I bought a roller and after a few months had a problem with one of the brakes. I spoke to Gaby and she asked that I send a video of the fault. The next day Carl rang and said they had never had that problem before but they would send a renew replacement. It arrived the next day. Their service was excellent friendly and helpful. My husband ordered a EliteCare wheelchair, then cancelled it as he hadn’t mentioned the VAT claim, Amazon couldn’t confirm whether it would be delivered. So I contacted Fenetic by email immediately to say we really needed the wheelchair as soon as possible, the following morning we received an email to say it would be delivered the next day, Vat sorted. When we received it we then ran into a problem, my husband 75 found he couldn’t carry it upstairs, he has his own limitations. I once again contacted Leah at Fenetic to explain we would now need another wheelchair for upstairs, the same amazing service, it was delivered to us immediately. We offered to pay the extra carriage, but they never entertained it. This company went out of their way to help us. Their service went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

As an elderly man with blood cancer I have a damaged spine and cannot walk very far now. I thought that a Stroller would help, and as a member of "Which " I selected a Best Buy that suited my requirements. "Which " also gave several sellers it recommended for this DeVilbis Nitro Stroller, all of which were far cheaper than my local Mobility store. I telephoned Fenetic and spoke with a most helpful Sales lady who verified they could supply the size and colour Stroller from stock, at a far cheaper price too, so I ordered just before the weekend and paid an extra £8 for a delivery that wouldnt clash with my frequent Hospital Clinics the following week. The box arived early the following Tuesday in excellent condition, so had been handled carefully. The Stroller is not "old Stock" being manufactured in Germany in April 2024. The Stroller is very well made and little assembly required , with things such as arm height and seat strap easily adjustable, and I must admit to being very impressed, both with the Stroller and Fenetic`s as a newish firm in a over crowded business. I would happily purchase from Fenetic in future as my wife also has failing knees and may wish for one of the aids available.

We placed an order with Fenetic and they were most helpful in answering all my questions and assisted me in making sure I ordered the correct product for my parents needs. Wanted to buy a mobility scooter that was light and would easily fit in the boot of my car. Had a model in mind after reading reviews. Made an appointment to try out this model on the same day that I rang Fenetic . Carl greeted us at the door and spent over an hour with us giving helpful advice and allowing us to dismantle a number of models to feel the weight of the individual parts. It was clear the original model I had in mind was too large and heavy for my purposes. Eventually we bought an aluminium model which was perfect for my needs. I was surprised and delighted that delivery was the following morning. I would highly recommend Fenetic based on my excellent experience of this company.

The riser recliner received was excellent. The delivery men where cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. The customer services team especially Leah were incredibly helpful and kind (You do need to wait on the line quite a while but persevere) There is a glitch in the system when purchasing from Amazon. Amazon stated the delivery date and even stated it had been despatched but it had not. This led to a wasted day as family came to remove furniture. So contact Fenetic directly to find out delivery details.

I had an issue with the footplate of my son's wheelchair and the kind lady who answered my call was super in her manner.politeness and helpfulness. I wish all people were as good as her and my issue was sorted immediately. Credit where credit's due and thank you .

I purchased an Elite X cruise rollator a year ago. Brilliant aid. Unfortunately, it met with an accident and needed a part replacing. The office went above and beyond for me as I couldn't say the name of the part. All is well... I can roll again. So impressed I got one for my daughter. Excellent service and products

I needed a wheelchair for my mum, found the perfect one at a great price so placed the order. Delivery was really quick but turned out I’d ordered the wrong item. Leah in the customer services team was amazing. She sorted the problem and the right item was delivered within 24 hours and the original item picked up at a day/time of my choice. Customer service is so important, especially when things go wrong, Fenetic clearly recognises the importance of its customers - 5 stars from me and happy to recommend.

Ordered a wheelchair that was needed fast- it actually arrived a day earlier than expected, so I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The chair itself is excellent, much better than expected and at a great price. Gaby at Fenetic also made it very easy to apply for VAT exemption on the item, so overall I give a five star review for both the item and for Fenetic Wellbeing's excellent customer service. Stumbled across Fenetic Trading Company while searching for a specific chair for my disabled husband. My husband fairly young (50) but is severely disabled and had been unable to leave his bed for several days after his NHS provided recliner chair failed. I visited the showrooms of the big branded chair manufacturers, but as well as their chairs being ludicrously expensive they were unable to supply anything for many weeks. I took a chance and placed an order with Fenetic. The chair was delivered in two days - as promised. Once out of the box the quality of the chair exceeded all expectations! Really great design, fabric and cushioning. But the price…. Fantastic! A quarter of the price of some alternatives, and no lower standard. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Communication was great from the moment the order had been placed. Delivery was hassle free and my 97yr old Grandad is over the moon with his new armchair. Delivered to his room and assembled, packaging taken away and a full demo given before the couriers left. 5☆

We ordered an overbed table, which would be needed by my wife when she was discharged from hospital on 15 December. We chose Fenetic because their price for the table was lower than we had seen elsewhere online. The package arrived on 13 December, but it had been damaged in transit and a small but vital bag of fixings was missing on arrival. I contacted Fenetic, explained our predicament and on 14 December, at no additional charge, they arranged to despatch a replacement set of fixings by next-day delivery. The fittings duly arrived in time for me to complete the assembly of the table shortly before my wife was discharged. The table is exactly what we needed and has proved very useful. We are therefore very happy customers on all points.

Bought a riser/recliner chair from Fenetic Wellbeing. Beautiful chair and easily accommodated my 18 stone father. Chair delivered within 2 days, so much faster than many companies suggesting 6 weeks plus. However, Dad noticed the colour from the leather chair was transferring to his clothes. I contacted Fenetic and Talia dealt with the issue the day I submitted it, asked for pictures which I had and on submission of those immediately suggested they'd change the chair as it hadn't happened before and wanted the opportunity to test it. New chair booked in for this week. Just brilliant. Gone above and beyond and more than happy to recommend them in the future to friends & family. Thank you

We visited the warehouse, where Carl helped us to choose a suitable wheelchair. He helped us to try out various models and checked if and how they would fit in the boot of our car. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Before this visit we had also visited 3 or 4 mobility centres and had left disappointed by the lack of customer care. Not so with Fenetic. We would always return to this company. We really can highly recommend Fenetic.

I ordered the Westminster riser recliner, from start to finish genetic wellbeing guided me through the correct chair for my needs nothing was too much trouble for them, delivered on date and on time with no problems at all, thank you Fenetic, I certainly recommend them.

I was recommended Fenetic Well-being by The William Merritt Disability Centre in Leeds. We phoned and spoke to Carl, who was very knowledgeable and helpful and arranged for us to visit and look at riser recliner chairs, as I am having major ankle surgery in the near future. We visited the warehouse showroom and met up with Carl. He was very kind and considerate and gave us a lot of time to look at all the options, whilst giving us appropriate information about each chair. We were made to feel he had all the time in the world to help us and nothing was too much trouble in terms of swapping cushions around, trying chairs out several times and asking numerous questions! There was no pressure to buy and no trying to sell us more expensive models of chairs. We bought a chair and Carl kindly arranged for this to be stored whilst we reorganised things at home. We arranged a delivery date and my chair arrived exactly on schedule. I am absolutely delighted with it – it is so comfortable and easy to operate in terms of raising the footrest, changing the backless position or elevating it to get to a standing position. We are extremely thankful for all the help Carl has given to us and can highly recommend Fenetic Wellbeing.
