We had our kitchen totally gutted and redone, the team were highly professional, clean, very nice and created our dream kitchen. The work is exceptional, Andre and Taylor made the entire process so easy and smooth. They were always on the end of the phone, which was really reassuring. Everything was cross checked to make sure nothing went wrong and as always they smashed it. This is our second time working together and we can’t wait to do more together in the future. We have recommended them to all our friends and family.

We are very pleased with our recent bathroom renovation, undertaken from start to finish in just under three weeks by the London Bath Co. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Nasser and his entire team. A highly professional service. From the planning stage, the meticulous measuring through to the proposed plans and subsequent work, they provided great advice and dealt with snags and complications with impressive efficiency in addition to keeping us informed at every stage of the project. Rules and regulations at the property were followed at all times, and besides protecting the floors and walls perfectly during the actual works, the flat was left spotless on completion. The budget overran marginally due to outdated electrical fittings, but the upgrade now in place also facilitates planned future renovations in the kitchen. So, in all, a good recommendation and necessary expense. We most heartily recommend the London Bath Co.

London Bath Co installed a new bathroom for us. After a discussion on what we were looking for the showroom team created a fabulous design for us. A little later, the build team arrived. They were clean and tidy and checked in on our preferences for the details as they installed. We were on holiday for most of the build and they kept in touch with photos and it was great to come back to a new bathroom. They also made sure the property was completely cleaned up after the building works. All in all we got the bathroom we wanted with minimal work and effort on our part - just what we wanted.

We chose this company because of the promise of a seamless and stress free process. This was not our experience. In hindsight, problems began at the design stage. The interview was hurried with no opportunity to take the plans home to study them at our leisure. The survey failed to highlight issues which bathroom companies must have seen many times in basement flats. Accessible for someone with mobility issues was emphasised as being of paramount importance at the design stage. However, the design was changed during installation rendering the shower room hazardous. A solution of sorts was reached which included a shower surround which was not delivered. In fairness the company did offer to do remedial work but by this time we just wanted our relationship ended asap. The designer decided unilaterally to change the colour of grout from white to blue without any discussion with us. More positively once alerted the company tried to find solutions. But we thought we were paying to avoid problems occurring. Luckily we stayed on site otherwise we would have come home to a shower room not fit for our purposes. It seems many people had positive experiences with this company. The installers were excellent and the end product is aesthetically pleasing. But it was not a stress free process. If you decide to engage with the co I’d advise you spend as long as you need in the design meeting and don’t go away, as the designer suggested we should, whilst the work is being done.

We recommend London Bath and Kitchen with great pleasure, full satisfaction, confidence and (re)commitment. From start to finish, the experience was professionally conducted and also personally warm. Now that we have had a chance to use the bathroom conversion in our daily routine, we find happy surprises in the design that we had forgotten, and, more important, we see that under an expert eye, a small space could become bright and roomy. It’s a genuine showpiece and a home comfort. Finally, I’ll mention in particular the brilliance of the design by Andre Miller, the precise workmanship of Piotr Psionka, and the unflaggingly attentive and helpful supervision of Joanna Nibbs.

The London Bath Company undertook the remodeling of my en-suite bathroom and ground-floor half bath, delivering results that far exceeded my expectations. Efficient from the very beginning. Andre came up with a great design and then the whole team led by Florian did the work in under three weeks despite a problem with underlying boards. Looks amazing. Everything finished beautifully. It’s a start to finish service and they do it very very well.

I'd just had a new bathroom fitted by the London Bathroom Company. Right from the start, they were friendly, helpful and most of all honest about the time it would take and cost. After a very pleasant visit to their showroom in Blackheath, the contract was signed for them to begin work. I was impressed and surprised at the amount of work involved in such a small bathroom. I did wonder at the cost but now with the finished product, WOW! This is the best bathroom I've ever paid for! Even my Dad's impressed and that's saying something! The London Bath Co. did a full redesign and renovation of our family bathroom. We had a great experience from design through to installation. The staff we engaged with were all thoughtful, courteous, professional and consistently demonstrated they had the customer's interests at heart. In particular, the workmanship of our installer Tomasz was superb and we are very happy with the quality of the bathroom that has been delivered. The project was on time, and on budget. Communication was always timely and effective. Going through this company made the entire process very easy.

After a really successful but expensive first experience with London Bath Company refurbishing a large en-suite bathroom, I thought I would save a little money by going with a local independent tradesman to refurbish my small hallway cloakroom. What a mistake! The job was thoroughly botched, but London Bath Company came to the rescue. Not only did Andre (designer) and Yurii (foreman) and team fix the mess the previous builders had made, but they also refurbished a third bathroom as part of the same project. Both are gorgeous, and were completed exactly to specification and in record time. I couldn't be happier.

