Just received my Red Drive Devilbiss Nitro rollator deluxe wheeled walking frame I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. Easy to decide which was right for me. The ordering process was easy and delivery was exactly as stated. 80 year old male ageing disgracefully. Much appreciated.

I fractured a part of my pelvis and was not allowed to weight bear for 4 months. As part of my recuperation, I was given a Zimmer frame to relearn to walk. I desperately wanted to start driving, but the frame was too large for me to manhandle into the car, so I was delighted to find a folding frame on the Frenetic website. I ordered it only to realise I had ordered the one without wheels. I emailed customer service as soon as I realised, and received a lovely email in response offering to cancel my order and refund my money so I could then order the actual one I wanted. Amazing service from a real person, thank you, Leah, and company. Would definitely order from Frenetic Wellbeing again if I need anything else on my journey back to walking.

Urgently needed an electric riser recliner for my mum after a hip operation and Fenetic had a great range, in stock, with immediate delivery! No waiting 10-12 weeks like some companies. Leah in Sales was really knowledgeable and helpful. Danny & Charlie delivered, installed, tested and demonstrated the chair. Absolutely brilliant service and really professional. Highly recommend.

I rang this company to enquire about a replacement part for my R6 Rollater. My query was dealt with in a most efficient and pleasant manner and quickly resolved. I was also treated with understanding and kindness too which as an elderly person is important to me. Really impressed by this company.

Last Sunday, whilst using our Fenetic wheelchair, we badly buckled the large back wheel in a pothole whilst crossing the road to the hospital. With help, we managed to straighten the wheel sufficiently to get into the hospital, but it was obviously not really safe. On contacting Fenetic Wellbeing on Monday morning, they didn't have a wheel in stock; however, some stock was arriving that afternoon, and they would contact us. Good to their word, we received a phone call to advise that a spare wheel was available and to order online. The replacement wheel arrived the next day, superbly packed, which was a great relief. Again, Fenetic Wellbeing proved that they are not just a business, but make every effort to support their customers ongoing. Proper Yorkshire Values. PS. The cost of the wheel was very reasonable, particularly considering delivery was included.

Had a rise and recline chair delivered today and from sales to the delivery drivers were awesome! Carl was Very knowledgeable about the chair and took his time letting me check out others not pusjing me to one specific chair but making sure my comfort came first! The delivery drivers even helped with setting it up they made sure i was happy and answered any questions i had. Can't fault he sales, carl or drivers Danny and Charlie on their level of customer service they do fenetic proud! RECCOMMEND 100%

Far cheaper than hiring a wheelchair for our 2-week break. Folds down easily into a compact and robust bag (provided).I bought this to allow my 96-year-old Mum to be mobile when on holidays and outings. She loves it! To give you an idea of how easy it is to fit into a car - I have a Peugeot 108 and can fit two large suitcases, the wheelchair, indoor and outdoor walking frames, a shower chair, bedding, our knitting bags and food supplies in the back😊 This wheelchair is far better than described; it is lightweight and comfortable enough for Mum to sit in all day. It was delivered the day after ordering. Highly Recommended

We tried to purchase folding crutches, tried all over the country for the product we required. Then we found Fenetic Wellbeing. We visited them and were treated very well. Found what we wanted and purchased on the spot. The people were very interested in our requirements and generally helpful. We purchased on the spot. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in giving a full recommendation for this company and their helpful staff.

Fenetic Well-being were very very helpful. Tom from Fenetic managed to source a Pride Go Go Mg2 mobility scooter at very short notice directly from the manufacturers. We were very impressed with the customer service and follow-up. I would recommend this company and scooter. The scooter is very sturdy for such a lightweight scooter and very easy to use. Fenetic are also adapting the controls for left-hand dominant control, which is very helpful as my husband has only use of his left hand following his Stroke.

We needed a chair for my mother, who has dementia and has difficulty sitting up straight. We asked for advice from the company we found all staff, in particular Tom, to be extremely helpful. He looked into what was available and kept us updated. A chair was recommended and we were introduced to the supplier who gave us an in-depth explanation of the chair features. They then brought the chair to my mother's care home and allowed her to trial it to ensure it was what she needed. They also explained all features and how to operate it to the care home staff. At all stages in the process, the company was very helpful and professional.

