A great job installing a replacement water softener

Mike arrived on time, and set to work by removing the old outside water softener. We had had it over 15 years, but a lot needed replacing. We had a new Kinetico softener fitted under the sink and a filter for drinking water. Mike informed me how the new system worked, when he had finished and left everything very clean and tidy, even filling up the holes in the outside wall left by the old system. All the old kit and boxes were taken away. An excellent job and we are very please with the new water system.

We purchased a Kinetico Premier Compact water softener. Neil, the company representative that visited the house to explain their products was excellent. Took time to explain all aspects of the products and went into good detail on how the installation would happen. On the install day Mike arrived, on time and very polite. Mike did a very tidy and professional installation. He was very polite and tidy. He took time to explain how the unit worked and how the by-pass works etc. I would not hesitate to recommend ‘The Pure Water People’.

Fitting water softener and drinking water filter. One week from assessment visit to fitting. Helpful initial survey from Neill covering all the options. No pushy sales talk. Efficient office follow up by Kelly after giving the go ahead. Exceptional service from fitter Mike. On time. Very neat and tidy work. Everything made good. Agreed to return at no extra cost to plumb in a new fridge system yet to be delivered and make sure it works properly rather than laying a speculative pipe. Probably not the cheapest we could have achieved but we feel reassured of a quality job with a company which clearly values long term customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We have had a Pure Water System for more than thirty years (formally Rainsoft). Very satisfied with the product and the customer service is excellent. Our original system was so old the parts weren’t available, we agreed with the company it needed to be replaced. This was done on 5 May 2026 by Mike who was his normal professional self. Would certainly recommend them.