The London Bath Co fully remodelled our main bathroom back in 2018, including expanding it into a spare bedroom and doubling the size. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The result was a hotel quality bathroom which has stood the test of time and we enjoy to this day. We had no hesitation in asking them to take on a full refurbishment of our cloakroom. Andre, our designer, provided great advice, took time to listen to our ideas and preferences, and came through with a design that we are very pleased with. The toilet, basin, tiles and fittings are all top quality, very modern and stylish. The installation went without a hitch. Project Manager Jamie was very helpful, kept us regularly updated on progress and the installation began and was completed to the promised timescales. Installer Tom was very friendly, talked to us frequently throughout the build to seek guidance on our preferences, and ultimately achieved an excellent finish. He went out of his way to minimise disruption and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are extremely please with the final outcome and will certainly be using them again in the future. All aspects of their service is top notch. They provide a top quality result at reasonable prices. This is the second time we have used The London Bath Co. for a bathroom renovation. We chose them again because we were so pleased with the service and quality of the work provided for the first project. We are equally satisfied with the outcome of the recent renovation. On both occasions, the process has been very straightforward and stress-free thanks to the help and responsiveness of the designer Andre and the project manager Joanna. The quality of the building work, attention to detail and finish provided by Michal, the fitter, has been exceptional both times. The work started on the agreed dates and was completed in the predicted time. We have been kept informed of progress throughout both builds with clear, regular communication. We were so happy with our bathroom renovation with London Bath Company. From the first contact until completion we felt really well looked after by Andre and Karen. Michal, who completed the works, was very friendly and easygoing. He worked quickly and was very capable, coming up with solutions for every request we had. I would definitely work with the London Bath Company again. They are on the pricey side but the sorry free turnkey service they offer makes it all worth it.

I've been really pleased with my experience at The London Bath Co. The design process was really simple - I had a few ideas already so sent my brief through to Andre the designer and booked my first design consult. When I got into the showroom, he'd already worked up a design that was almost exactly what I was after. We discussed about different materials, fittings & finishes and post the consult made a few more changes via email. Andre was always super efficient at coming back with new options or answering my questions and I soon had a plan that I was happy to proceed with. I was lucky enough that they could fit me in quite quickly so after someone came to check the measurements, Tom the builder was sent over to discuss the project and it started a couple of weeks later while I was away for work. Tom was a pleasure to talk to and he & his team did a great job at not only completing the job to a high quality but also on clearing up the house before my return. I was kept in the loop of how things were progressing and a few weeks after I returned, he also came back to finish off a few small things that hadn't been possible at the time. Every time I interacted with anyone in the team they were helpful, supportive and easy to work with. Karen in customer service has been exemplary in answering all my questions and guiding me in the right way as I made decisions. I'm so happy with the final product and its made the space feel so much bigger as well. Recommend!

We asked The London Bath Co to design and fit a new bathroom and toilet in our apartment on the South Bank. As it’s a converted industrial building we went for the urban industrial look. The team prepared a great design, practical and great to look at. Lots of light, and addressed the limited light we have in the bathroom as it has no windows. The fitting was really smooth, the supplies were all organised for us, it ran to time, and budget. When we needed some extras (we needed to replace the doors to the rooms for example) it was done smoothly, cost effectively, and to a great standard. The whole LBC team were super to work with, and we are delighted with what they have done. Very highly recommend, especially if you are in Central London and know how much complexity that can add to getting a smooth job done.

The London Bath Co were amazing from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our discussions and bathroom design meetings with Andre. We met in person 3 times at the office in St John's wood. Andre was patient and very helpful in bringing together ideas. The attention to detail and input from Andre (beside the 3D mock-up software) really helped us visualise our dream bathroom. We knew from the beginning that we were in safe hands, the 3 year guarantee was the cherry on the top - a brilliant unique selling point which made us feel confident that London Bath Co took pride in their materials and installation. Jamie handled the communications throughout the project and was always very clear and prompt. At no point did we feel uncomfortable or worried. The strong communication throughout the project really added to the peace of mind. Sigis fit our bathroom and the operation was a slick and tidy. Sigis is clearly very skilled. Tom finished off the paint, the concrete textured finish looks brilliant. Sigis and Tom (and the rest of the team) clearly take pride in their work and we could not be happier with the result. We are very pleased with our new bathroom from London Bath Co. We had our bath removed to install a walk-in shower and the design provided for a much better use of the available space. The London Bath Co (TLB) have just renovated our master bathroom. We are extremely happy with the result. No doubt a huge amount of complex organisation was required behind the scenes, but we experienced minimal disruption and everything was very smooth. There were no surprises, everything was done on time and to budget and with minimal stress. The bathroom is airy and elegant, all fittings are very comfortable , and the cleverly designed storage keeps everything neatly hidden away. The professional skill and cleanliness of the installation team (Sigis lead & Victor assisting) was outstanding. The whole experience from the design (by Andre) to the final clean (by Wioletta) and final handover was very smooth. We recently bought a old cottage in London which needed quite a lot of work done, many quirky spaces and no straight walls nor ceiling heights. Therefore we decided to got to professionals to help us design the space. I never in a million years thought that our quirky little bathroom could turn out so incredible! Nasser went above and beyond the meet the brief: fitting all the appliances, making it look nice and in keep with the victorian heritage of the house, and even making it super luxurious whilst being highly functional (not a easy job!). Yuri and his team were super quick at work and gave every detail a professional and nice finish and James kept us well informed throughout the process. Even if they were a bit more expensive than other providers, it turned out to be the most seamless, beautiful and well done space of the entire house. They even sent in a cleaner in the end so the space was 100p ready to use when they departed with it. We are so happy with it all and couldn't recommend more!
