My install was carried out in August 2023. I've delayed reviewing until now to give me time to assess the outcome. Initial consultation was thoughtful and considered. We discussed a few elements and ultimately ended up with 14 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall. Installation was carried out over 3 days but I was still able to work from home without being disrupted. A very neat final installation. One minor snag was resolved within a couple of days. Monthly bill for gas and electricity including charging a car was £475. Since the installation I've been able to reduce payments by £220 per month. So should pay for itself over a number of years whilst also reducing our emissions. Since the installation I've had a couple of questions and TLGEC have always come back to me and endeavoured to answer promptly. All in all a great company. I'm happy to recommend.

The Little Green Energy Company did a great job .The installation was not entirely straight forward and took some time due to the need for new external cables to be laid and a main fuse upgraded by UK Power Networks. The installers were considerate and did a neat job and explained everything they had done and how the Powerwall worked at the end. The office personnel were really nice -and patient -and particular thanks go to Karianne who was very efficient and friendly. A Powerwall is NOT cheap but the quality looks very good.It is though still early days and we will monitor things over the next months

TLGEC installed Tesla Powerwalls for me. Not an easy installation, but the very friendly team managed everything with ease and minimum inconvenience. Highly recommended.

Little Green Energy Company are one of the most professional, friendly, considerate and competent companies I have ever dealt with. They installed 22 solar panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries and they're working perfectly. My monthly energy bill has reduced from £400 to £100 (in winter month) and I expect the full year will be well under £1,000 - 250sqm 4-bed house. You can find plenty who are cheaper, but you only get the quality of product and service that what you pay for. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Little Green.

This was the installation of 10 panels and a Tesla battery. There is quite a lead-time with solar panel installations at the moment, so while we booked in the work in October 2022, we weren't surprised to wait six months until the installation could take place. Several other companies said the battery installation would be delayed by a further few months, but TLGEC promised it would be installed the same week as the panels and this is what happened. Scaffolding went up a few days in advance, while the installation itself took just two days, with the system commissioned and working on the second day. All paperwork was sent the following week by email and we were also exporting energy with an exporter MPAN within one month of the installation. Everything was done well and has continued working since. What impressed us most was the organisation in advance that meant on the installation days everything went smoothly. They were not the cheapest option, certainly, but if you would like the work done well then they are very much recommended.

We originally spoke to TLGEC over two years ago, and due to planning permissions and other things we did not get to proceed until recently. I contacted TLGEC and requested a new quote and additions. 1 week on and I found out the sales agent was no longer with the company and someone else would get back to me... Another week past and I had to call again as no one got back to me and to cut a long story short they refused to do the work now siting that "we should have never agreed to do this project". Even though their surveyors had been out and inspected my roof, rafters, fuse board the whole lot and had come up with a design and quoted me. It turns out the sales manager now feels they my roof does not meet their requirements to install panels on. I find it strange how their surveyors felt differently and very 3 different engagements no one had an issue... It seems Nick feels they can only do large single paneled roofs... good luck finding business in the UK if this is your prerequisite. All in all we now have to start again... thanks for wasting our time. If you don't have a perfect roof these are not the people for you...

The starting situation was that we already had Solar Panels installed in April 2010 and had changed to a SolarEdge inverter in September 2016 Simon, of The Little Green Energy Company is no romantic, and after answering all my questions I made the decision to have a Tesla Powerwall installed. Other players often deploy 'Snake Oil Salesman' techniques. The installation has stood the test of time and it's worth noting that without a battery only the usable Solar Power would offset customer's metered electricity, due to a backstop that prevents the excess Solar Power rolling back digital supply meters Smart Meters. Our installation is configured for Time of Use so our off peak electricity charges the battery, supplementing the daytime charging due to the excess Solar Power. Tesla have now configured the daytime charging so that weather related data prevents the Powerwall fully charging overnight so additional wastage with a full battery is avoided. All in all we are greatly benefiting from the Powerwall and our very thorough calculations determine that the purchase and installation cost at the time will be offset by the savings in our electricity bills. These calculations do not rely on the very high current charges for daytime electricity compared to nigh time electricity which will result in further savings. We also receive the original Feed-In payments which are on course to pay for the very high cost we paid for our panels in 2010.

I looked at various companies before choosing TLGECo and I paid slightly more to them as they offered the best products with the best guarantees: Sunpower panels, Solaredge inverts and Myenergy Eddi hot water diverters. One or two minor problems on installation day due to staff illness, but job finished on the second visit. The staff were very helpful and did a great job. Since being fitted the Eddie heats most of my hot water rather than using gas, and most days I can charge my PHEV car on solar and my house electric use has more than halved and hope this will increase in the summer. I feel that we are helping the Planet. I am really pleased with my choice of TLGECo.

We decided late in the day to fit solar panels in time to qualify for FIT. We contacted The Little Green Energy Company on 1 March 2019 and our panels were installed on 15 March, following a survey and quote, an energy assessment and issue of Energy Performance Certificate, erection of scaffolding and two days of site work. From the start, everyone involved was quick and efficient - both office and site people - and we’ve always known exactly what was happening and when. We've really appreciated the way TLGEC managed the project, the quality of the work, and how pleasant all their people are. This could have been stressful, given the timeframe, but it never was. And it was better value than we'd feared, too.

We have been extending and renovating our home and wanted a PV and battery set-up. TLGECo was the least expensive and most approachable of several possible local suppliers. I have been entirely happy with the efforts of all their staff, from the initial survey site visit through the telephone specification discussion and the liaison between the PV slab fitters and our roofers and finally fitting the Tesla battery and liaising with our electricians. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Very positive experience in all respects. Installed 12 panels on roof and associated hardware. Good communication throughout and very pleasant workman. All went very smoothly and I am very happy with the result.

The installers arrived on time. They were friendly and polite and always took their shoes off when they came indoors. It rained all day so it was very wet and cold up on the roof but they kept working and remained cheerful. They made an excellent job of fitting all the brackets and panels. At the same time the electrician was working inside. His cabling was very neat and he explained exactly what he was doing and made sure I was happy before he proceeded. The people in the office made the extra effort to get my paperwork processed very quickly because I had family commitments and needed to travel within a few days of them completing the work. I have already recommended this to my neighbour.
