I have a new lease of life since buying my rollator. It is very easy to use, came fully assembled, and looks very smart. I'm a small 78 year old woman and I can lift it in and out of my car. It is a Which Best Buy, and is the only rollator I found in small, medium and large sizes and in different colours. I have the small one after advice from Customer Services about which would be best for me. A very accessible website, good Customer Service, and delivered more quickly than I expected. I would highly recommend this firm and this rollator.

A wonderful company to deal with! I had tons of questions prior to finding the right riser recliner chair for me and they were all answered promptly. As I had chosen a non stock colour they happily forwarded colour swatches for me to choose from. Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than anticipated. In addition their courier Domestic Distribution did a marvellous job delivering and setting up chair. Would definitely deal again.

The help I received was very good as we ordered 2 chairs which are very very good plus 5 years insurance we'll worth the money, the lady who served us was really friendly and helpful, so we ordered 2 chairs without VAT,and they were delivered with in 5days .they were put together and all packages taken away they were very helpful and clean, so thank you very much. Absolutely top class service! The lady who answered my call could not have been more helpful in explaining in great detail how to assemble the chair and said I qualified for VAT discount which was a nice surprise. I was kept informed by email throughout as to where the chair was on the delivery journey and it was delivered within 36 hours of ordering, perfectly packed. My son assembled the chair in less than 5 minutes. I shall be using it for the first time on Saturday for a hospital visit and have no qualms whatsoever about its reliability. Fenetics should give lessons to other traders who take our money then couldn’t care less! Many thanks to all concerned, highly recommended.

I ordered a Kelbrook Riser Recliner for my Mum which we unfortunately discovered had a small mechanical issue. I contacted Jane, from the Sales Team, late on a Friday afternoon to make her aware of the fault and she promptly took ownership of the issue and phoned me, on the following Monday morning, providing a solution in the form of a replacement chair. She initially spoke with Mum & was so kind & patient, reiterating the importance of us having confidence in their brand and product. She restored our faith, confirming she would organise collection of the ‘faulty’ chair & delivery of a new one. The communication from everyone, including the Delivery Team/Daniyal, was brilliant making the collection/delivery smooth & easy. I had purposely chosen to purchase the chair through Fenetic Wellbeing based on the Customer Reviews I had seen. I’m so pleased that I did as they have more than proven themselves in providing such excellent service. We are so grateful for all their help and understanding and really appreciate everything they’ve done for us. Mum feels safe & happy, the chair itself is fantastic so I would HIGHLY recommend using them & will definitely buy from them again.

I made an appointment to view a lightweight folding wheelchair my wife and I were greeted by Carl who showed me the wheelchair I had asked about and also offered another I had not seen before I tried both out using them both inside and outside in the carpark to see how they both handled different surfaces . Carl made us a cup of coffee while he went through how to fold the wheelchairs so we could see how they would go in car and feel the weight of them . We were not put under any pressure to buy and he answered all questions asked . I decided to go with the wheelchair Carl showed me rather than the one I went for as it was more comfortable slightly more expensive but just so pleased we travelled the 2 hours to try the chairs out and get the advice of an expert . I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of any equipment and expertise of staff .

Needed to purchase a power chair for myself and after a lot of research I found the Pride Jazzy Carbon Lite chair seemed to be perfect for my needs. I found it at my local store and almost purchased it but decided to do some online research. Fenetic Wellbeing were charging almost £1,000 less than my local company but were based the other side of the country to me. I was a bit nervous at first but I didn’t have to be. This company are brilliant. I rang them for more details which they found out for me. They rang me when I placed my online order to make sure somebody would be in the next day to receive it. The parcel company hadn’t given me a tracking number which concerned me a little bit, so I called them and they even tracked it down for me and called me back to let me know the number. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. They have been brilliant from start to finish. And I love my chair, thank you Fenetic Wellbeing

Ordered a 4-wheeled rollator for a friend. Great product, better than one I have myself. Had to ring customer service due to Parcel Force claiming they had tried to deliver but had not, with CCTV proof. Customer service was very helpful, clear, and polite. Eventually delivered, and my friend (Mrs Sykes) was delighted. Well made and easy to finish assembling, and easy to use. I well recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to others looking for similar products.

I fractured a part of my pelvis and was not allowed to weight bear for 4 months. As part of my recuperation, I was given a Zimmer frame to relearn to walk. I desperately wanted to start driving, but the frame was too large for me to manhandle into the car, so I was delighted to find a folding frame on the Frenetic website. I ordered it only to realise I had ordered the one without wheels. I emailed customer service as soon as I realised, and received a lovely email in response offering to cancel my order and refund my money so I could then order the actual one I wanted. Amazing service from a real person, thank you, Leah, and company. Would definitely order from Frenetic Wellbeing again if I need anything else on my journey back to walking.

Last Sunday, whilst using our Fenetic wheelchair, we badly buckled the large back wheel in a pothole whilst crossing the road to the hospital. With help, we managed to straighten the wheel sufficiently to get into the hospital, but it was obviously not really safe. On contacting Fenetic Wellbeing on Monday morning, they didn't have a wheel in stock; however, some stock was arriving that afternoon, and they would contact us. Good to their word, we received a phone call to advise that a spare wheel was available and to order online. The replacement wheel arrived the next day, superbly packed, which was a great relief. Again, Fenetic Wellbeing proved that they are not just a business, but make every effort to support their customers ongoing. Proper Yorkshire Values. PS. The cost of the wheel was very reasonable, particularly considering delivery was included.

Awesome sales and delivery staff
Had a rise and recline chair delivered today and from sales to the delivery drivers were awesome! Carl was Very knowledgeable about the chair and took his time letting me check out others not pusjing me to one specific chair but making sure my comfort came first! The delivery drivers even helped with setting it up they made sure i was happy and answered any questions i had. Can't fault he sales, carl or drivers Danny and Charlie on their level of customer service they do fenetic proud! RECCOMMEND 100%

The Lightweight Deluxe Folding Transit Travel Wheelchair in a Bag with handbrakes ECTR04 Fantastic buy from the lovely people at Fenetic Wellbeing. Well worth every penny. Far cheaper than hiring a wheelchair for our 2-week break. Folds down easily into a compact and robust bag (provided).I bought this to allow my 96-year-old Mum to be mobile when on holidays and outings. She loves it! To give you an idea of how easy it is to fit into a car - I have a Peugeot 108 and can fit two large suitcases, the wheelchair, indoor and outdoor walking frames, a shower chair, bedding, our knitting bags and food supplies in the back😊 This wheelchair is far better than described; it is lightweight and comfortable enough for Mum to sit in all day. It was delivered the day after ordering. Highly Recommended

Fenetic Well-being were very very helpful. Tom from Fenetic managed to source a Pride Go Go Mg2 mobility scooter at very short notice directly from the manufacturers. We were very impressed with the customer service and follow-up. I would recommend this company and scooter. The scooter is very sturdy for such a lightweight scooter and very easy to use. Fenetic are also adapting the controls for left-hand dominant control, which is very helpful as my husband has only use of his left hand following his Stroke.
