it at every opportunity. Our dog is happy too as she no longer has to share a sofa!

This is the 2nd time I have made a purchase from Fenetic Wellbeing and I feel I really need to comment on their customer service. The communication on my delivery was excellent. And although there was a slight problem with the assembly of my recliner chair (which was done by an outside company) the sales team just couldn't do enough to help me and arranged for the problem to be sorted promptly and to my satisfaction. You don't have to wait an age for the phone to be answered either which is rare these days and I think I spoke to 3 different members of the sales team and they were all very polite and eager to help me. There was even a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the arrangements. I would recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to anyone and certainly use them myself in the future.

I bought a roller and after a few months had a problem with one of the brakes. I spoke to Gaby and she asked that I send a video of the fault. The next day Carl rang and said they had never had that problem before but they would send a renew replacement. It arrived the next day. Their service was excellent friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company
