From our first telephone contact we had excellent customer service. We were invited by Tom to visit the showroom, which we did on a Saturday morning. He gave us the time and space to check out all the riser recliner chairs in the showroom, and this was important as we needed to get exactly the right size. From ordering to delivery the contact was good and the chairs were professionally installed. We are very happy with the quality of the product.

ontacted me as soon as I had placed my online order and left a voicemail for me. Delivery was arranged very quickly. I got regular email and text updates to advise on timing of delivery, including a call from the delivery team when they were within a half hour's drive. Previously bought a Cullingworth Recliner from Fenetic which I was very happy with. I depend on this chair as I would otherwise be bed bound. This review is for the purchase of a backup battery power supply for the chair. I was faced with a day long power cut with 6 days notice. I contacted Fenetic who arranged immediate dispatch of their backup battery power supply which should arrive in the next 3 days, so plenty of time. they answered several technical questions and took the time to be friendly and helpful. Because of my medical situation I am entitled to a VAT exemption and this was arranged over the phone as part of the purchase. This is my second good customer experience with Fenetic.

Easy to order from the comprehensive website and the good range of rollators available were priced competitively. Quick despatch, then hit courier problems with Parcelforce. The help provided by Jane in Fenetic Wellbeing customer service team was exemplary. She contacted the courier (who were giving me the run around) and sorted out the delivery. I was very impressed by this helpful response, as lots of companies seem to leave the customer to deal with courier issues themselves. Everyone I spoke to at the company was helpful, polite and ‘human’. They actually got back to me when they said they would! Such a refreshing experience to deal with a company that provided good customer service at all stages of dealing with them.

I travelled 140 miles round trip to sit in the chair I bought, and it was worth every last mile! I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was greeted cheerily. I was shown to a seat while I waited 2 minutes for a gentleman to come and assist me. I was immediately offered a drink. The chap I saw spent the best part of an hour showing me different chairs, along with another offer of a drink. He walked me through every operation of the chair, which I must say was extremely comfortable. We went through different fabric samples, and he was fine with my sending samples of them by WhatsApp to my wife for confirmation of colour and eventually phoning her. After an hour, he suggested I take a swatch home, discussed the chair with my wife and make a decision at my leisure whether I wanted to buy. He also printed out all of the details of the chair to take home. He was excellent in both his knowledge and his approach to customer relations. The online order process was easy to follow and went without a hitch. A 6-8 weeks time scale was suggested for delivery, but the chair was ready in four weeks, and we hadn’t started to decorate the room where it was going. They were happy to hold on to the chair until I phoned them then to schedule the delivery. Having now used the chair for a week, I find it exceptionally comfortable. I have spent years experiencing discomfort on settees purchased from mainstream furniture suppliers to the extent that I would sit on the floor for relief.

My chair was delivered and assembled for free, I`m over the moon with it🙂 Thank you so much to the sales lady for getting it to me earlier than the 4 - 8 days delivery stated. I rang and could actually have it the next day. Desperately needed as the riser is perfect for getting me to my feet. Thank you to Danny & Mick, who were friendly, polite and efficient and assembled my chair and gave a demonstration on how it worked. Great job lads ! I had a problem with my riser/recliner chair. The mechanism was making a loud noise and the chair back developed a hollow in the apolstery and the springs were digging in my back. After phoning Customer Service and being told my chair was 6 months out of guarantee a company director telephoned me and agreed to fix my chair. They even loaned me a replacement chair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I attended Fenetic Wellbeing without an appointment. I was greeted by Charlie, who helped me in with it. After an inspection, he made me a coffee, got me comfy in an electric assisted chair. I have a new lease of life since buying my rollator. It is very easy to use, came fully assembled, and looks very smart. I'm a small 78 year old woman and I can lift it in and out of my car. It is a Which Best Buy, and is the only rollator I found in small, medium and large sizes and in different colours. I have the small one after advice from Customer Services about which would be best for me. A very accessible website, good Customer Service, and delivered more quickly than I expected. I would highly recommend this firm and this rollator.

Absolutely top class service! The lady who answered my call could not have been more helpful in explaining in great detail how to assemble the chair and said I qualified for VAT discount which was a nice surprise. I was kept informed by email throughout as to where the chair was on the delivery journey and it was delivered within 36 hours of ordering, perfectly packed. My son assembled the chair in less than 5 minutes. I shall be using it for the first time on Saturday for a hospital visit and have no qualms whatsoever about its reliability. Fenetics should give lessons to other traders who take our money then couldn’t care less! Many thanks to all concerned, highly recommended.

I ordered a Kelbrook Riser Recliner for my Mum which we unfortunately discovered had a small mechanical issue. I contacted Jane, from the Sales Team, late on a Friday afternoon to make her aware of the fault and she promptly took ownership of the issue and phoned me, on the following Monday morning, providing a solution in the form of a replacement chair. She initially spoke with Mum & was so kind & patient, reiterating the importance of us having confidence in their brand and product. She restored our faith, confirming she would organise collection of the ‘faulty’ chair & delivery of a new one. The communication from everyone, including the Delivery Team/Daniyal, was brilliant making the collection/delivery smooth & easy. I had purposely chosen to purchase the chair through Fenetic Wellbeing based on the Customer Reviews I had seen. I’m so pleased that I did as they have more than proven themselves in providing such excellent service. We are so grateful for all their help and understanding and really appreciate everything they’ve done for us. Mum feels safe & happy, the chair itself is fantastic so I would HIGHLY recommend using them & will definitely buy from them again.

I made an appointment to view a lightweight folding wheelchair my wife and I were greeted by Carl who showed me the wheelchair I had asked about and also offered another I had not seen before I tried both out using them both inside and outside in the carpark to see how they both handled different surfaces . Carl made us a cup of coffee while he went through how to fold the wheelchairs so we could see how they would go in car and feel the weight of them . We were not put under any pressure to buy and he answered all questions asked . I decided to go with the wheelchair Carl showed me rather than the one I went for as it was more comfortable slightly more expensive but just so pleased we travelled the 2 hours to try the chairs out and get the advice of an expert . I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of any equipment and expertise of staff .

Needed to purchase a power chair for myself and after a lot of research I found the Pride Jazzy Carbon Lite chair seemed to be perfect for my needs. I found it at my local store and almost purchased it but decided to do some online research. Fenetic Wellbeing were charging almost £1,000 less than my local company but were based the other side of the country to me. I was a bit nervous at first but I didn’t have to be. This company are brilliant. I rang them for more details which they found out for me. They rang me when I placed my online order to make sure somebody would be in the next day to receive it. The parcel company hadn’t given me a tracking number which concerned me a little bit, so I called them and they even tracked it down for me and called me back to let me know the number. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. They have been brilliant from start to finish. And I love my chair, thank you Fenetic Wellbeing

Ordered a 4-wheeled rollator for a friend. Great product, better than one I have myself. Had to ring customer service due to Parcel Force claiming they had tried to deliver but had not, with CCTV proof. Customer service was very helpful, clear, and polite. Eventually delivered, and my friend (Mrs Sykes) was delighted. Well made and easy to finish assembling, and easy to use. I well recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to others looking for similar products.
