We recently used The London Bath Co to design and transform our bathroom and have been thoroughly impressed throughout the process from design to completion. Andre took such time and care to create exactly the design we wanted, with real flair and attention to detail. Florin and his team realised that perfectly, with true craftsmanship and professionalism - they were faultlessly reliable, courteous and delivered a flawless finish. Karen was so helpful and diligent in ensuring everything was completed perfectly. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom from London Bath Co. We had our bath removed to install a walk-in shower and the design provided for a much better use of the available space. The quality of the workmanship was superb, Viktor is a true craftsman, and the project came in on time and on budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending London Bath Co.

The London Bath Co (TLB) have just renovated our master bathroom. We are extremely happy with the result. No doubt a huge amount of complex organisation was required behind the scenes, but we experienced minimal disruption and everything was very smooth. There were no surprises, everything was done on time and to budget and with minimal stress. The bathroom is airy and elegant, all fittings are very comfortable , and the cleverly designed storage keeps everything neatly hidden away. The professional skill and cleanliness of the installation team (Sigis lead & Victor assisting) was outstanding. The whole experience from the design (by Andre) to the final clean (by Wioletta) and final handover was very smooth. Also, thank you to TLB for completing the project in just 3 weeks - we had a tight deadline with family visiting- the speedy completion is very much appreciated. Please extend our thanks to everyone involved in making this project such a success. We will certainly be coming back to TLB in a year or two when we need to renovate our other bathroom.

We recently bought a old cottage in London which needed quite a lot of work done, many quirky spaces and no straight walls nor ceiling heights. Therefore we decided to got to professionals to help us design the space. I never in a million years thought that our quirky little bathroom could turn out so incredible! Nasser went above and beyond the meet the brief: fitting all the appliances, making it look nice and in keep with the victorian heritage of the house, and even making it super luxurious whilst being highly functional (not a easy job!). Yuri and his team were super quick at work and gave every detail a professional and nice finish and James kept us well informed throughout the process. Even if they were a bit more expensive than other providers, it turned out to be the most seamless, beautiful and well done space of the entire house. They even sent in a cleaner in the end so the space was 100p ready to use when they departed with it. We are so happy with it all and couldn't recommend more!

Needed a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom, including fitting a new boiler in a new location. Steve had a relatively small space to work with, but created a lovely design, incorporating all our needs. Initial problems with appropriate tiles were rapidly resolved, with aesthetic and practical solutions being found. Tomasz, our installer was excellent from day one, despite encountering major challenges almost immediately. Significant additional work was required, and solutions quickly identified, albeit at additional cost. Because of this, the project took twice as long as expected. However, throughout the installation, Tomasz was extremely professional, hard-working, efficient and courteous, even though the project was much more onerous than expected. Throughout, all the team at London Bath Co. were helpful and supportive. The final outcome is stunning to look at, and a pleasure to use. We look forward to many years enjoying it.

The service received by the London Bath Co was second to none. Right from the design with Andre, though the project management with Jamie and the fit with Michal. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive and on hand to provide advice. While they are not the cheapest they are worth every penny and I would use them again immediately if I had another need. First class outfit.

A full design and build solution for a bathroom in our house. The design work was innovative and sensitive blending to existing architectural features. The work was quoted. The amount paid was as quoted. Completed to agreed timeline and budget. The build was managed well and they take great pride in their work. The tiling work was exceptionally good. Full service and solution delivered. Good team work between all of them - helpful and a desire to get the best results for us. We had some issues with our old plumbing system but they worked through and rectified it quickly and professionally. We asked them to to an upgrade on soe plumbing areas. Peace of mind full solution.

The London Bath Co did complete refurbishments of my bathroom and my ensuite. The results are just what I wanted and have been widely admired. Everyone I spoke to at TLBC was patient, helpful, friendly and professional: Nasser, the designer, responded with good humour to my tweaks. There was no problem when I chose wall tiles from a different supplier and very fortunately Nasser obtained samples which enabled me to make the right choice of flooring. He told me the quantities I had to order, and even spoke to the company to make sure they could store them until my project start date. Jamie, in the office, kept me informed at all times. Florin, the site manager, went out of his way to be helpful and to alleviate my anxiety, and his team were extremely hard working. The inevitable kinks were handled with no fuss and I was involved in the decision-making at every stage. They made an effort to keep mess to a minimum, covered all the floor services and made sure I had access to my wardrobe despite the mountain of tools in my bedroom (I was fortunate to be able to move into the spare room temporarily), and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The process was as fast, efficient and as stress-free as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending The London Bath Co.

From my first meeting with The London Bath Co. to discuss a bathroom re-design, to the final installation and clean, the experience and finished result has been excellent. Andre created a beautiful design that met all my requirements and budget. However the skill is then ensuring that the finished product looks exactly like the pictures and that is where Eigis (who completed the full installation) excelled. The quality of finish, care and pride that Eigis took in transforming our bathroom was the best workmanship I have seen. He was extremely quiet and respected our neighbours, incredibly tidy and left the site immaculate. I am so delighted that we had Eigis manage our installation and would highly recommend him. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home.

We trusted the London Bathroom company with our new master bathroom, from design to execution. Design with Valeriya was very enjoyable, she made great suggestions and was very helpful.
