After extensive research into our kitchen refurb, we decided to go with The Kitchen Company Uxbridge as they have an impressive showroom which allowed us to view and choose our kitchen equipment and furniture with ease and confidence. James, the Sales Designer and our point of contact, was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The design and computer-generated visuals that he presented met our brief, which was to look modern, bright and airy. The teams that the company used to install the new kitchen were extremely skilled, reliable and courteous, which made the whole process from start to finish work like clockwork. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend The Kitchen Company Uxbridge and the team to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen refurbishment.

Everything was done as requested and agreed upon. The workmen even put right some defects previous tradesmen had left badly fitted to ensure the completed job was up to their standard. Not the cheapest company in the area but you get what you pay for and we certainly did. An excellent job and very helpful staff.

Although our kitchen is not large, James was very patient and helpful in getting to know our needs. He came up with a design that incorporated everything on our wish list, something we did not think would be possible. We received a detailed quote and a very well organised work schedule which they stuck to. All the tradesmen were very pleasant, and carried out the work quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard. When an incorrect panel was shipped from the manufacturer a correct replacement was organised and fitted before the end of the build. We were also invited to an in store demonstration of Neff cooking appliances which was useful in learning about the different features. It was a fun event and the results were very tasty! From beginning to end a very satisfactory experience.

Overall the process from start to finish was very easy. The design process was very thorough. The kitchen is quite small but they managed to give me far more space than I had previously. Our kitchen is small with non standard dimensions. The Kitchen Company put a lot of thought into the design of the kitchen to get around these issues and make the best use of the space. They gave us a detailed schedule and kept to budget. The project management and installation were excellent, and they ensured goods damaged during delivering were immediately replaced. They were very clean and tidy so there was far less mess and noise than we had expected

The Kitchen Company did a brilliant job designing and fitting my kitchen eight years ago and so I had no hesitation choosing them for a bedroom refit. Ken Lobo worked on the designs for two bedrooms. He made suggestions on the layout and I now have so much more storage space and two beautiful bedrooms. The fit took about a week, hardworking fitter did a great job. Had a small problem with one of the drawer fronts but this was an issue with the company supplying the bedroom rather than the fit or design. The staff at The Kitchen Company kept me informed and up to date whilst they chased the manufacturers. Really pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

From the moment we first went into the Kitchen Company in Uxbridge to enquire about having a new kitchen we felt in very capable hands. James guided us through the design process in a professional yet personal manner, listening to our thoughts and ideas and advising us of the many options available. The start date was agreed upon and from then on each of the workmen worked to a very high standard, was punctual and very friendly, tidying up at the end of the day and removing any rubbish. James managed the project well and we had wonderful help and support from Mona. To say we are thrilled with our new kitchen is an understatement! I would highly recommend the Kitchen Company.

The team have expert knowledge not just on design, but also on all kitchen appliances - and they were able to source high spec appliances at very competitive prices. For three or four years we had been put off updating our kitchen, as other companies came up with very similar designs that didn't suit us. When we met Chris and he sat down with us with a pen, graph paper, and a set square we knew we had found the right person to design our kitchen. His attention to detail, creativity and patience were second to none. When a deposit is paid some companies become complacent, but from start to finish I can say Chris, Mark and all his team were always quick to reply to my calls and emails, workmen were always on time, they were tidy and any rubbish was taken away quickly. The standard of work was exceptional, and that is coming from somebody who is very picky. Enough said. Do not hesitate to use this established very well run Company. Well done Chris and your team.

I have been to most of the high street kitchen designers - and their designs were pretty standard - and we were of the opinion that's the best that can be done given the dimensions and space. But Ken Lobo was exceptional and came up with some really nice contemporary concepts which was never thought of by us or the other designers. His attention to detail and industry knowledge is vast. Customer service is flawless throughout the process and most importantly the end product. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough: Chris listened to us and asked what we wanted and where he felt it would not be practical (an island), he offered a solution such as a "curved" breakfast bar which would then become a kitchen feature. Chris took on board all our thoughts, concerns and "must-haves" when he designed our kitchen. The project management was spot-on and the tradesmen who came to do the works at the various stages were always so polite and professional. I did not feel stressed during the project and save for the slight blimp with the worktop, the completion would have been ahead of schedule! The money spent on the kitchen has been worth it and we will probably go back to Chris when we re-model our bedrooms.

We have used them 4 times in the last 25 years each time with a very large project of significant amount. The last 3 times the work was as expected - high quality product and installation to match the price and the designers then were Terry and Ken. This time round we were introduced to Chris and we spent a significant amount of money. His kitchen design was fine but the study he designed, the size of the desk and the quality of the material used for the desk worktop was awful and there were a few things left unfinished or not to customer specifications. The other difference is that when Terry and Ken were asked to address issues, they dealt with them professionally without complaining. Chris was very different; he became defensive straight away, could not deal with the challenges and in the end was prepared to ruin the customer experience. So we will never use them again.

Although not the cheapest the Kitchen Company but there products and service far outweigh other similar companies. The sales designer James, the owner Chris and the rest of the staff were excellent. From the moment of entering the showroom to the finished kitchen the service was second to none. They were attentive and listened to our wishes whilst providing experienced advice. In relation to the kitchen the overall standard of the cabinets and appliances are of the highest quality and beautifully finished. The removal of the old kitchen and the fitting of the new one was well coordinated and the whole project ran smoothly. Any problems we encountered or adjustments we made were dealt with speedily and satisfactorily. The service and workmanship of all the contractors employed in the project was exceptional. Overall everybody involved from showroom staff to tradesmen were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend The Kitchen Company.

I am delighted with my new kitchen which was designed by Chris at The Kitchen Company and installed by them. The work involved the demolition of my old kitchen and included installation of new flooring. The only issue related to the supply of two appliances which was due to the widespread supply issues being experienced and I was provided with a temporary appliance to cover this period which I was content with. Chris' attention to detail was amazing and his guidance and patience were much appreciated. All the demolition/installation team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Company.

Having a new kitchen can be a stressful experience. The whole team at The Kitchen Company made the installation run like clockwork. Every trade turned up on time and when scheduled. Chris Sutherland came up with a lovely design and of course the standard of work when installed was excellent. We are really pleased with the result which replaces the kitchen "The Kitchen Company" installed 25 years ago and was still going strong! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From start to finish, The Kitchen Company excelled. Chris’ attention to detail during the design phase means I have an amazing looking kitchen that is also functional. He understood our needs and gave his advice on appliances and worktop. He even took time out to explain the wiring plans to my electrician husband. Mark’s coordination of the fitting was done expertly. The delivery guys took care to protect my new wooden floor and even kindly moved my new American style fridge/freezer from the garage to the kitchen. That is over and above service. The fitting of our cabinets by Paul were done expertly. Our only slight mishap with the splash-back was resolved promptly. I have no hesitation in highly recommend this excellent company.
