The Pure Water People

I love my Pure Water system. Having had my system for about 20yrs. with no issues as I had it serviced annually. Last year the engineer advised that something was failing, the circuit board was very expensive, if it was even still available. So I decided I would upgrade to the latest model. Having conversations with Kelly as to which set up was best for me, a date was arranged for the installation.I received a phone call about 1 week before just to confirm the date was still ok for me. On the day, the engineer arrived stripped out the old units, installed the new. Whilst flushing through, all the old equipment was removed and the area left clean and tidy. The engineer explained how the system worked and what was needed to add more salt and what to do if it should go wrong ie. how to set it to bypass. It has been in service now a few weeks and it is working faultlessly. A big thank you to all the staff for their personal service over the years.

Ever since we had our water system installed we have been really impressed with the unit. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I always ring Charlotte in the office who is always happy to help and answer any questions that we have. The engineers who come out to change the filters etc are very polite and make sure they clear up after them selves. Can’t recommend the Pure Water People enough.

I have been a customer of Pure Water People for nearly 20 years. They even helped me move my system to our new house when we downsized! I cannot fault their customer service - the engineer always arrives on time to carry out the annual service, and the admin staff who arrange the appointments are always friendly and efficient. Having soft water is a real blessing, making all cleaning around the house much easier, and the extra-filtered drinking water is so good. Certainly no need to buy bottled water. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for better quality water. The only thing I have to remember is to tell guests they only need to use a small amount of shower gel and shampoo!

Mike arrived on time, and set to work by removing the old outside water softener. We had had it over 15 years, but a lot needed replacing. We had a new Kinetico softener fitted under the sink and a filter for drinking water. Mike informed me how the new system worked, when he had finished and left everything very clean and tidy, even filling up the holes in the outside wall left by the old system. All the old kit and boxes were taken away. An excellent job and we are very please with the new water system.

From first call from to the demonstration (which was exceptional as we had other demos) and final installment was flawless. The Pure Water People know what they are up to, and the quality of the products and services is exceptional. We are really pleased with the drinking water and soft water.

Went above and beyond service by fixing outside housing unit and also helped resolve broken tap in kitchen. Lewis was efficient and speedy. 10 out of 10 - would recommend.

Old unit developed a leak. One call was all that was required. Super service from start to finish. Why can't all companies be like this. Very highly recommended.

We purchased a Kinetico Premier Compact water softener. Neil, the company representative that visited the house to explain their products was excellent. Took time to explain all aspects of the products and went into good detail on how the installation would happen. On the install day Mike arrived, on time and very polite. Mike did a very tidy and professional installation. He was very polite and tidy. He took time to explain how the unit worked and how the by-pass works etc. I would not hesitate to recommend ‘The Pure Water People’.

Fitting water softener and drinking water filter. One week from assessment visit to fitting. Helpful initial survey from Neill covering all the options. No pushy sales talk. Efficient office follow up by Kelly after giving the go ahead. Exceptional service from fitter Mike. On time. Very neat and tidy work. Everything made good. Agreed to return at no extra cost to plumb in a new fridge system yet to be delivered and make sure it works properly rather than laying a speculative pipe. Probably not the cheapest we could have achieved but we feel reassured of a quality job with a company which clearly values long term customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
