We are extremely pleased with our new downstairs WC purchased from The Original Bathroom Company and installed by Bespoke Bathroom Installs. Rob from the Bathroom Company provided a very friendly, constructive and knowledgeable design service, successfully fulfilling our specification. Chris and Richard from Bespoke Bathroom Installs were also very friendly and approachable, taking great care to protect surrounding carpets etc before commencing. They provided speedy, high quality workmanship; helped with positioning of mirrors and accessories and offered useful aftercare advice. Goods delivery and installation were on time and to plan. An extremely professional service was given and we would like to thank you all for doing a brilliant job - we love it.

We recently decided to undertake a complete renovation of our small shower room, which includes a toilet and hand basin. Rob from The Original Bathroom Company and Rick and Chris from Bespoke Bathroom Installs (BBI) carried out a survey and provided details of costings for the job based on our choice of fittings etc. The comprehensive array of units, tiles and bathroom accessories available at the Longton Showroom made decisions easy, with the help and guidance provided by Rob. Scheduling for the work was arranged with a 10-day timescale for completion. All aspects of the work undertaken, mainly by Mark from BBI, was outstanding, with minimal disruption, given the extent of the renovation. He worked extremely hard, was always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of workmanship and fittings is excellent and the job was completed on time and on budget. We were visited by Rob after completion to make sure we were happy with the result and finish. We can't speak too highly of their efficiency. Full marks and no hesitation in an excellent recommendation.

I wanted to update my en-suite, main bathroom and cloakroom with modern fittings. Each room needed a full strip out: walls, ceiling, flooring, plumbing, electrics. I did visit 2 other bathroom suppliers, but from the moment I met Rob at The OBC, I knew this was who I trusted to do it all. We spent hours looking at options in the showroom ...colours, fixtures & fittings. Rob is a very rare open and honest salesman - and an expert in his field. At my house, fitters Chris and Ricky were simply brilliant. Clean, tidy, good company and highly skilled in their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail was impeccable. I had seen The OBC's work before with others and at my house, it was everything I had hoped for... and some. I highly recommend this Company for the whole journey - measuring, design, choice, fitting and after-sales...the one-stop shop for quality. My sincere thanks to all for what you did.

We asked Original Bathroom Company (OBC) to completely refurbish both our en-suite shower room and our family bathroom. We visited their showroom and booked an appointment with Rob. While there we discussed our ideas with Rob who made many useful suggestions for us to consider. We looked at fixtures and fittings taking home catalogues to help with our choices. Rob made an appointment to visit our home to survey and measure the rooms. He brought with him Howard who is the installations manager at APG who OBC use for much of their work. Between them they worked out a rough plan of what would be involved. They both seemed extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs. When the day came, the APG fitters, Rick and Carl, arrived promptly and set to work. They completed the work in the two weeks allotted and throughout we were impressed by the quality of the work and their skills and expertise. They were also great chaps to have around. We have been impressed by attention to detail and professional knowledge. Whether it be the quality of the flooring, solutions to plumbing problems, laying of tiles or whatever, we found the result to be perfect. We are delighted with the result and have found no problems whatsoever. Rob made several visits to see how work was progressing and made a final visit to ensure we were perfectly satisfied. So we can thoroughly recommend this firm.

TOBC completely redesigned our tiny, grotty bathroom (1.2m x 1.2m), having listened to all our issues (poor layout, poor ventilation) and our hopes (durable, more usable space, more storage, better ventilation etc.) & advised on where best to focus our budget . She was the only bathroom designer brave enough to suggest completely re configuring the bathroom, which meant drilling a new waste through foot thick random stone walls. Other designers had all suggested very little change as they seemed unwilling to countenance moving the toilet waste pipe. She was amazingly patient, did a lot of research on products that would fit the limited space (every mm counts) and different shades and finishes of grey! She suggested things we had never thought of (tap shapes that reflect the sink and toilet profiles), matte uPVC ceiling that made such a difference to the finished design & ordered in extra tiles for future spares when she discovered that they were no longer being imported. She was also able to fit in our indulgence - a 1.2m wall cabinet. The home visit in advance of design with APG worked well as any technical queries could be addressed on the spot. The Original Bathroom Company were amazingly helpful, good at explaining stuff, good communication re.start & payment dates, storage requirements at home for delivery of materials. Completed on time and on budget - all in all a great result. We are going back to TOBC for a kitchen redesign on the strength of this positive experience.

In the past year, The Original Bathroom Company have provided me with three lovely bathrooms which I absolutely love. All the products are tasteful and of high quality. Liz really listened to what I wanted and helped me with every last detail. Without her help I would have found the choices overwhelming. The end results have been great. I highly recommend them.

Steve sold us all our bathroom refurbishment equipment Although it didn't come cheap -all of it was of the highest quality: The shower,shower cubicle ,wall tiles,toilet,flooring,ceiling cladding,radiator extractor and mirror Steve planned the layout of all the bathroom equipment All was colour coordinated and the result is stunning We are very pleased with what he achieved for us

Cannot get over what a stunning transformation our new bathroom has made to the house. Workmanship to the very highest standard from the fitter. Faultless, in fact. The only word I can think of to describe the entire process from first entering the showroom to the completed project is quality. The old adage "you only get what you pay for" has never been truer. A top drawer company, for sure. Expensive, but only when you see your new bathroom will you realise it was worth every penny.

We wanted a new bathroom created in a small and awkward space so the designer had a real challenge. She rose to it and planned a layout that really works. The bathroom feels clean, modern and spacious and we are really happy with the final result. The quality of all the fittings is excellent and we would highly recommend the Original Bathroom Company to anyone looking for a high quality product. An acquaintance recommended the company to us and we were not disappointed.
