I just wanted to share what a WONDERFUL service all the team provided. Right from the start the team could not be more helpful, and kindly and very quickly sent me swatches of the sofa, video of the sofa (your Yorkshire and we’re Bognor!) and answered any of my questions very quickly and efficiently. As you can appreciate without seeing it in the “flesh” first was a risk for us – but all paid off. Thanks should go to the whole team as today you don’t always get brilliant service and Fenetic certainly provided that. Whatever training, recruitment etc you all provide it’s certainly working. Thanks again and Wendy loves it.

Fabulous local company. Delivery was less than a week after choosing. Salesman took care to measure my legs etc.. Really good quality. Only just delivered but seems comfortable. The delivery guys Mick and Dudley were absolutely brilliant, taking care not to damage anything and removed our old furniture no problem. Very pleasant chaps and a credit to the company as was the initial salesman, sorry can't remember your name. Have confidence about after sales care, very very heloful.

The Installation of the chair by Fenetic were excellent. Information given, timing kept to as said, and expected arrival time given. The two men were very quick and professional about unpacking, setting up chair and demonstrating. All rubbish cleared up and all in all it was a good experience. Although they had a lot of deliveries to make they didn't make it feel rushed and made sure I understood the workings of the chair.

After lots of emails back and forth with Abigail we finally ordered the Large Tall Radiance. It arrived quickly and was put together by two very helpful men who also put it into position for us. My husband has found it to be an ideal fit and very comfortable. He is delighted to have finally found something that works for him and that can bring a degree of relief to his day. The company, and Abigail in particular, went beyond what we expected with multiple emails and really putting effort in to find the right suggestion for him, even when we were upfront about not necessarily being ready to order financially. This, in large part made us feel confident to order from them rather than try a cheaper alternative from elsewhere. Overall the customer service was excellent and felt very personalised which is a rarity these days. Over a month later the chair looks perfect and is very comfortable. Can't fault a thing.

Fabulous service yet again from Fenetic Wellbeing, from the sales and customer service teams through to the very prompt, efficient free delivery and installation (invluding Tom, one of the company owners) who came and installed the chair.

From our first telephone contact we had excellent customer service. We were invited by Tom to visit the showroom, which we did on a Saturday morning. He gave us the time and space to check out all the riser recliner chairs in the showroom, and this was important as we needed to get exactly the right size. From ordering to delivery the contact was good and the chairs were professionally installed. We are very happy with the quality of the product.

ontacted me as soon as I had placed my online order and left a voicemail for me. Delivery was arranged very quickly. I got regular email and text updates to advise on timing of delivery, including a call from the delivery team when they were within a half hour's drive. The unpacking, setting up, demonstrating, trial and removal of all packaging was as promised.

Previously bought a Cullingworth Recliner from Fenetic which I was very happy with. I depend on this chair as I would otherwise be bed bound. This review is for the purchase of a backup battery power supply for the chair. I was faced with a day long power cut with 6 days notice. I contacted Fenetic who arranged immediate dispatch of their backup battery power supply which should arrive in the next 3 days, so plenty of time. they answered several technical questions and took the time to be friendly and helpful. Because of my medical situation I am entitled to a VAT exemption and this was arranged over the phone as part of the purchase. This is my second good customer experience with Fenetic.

Easy to order from the comprehensive website and the good range of rollators available were priced competitively. Quick despatch, then hit courier problems with Parcelforce. The help provided by Jane in Fenetic Wellbeing customer service team was exemplary. She contacted the courier (who were giving me the run around) and sorted out the delivery. I was very impressed by this helpful response, as lots of companies seem to leave the customer to deal with courier issues themselves. Everyone I spoke to at the company was helpful, polite and ‘human’. They actually got back to me when they said they would! Such a refreshing experience to deal with a company that provided good customer service at all stages of dealing with them.

I travelled 140 miles round trip to sit in the chair I bought, and it was worth every last mile! I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was greeted cheerily. I was shown to a seat while I waited 2 minutes for a gentleman to come and assist me. I was immediately offered a drink. The chap I saw spent the best part of an hour showing me different chairs, along with another offer of a drink. He walked me through every operation of the chair, which I must say was extremely comfortable. We went through different fabric samples, and he was fine with my sending samples of them by WhatsApp to my wife for confirmation of colour and eventually phoning her. After an hour, he suggested I take a swatch home, discussed the chair with my wife and make a decision at my leisure whether I wanted to buy. He also printed out all of the details of the chair to take home. He was excellent in both his knowledge and his approach to customer relations. The online order process was easy to follow and went without a hitch. A 6-8 weeks time scale was suggested for delivery, but the chair was ready in four weeks, and we hadn’t started to decorate the room where it was going. They were happy to hold on to the chair until I phoned them then to schedule the delivery. Having now used the chair for a week, I find it exceptionally comfortable. I have spent years experiencing discomfort on settees purchased from mainstream furniture suppliers to the extent that I would sit on the floor for relief.

My chair was delivered and assembled for free, I`m over the moon with it🙂 Thank you so much to the sales lady for getting it to me earlier than the 4 - 8 days delivery stated. I rang and could actually have it the next day. Desperately needed as the riser is perfect for getting me to my feet. Thank you to Danny & Mick, who were friendly, polite and efficient and assembled my chair and gave a demonstration on how it worked. Great job lads ! A quality chair, looks stylish, very comfortable and a game changer for me, PERFECT ! Fantastic service all round. Highly recommended !!

I had a problem with my riser/recliner chair. The mechanism was making a loud noise and the chair back developed a hollow in the apolstery and the springs were digging in my back. After phoning Customer Service and being told my chair was 6 months out of guarantee a company director telephoned me and agreed to fix my chair. They even loaned me a replacement chair. I would definitely recommend this company.

I attended Fenetic Wellbeing without an appointment. I was greeted by Charlie, who helped me in with it. After an inspection, he made me a coffee, got me comfy in an electric assisted chair. He took the wheelchair away and put right all the problems in speedy time. A brilliant service. I would recommend this company for your Wellbeing needs. Thank you Charlie.

Superb demonstration & communication throughout all deadlines adhered to. We came down to see the product, excellent choice of products to choose from We choose the power chair. Delivery was spot on.

I have a new lease of life since buying my rollator. It is very easy to use, came fully assembled, and looks very smart. I'm a small 78 year old woman and I can lift it in and out of my car. It is a Which Best Buy, and is the only rollator I found in small, medium and large sizes and in different colours. I have the small one after advice from Customer Services about which would be best for me. A very accessible website, good Customer Service, and delivered more quickly than I expected. I would highly recommend this firm and this rollator.

A wonderful company to deal with! I had tons of questions prior to finding the right riser recliner chair for me and they were all answered promptly. As I had chosen a non stock colour they happily forwarded colour swatches for me to choose from. Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than anticipated. In addition their courier Domestic Distribution did a marvellous job delivering and setting up chair. Would definitely deal again.

The help I received was very good as we ordered 2 chairs which are very very good plus 5 years insurance we'll worth the money, the lady who served us was really friendly and helpful, so we ordered 2 chairs without VAT,and they were delivered with in 5days .they were put together and all packages taken away they were very helpful and clean, so thank you very much.
