To all appearances - and I believe these - the job has been done very thoroughly and professionally. Mike was efficient, informative, helpful and in every way a pleasure to deal with. We have always, over the past decade, had excellent service from this company.

The service engineer named Kevin was very polite, friendly and on arrival introduced himself He carried out the service thoroughly keeping us informed throughout. As the water would not be available for a few hours he made sure we had filled up the kettle and any other containers. Kevin worked in an organised and careful manor. On completion of the service he went over what he had carried out on the service and made sure we were happy with it. Thank you Kevin We have been with The Pure Water People for a number of years and have found all their staff friendly and willing to help a great team.

We recently had a new system installed by AJ from The Pure Water people. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation was carried out professionally and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The system is working perfectly and the water quality has noticeably improved, with no chemical taste at all. Living in a very hard water area ( Harlow /Essex) the water softener has already made a big difference. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommended.

Mike replaced an old existing water softener that we had. He redid parts of the plumbing setup to make it more efficient & compliant. He was very friendly and extremely professional, explaining clearly what he was doing when asked. The space under the sink was quite tight but he just got on with it and fitted the various components very neatly. We would highly recommend The Pure Water People for the installation of a water softener system.

We’ve just had the Pure Water People fit a brand new water softener (Sliver Package) and so far, I’ve been impressed. AJ came to fit the softener and he was professional and helped me understand everything I needed to know for optimal usage.

The Pure Water installed a system in my house a year ago and today came back for the yearly service. This is the second system they have installed for me, as I they also installed a system in my previous house. The system works perfectly without issue and we have clean water without any chemical taste. We live in a very hard water area so we really appreciate the water softener. The engineer Lewis was very professional and explained the work being carried out.

I had a problem with our ageing water softener on a Sunday morning and left a message on the answering service, not expecting a call back until Monday morning. I was surprised to get a call within 5 minutes giving me advice on what to do. I then arranged for a service engineer to call and investigate. We decided it needed replacing and I received many helpful emails and phone calls to decide which model suited our needs. We arranged a suitable date to both of us for installation. The engineer (Steve) arrived on time on the right day! He did an excellent job and didn’t leave until he had shown me how everything operated. A first class, efficient service.

Mike arrived at the house within the time stated by the company. He explained what he would be doing during the servicing of the system. He started work talking me through each stage as it was done. On changing the filters, he said that one of them was particularly dirty, which he would not have expected on a mains water system. I said that Thames Water had told me that the house was at the end of the feed to our area and that there had been a couple of burst mains in the village, which could explain the state of the filters. Mike then serviced the outside unit, which he said was working well with plenty of salt in place. He had taken readings from the unit and explained what they showed. He replaced the main unit and new filters under the kitchen sink and tidied every thing up. He prepared a detailed invoice, showing the work done and readings taken from the unit. He then took payment of the agreed contract sum and took all of the old filters and other used materials away with him.

I have a water filter which was due its service, the engineer Kevin arrived on time. He was extremely friendly, courteous and very professional. The job was done with minimal disruption and everything was cleaned up. You would not know he had been. Payment was taken over the phone and all staff are so personable and extremely helpful. Great company.

Firstly, I like the fact that the company is a small business rather than a big cooperate. Evidently the company maintains a high standard products and services as reflected by its listing in Which. Secondly, today I had the pleasure of experiencing the company’s excellent service. The engineer Mike truly impressed me. I have a small, narrow kitchen with awkward cupboard spaces that are difficult to access. So I knew this would be an arduous and time-consuming job. However, Mike knew exactly what to do. He was attentive to details, thorough, meticulous throughout. Not only did he complete the work efficiently, but he also left with no mess whatsoever - there were no visible signs of cutting or drillings marks. The job was carried out with precision and perfection. On a personal note, Mike was friendly and approachable. He explained everything clearly and provided clear instructions. He patiently answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend Mike as your engineer if you have your water softener installed. I’ll leave another review after I’ve experienced the benefits of soft water over the next few months.
