There is nothing bad to say about this company, everything was excellent. From the customer service, the job done and aftercare. Mike and Kevin went out of their way to make sure everything was 100% right going beyond what we expected. I could really see that they take great pride in what they do. Explained everything thing to make sure we were happy with everything as they went along. Left everything clean and tidy, cannot fault them. Arrived when expected and price quoted was what we expected. Great company and so nice it's local to us.

Having moved from my home that had this company’s pure water system fitted over 25years ago and wanting the same fitted in my new home and having had another company (because couldn’t initially find this company again as they’d changed their name) say it was impossible to fit this kind of system in my Victorian home, I was initially told by the Pure Water People water that they most likely could find a way to fit one for me. They sent Mike round to look at my complicated job and he found a way! He and Kevin came and the job was finished within a day and a half (the estimated time) and I am sooo pleased with their work. It’s an excellent job and I’m already cleaning and wiping everything down just with this softened water - I’d forgotten how easy it makes cleaning as I was focussing more on the health benefits of my skin, hair and drinking water! Another bonus is my new water system is not taking up any kitchen cupboard space and it’s easy to access outside in it’s insulated box and to monitor with the app which tells me if I am low on salt and I see everything about its functioning on there! Cutting in to my laminate flooring to access the wall to still outside was a small and very neat job and whilst it’s where it can’t be noticed, even if you could see it, unless you know it’s there and point it out, you wouldn’t know! The job was done in a timely and efficient way with very little mess.

I replaced a system that I had had for 23 years. Everything went very smoothly and the place left clean and tidy. I have waited a while before reviewing the actual product because I have become very used to soft water. I can confidently say that the water is now softer than ever. I have a clear glass kettle which hasn’t been descaled for 6 weeks and there’s not a hint of limescale to be found. This is one of the best purchases I have made.

We had our annual service and Mike the original installer of the system 4 years ago came down it this time. He had some specific issues to be looked into and Mike did a thorough job, taking time to provide a full explanation of his working process. My water system was installed by Mike in 2005 and has been annually serviced by him. Booking is easy and accommodating. Communication is clear. Quoting always given. No hidden costs. No catcehs. Reliable, friendly and competent plumber and just a lovely person. Highly recommend this service. And the clean water is just THE BEST!!! Best investment in our health that we ever made. Twenty one years and counting!

The new system was installed and all working fine afterwards. The engineer did a perfect job. Cleaned up after himself. Renewed all pipes and installed a new tap which included the Kinetico K5 Pure+ Drinking Water System, using a very thin pipe in the middle of the main tap. The Water softener, a Pentair Foleo, was also installed along with the Chemical Removal Filter. I opted to have it installed in the same location outside, under the kitchen window. They provide a wooden cabinet & the wood was pretreated. It came with insulation fitted inside the cabinet and further insulation covers to tuck around each piece of equipment. All fitted perfectly. I chose to leave writing a review, so that I could say how the whole system has been working. It has been working perfectly over the last 40 days. The water softener has an app available that is useful to see your water usage etc.

We've had our water filter system for 10 years and it's made a massive difference to the quality of our water and reduced the need for cleaning products. Our water is so much softer and there's no limescale in the kettle or on the shower head. Servicing is done once a year to maintain the system. Lewis did a very efficient job yesterday. I would thoroughly recommend Pure Water People.

From explaining the costs to replace our 19 and a half year old system through arranging the appointment and then carrying out the work, all our various contacts were polite and committed to good service. The installer made sure our preferred option for the drinking water happened. A couple of extra insulation jackets were dropped off later to replace our scrappy bits, an appreciated gesture. All in all, a good and easy experience.

Really impressed with this company and the way they handle customers. From initial contact with Charlotte in sales, who promised to keep me updated - and she did, which makes a pleasant change. She went through the price structure, and then we agreed a date for installation. She rang me the day before to confirm the time. Mike, the engineer, turned up on time. Extremely friendly and helpful, took me through what he was going to do. Workmanship was first class, very impressed with the fitting. When it was finished, he explained to me and the wife all the details of the machine including re-filling. So, Charlotte/Mike thank you for making this a pleasure, not a disaster.

Pure Water People replaced the existing water purification system which was installed in 2011 by a previous owner of the house. We live in a very hard water area and the old system had been serviced by PWP. They had been very good and the water was definitely soft but the components seemed to be showing their age. The new system seems to work better, is easier to use and can be managed with an App.

Mike arrived within the time window promised having rung to say he was on his way. He did a thorough job explained every step and tidied up before he left. He gave us advice as to what we should do to ensure the continued use of our system. He was courteous and friendly, he remembered installing our system originally when we lived in Somerset and recognised me straight away even though it was about 16 years ago! Altogether an excellent visit from this firm who are consistently a firm we would recommend without hesitation.

Very good service by Steve in installing water softener and drinking system. A neat and tidy job undertaken particularly given tight space available in utility room. Since installation have noted improvements in move from hard to soft water in expected area such as showering /bathing /clothes washing but also in unexpected area such as glass dishwashing. Subsequent customer service requests by ourself were also dealt with professionally and promptly with commitments adhered to including further we’d requested from Ian. Would strongly recommend Pure Water.

It was a pleasure to welcome engineer Mike into my home once more, and found him as courteous, friendly, efficient and thorough in his work as on all previous visits. He undertook the routine testing and servicing of my water system and even topped up the salt for me as I was unable to do this myself following an operation. The water system, although now aging, remains efficient and reliable under his care. I consider Mike, due to his attitude and efficiency, to be a credit to the company.