All aspects of the process of buying the chair were handled professionally, effectively and all very friendly. I was particularly impressed with the service provided to remove the old chair. My wife suffers with severe osteoporosis and as she sits for 12 to 14 hours a day, she finds our 2 year old John Lewis sofas increasingly uncomfortable. Having read the Which review on best buy electric recliners and discovering that the Fenetic showroom was only 30 mins drive away (my wife's limit in a car) I booked an appointment online and we met Leah to discuss our needs. The chair was to be a golden wedding anniversary present to ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah including making us both a cup tea. Our favourite was the Cullingworth chair, a 'which best buy'. The standard size chair was a bit too big for my wife but Leah said there was a petite version and while we drank tea the warehouse guys brought a petite Cullingworth into the showroom for us to try out. We both loved the chair, particularly the motorised footrest, backrest, headrest and lumbar support. With a bit of adjustment from the remote control it was easy to find the sweet spot for both our seating positions. We chose a non standard fabric for the chair at no extra cost, sunflower yellow to contrast with our grey sofas. Leah was knowledgeable about the fabrics and the variety of chairs on display and we felt very comfortable in her company. The delivery time quoted was approx 3 weeks and we paid 50% purchase price and 50% when it was delivered. We have had the chair for 2 weeks, love it and use it at every opportunity. Our dog is happy too as she no longer has to share a sofa!

This is the 2nd time I have made a purchase from Fenetic Wellbeing and I feel I really need to comment on their customer service. The communication on my delivery was excellent. And although there was a slight problem with the assembly of my recliner chair (which was done by an outside company) the sales team just couldn't do enough to help me and arranged for the problem to be sorted promptly and to my satisfaction. You don't have to wait an age for the phone to be answered either which is rare these days and I think I spoke to 3 different members of the sales team and they were all very polite and eager to help me. There was even a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the arrangements. I would recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to anyone and certainly use them myself in the future.

Not living nearby but decided rollator shown on line would be right for me. Slight discrepancy on price but on ringing this was explained and as a result free carriage. Amazingly goods were delivered next day.

I bought a roller and after a few months had a problem with one of the brakes. I spoke to Gaby and she asked that I send a video of the fault. The next day Carl rang and said they had never had that problem before but they would send a renew replacement. It arrived the next day. Their service was excellent friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company

My husband ordered a EliteCare wheelchair, then cancelled it as he hadn’t mentioned the VAT claim, Amazon couldn’t confirm whether it would be delivered. So I contacted Fenetic by email immediately to say we really needed the wheelchair as soon as possible, the following morning we received an email to say it would be delivered the next day, Vat sorted. When we received it we then ran into a problem, my husband 75 found he couldn’t carry it upstairs, he has his own limitations. I once again contacted Leah at Fenetic to explain we would now need another wheelchair for upstairs, the same amazing service, it was delivered to us immediately. We offered to pay the extra carriage, but they never entertained it. This company went out of their way to help us. Their service went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

As an elderly man with blood cancer I have a damaged spine and cannot walk very far now. I thought that a Stroller would help, and as a member of "Which " I selected a Best Buy that suited my requirements. "Which " also gave several sellers it recommended for this DeVilbis Nitro Stroller, all of which were far cheaper than my local Mobility store. I telephoned Fenetic and spoke with a most helpful Sales lady who verified they could supply the size and colour Stroller from stock, at a far cheaper price too, so I ordered just before the weekend and paid an extra £8 for a delivery that wouldnt clash with my frequent Hospital Clinics the following week. The box arived early the following Tuesday in excellent condition, so had been handled carefully. The Stroller is not "old Stock" being manufactured in Germany in April 2024. The Stroller is very well made and little assembly required , with things such as arm height and seat strap easily adjustable, and I must admit to being very impressed, both with the Stroller and Fenetic`s as a newish firm in a over crowded business. I would happily purchase from Fenetic in future as my wife also has failing knees and may wish for one of the aids available.

We placed an order with Fenetic and they were most helpful in answering all my questions and assisted me in making sure I ordered the correct product for my parents needs. They were helpful and friendly at all times and when we had some issues with the delivery, they were swift in resolving the problem and making it right. Many thanks for your patients and assistance.

Wanted to buy a mobility scooter that was light and would easily fit in the boot of my car. Had a model in mind after reading reviews. Made an appointment to try out this model on the same day that I rang Fenetic . Carl greeted us at the door and spent over an hour with us giving helpful advice and allowing us to dismantle a number of models to feel the weight of the individual parts. It was clear the original model I had in mind was too large and heavy for my purposes. Eventually we bought an aluminium model which was perfect for my needs. I was surprised and delighted that delivery was the following morning. I would highly recommend Fenetic based on my excellent experience of this company.

The riser recliner received was excellent. The delivery men where cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. The customer services team especially Leah were incredibly helpful and kind (You do need to wait on the line quite a while but persevere) There is a glitch in the system when purchasing from Amazon. Amazon stated the delivery date and even stated it had been despatched but it had not. This led to a wasted day as family came to remove furniture. So contact Fenetic directly to find out delivery details.

I had an issue with the footplate of my son's wheelchair and the kind lady who answered my call was super in her manner.politeness and helpfulness. I wish all people were as good as her and my issue was sorted immediately. Credit where credit's due and thank you .
