The London Alcove Company provides bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, libraries, bookcases, radiator covers and much more in a variety of finishes, fitted or freestanding, designed to free up space in your home. All of the work is handmade to measure in our UK based workshop and is installed or delivered by our clean, polite and friendly team of qualified cabinet makers and installers.

The London Alcove company has just completed the 4th project in our house, a built in wardrobe with desk integrated. They also redecorated the whole room. The finished project is of high quality, exactly what we wanted, great attention to details. The whole process has been really smooth and all people involved are equally nice to interact with. The first project we conducted with the company was 10 years ago (alcove shelves and cupboards in our living room), it has aged beautifully. We can only warmly recommend them.

During the course of a house renovation project I dealt with a lot of different companies and tradespeople. London Alcove have been my favourite by far: approachable, relaxed and informative at the enquiry stage, detailed and helpful when discussing ideas and preparing drawings, considerate and punctual with their scheduling, and then completing the actual installation to the highest standards. I had two alcove units designed, built and fitted. The design process was very smooth, and the CD drawer solution the team came up with was perfect. Fitting was very efficient on a job with quite a few awkward, "old property" issues to work around. The finish is excellent. There were a couple of details left to finish off, but they were dealt with promptly. Overall, I think that the product and service represented very good value for money.

I have used London Alcove Company for five jobs now and have been completely happy with all of them. Communication is prompt, Cameron and his team are professional, friendly and very helpful and patient with designs that I was making up as I went along! The installations themselves are scheduled promptly and reliably, and the work carried out very well and tidily. There have been just a couple of adjustments required, and both have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. To be recommended.

This is the first time I have ever been 100% satisfied with work on my house. The service was excellent from the beginning. The drawings that were provided were of a far higher quality than any of the other companies I contacted. The house visit was arranged quickly and Cameron facilitated a robust discussion about what would, and would not work. Agreed changes were processed quickly and new drawings were provided. The work itself was carried out on the agreed date with no overruns. The quality of the workmanship was of the highest order. The one small alteration regarding wiring that I needed changing was carried out within a couple of days. I hate to admit it, but I actually sit there and stare at my shelves because they are so good! The price was towards the high end of the spectrum in my opinion, but was worth every penny.

Cameron and the team were first class, they did exactly what they promised to do. When I wanted the unit set further back they removed it, cut out more of the back of the unit and reinstalled. I have no hesitation in recommending.

We commissioned The London Alcove Company to build two sets of wardrobes in our new loft extension. They constructed a back to back wardrobe eliminating a wall and gaining us an additional 2 square metres of floor space. Cameron and his team at the London Alcove Company did a fantastic job of installing alcove units into 3 reception rooms, and wardrobes into 3 bedrooms. We are so pleased with the result that i've asked them to carry out some more carpentry work for us. Cameron is a great guy with good ideas and the untis speak for themselves.
