Mary, Charlotte and Kelly are polite and friendly on the phone and after booking a service for our water softener engineer Lewis arrived on time and carried out a professional and through service. Living in a hard water area is great not to have a limescale problem.

Both the office staff and Lewis were very polite. The office staff kept me updated of appointment time and they were very flexible around my availability. Lewis was once again very professional in his work and was clean and tidy. His time keeping was excellent and kept me informed what he was doing at every stage of the work.

We consulted Which? Trusted Traders before choosing a company to supply a water softener, and chose The Pure Water People. From the first visit, made by Neill to advise us on the best system for our needs, to the installation done by Kevin, the company has been first class. Our many questions were answered by Neill, who provided a very eye opening demonstration of the hardness of our water, and he adapted the available packages to our needs and arranged installation to be done the following week. The installation was done by Kevin, an extremely neat job done in less than a day with no mess and nothing left behind. When he finished, he ran us through the operation of the system thoroughly. From start to finish it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the company.

The annual servicing on our water purification system was carried out efficiently by an engineer I remembered from before (Lewis), who was very helpful and courteous.

Lewis from Pure Water People came to service our water softening system. As well as Cathy from Head Office calling the day before to confirm who was coming to carry out the service and when to expect him, Lewis himself called the night before to confirm time and introduce himself. I call this excellent customer service especially as he arrived on time. Once on site he was polite and had a friendly professional attitude: he kept us informed of what he was doing throughout visit and once he had completed the service gave us a full briefing on what he had found and how he had rectified any issues found. A good visit.

Lewis arrived within the allotted time, after phoning to say that he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He competently checked the water inside and out and changed the filters, keeping me informed throughout. Lewis left everything neat and tidy after the service of the system, which is about 5 years old. I am very pleased that once again , the annual service has been done to a high standard.

The water softener and drinking water systems were installed temporarily in April 2022 in anticipation of a total renovation to the house in April 2023. The systems have lain dormant for the best part of 9 months and on the 19th December they were reinstalled with an upgrade to the drinking water system, the K5 by Kinetico, a Belgian product. Turning the tap the water flows at a constant pressure and does not fade as before, fantastic, we fill the kettle with delicious clear water for a wonderful cuppa. The engineer Lee proved his skills and showed his initiative in the installation leaving it neat and tidy with a view to ease of access for the annual service in the years ahead, thank you.

The engineer was very polite and efficient and carried out the service expediently. He explained what the service entailed and gave useful advice about maintaining the filtration system which includes a drinking water filter.

Lewis came round to do our annual service. Everyone I deal with are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with The Pure Water Company and have been a customer for over 15 years. I had a system fitted at our previous house, and when we moved house, we had a system installed on our new property. We live in a hard water area and having a water system installed in your house makes a major difference.

Kevin reinstalled the Pure Water kit that had been laid aside when the kitchen had been refurbished. As ever he was friendly, on-time, efficient and quick. The Pure Water system now continues to give excellent water quality.

From first phone call, to a home consultation with Neil and today with the installation by Mike... All was very professional, helpful and communicated very well. Lee our service and maintenance engineer, did a no fuss and expedient on our water softener and filtration systems. Lee was helpful in responding to our concerns and questions, providing the information we enquired upon. Thoroughly recommend this company in both the products and aftercare that they provide.

The Pure Water People have serviced my system annually since it was installed 10 years ago and moved it to my new home some years ago. They always contact me to offer available dates and times when their engineer will be in my area. The engineer was punctual and discussed the initial monitoring readings before starting work. He then showed me the discoloured filters after the new ones were fitted as part of the maintenance schedule. He left the area clean and tidy. The annual service keeps my system in good condition providing clean water which needs little detergent for washing up and leaves minimal deposits in items such as kettles.

Lewis has just finished the larger five year service, when all filters are changed and the control system checked, with his usual polite, efficient manner. This system was installed eleven years ago, and the odd occasion when I spend a number of weeks away, and my children, both over 18, are left to fend for themselves, and forget to keep the salt level topped up, the difference in water quality is quite noticeable, certainly not something I would like them to drink ! This have this system installed, was undoubtedly one of my better decisions.

We had a water softener and purification system installed. We can highly recommend The Pure Water People. They are extremely professional while remaining friendly. We were very impressed right from setting an appointment to have our needs accessed, the actual consultation and the installation. They followed up to ensure the appointments were still convenient and they were punctual each time. Neil was brilliant during the consultation and answered all our questions. Installation was quickly arranged and Lee was super. He arrived on time, his work was impeccable , fully explained the solution and left everything spotless. Our filter system was removed in order to replace the patio on which it stood. The filters subsequent replacement and installation of a new housing was completed by Kevin. He overcame a couple of obstacles with a smile and a high level of skill. A very competent member of staff and a credit to The Pure Water People. We look forward to the luxury of soft water again, as well as no longer having the chemical smell that Fluoride gives to the very hard water which clogs pipes and kettles etc. Thank you very much Kevin.

The task was carried out by KEVIN who initially said it should take about 2 hours. He ran into various problems as the brief he had been given did not fit the actual task. The work took over 6 hours but was carried out exceptionally well, keeping us informed on all work being undertaken as it progressed. There were problems with the system enclosure due to sloping concrete, the electrical part of the system which required a socket and unfortunately there was a drain in the way. Kevin was really good at sorting each problem as it occurred, having an excellent trade knowledge and the finished job is very good. We can only say a really big thank you to him for taking the time to sort the problems out in such a professional manner.

Many thanks to Lewis for the way he diagnosed and corrected the problem with our water softener. He checked our whole cold water system, updated the machine's computer, replaced a suspect small pipe joint, tested float operation and left us with a correctly working machine. He was friendly, courteous and gave us an impression of confidence. We'd be happy to meet him again.

Mike came on time and worked tirelessly on a difficult job He had to replace valves which were leaking and adjust the cabinets to fit a very snug softener. He took on the the task with determination and good humour until it was perfect He also was excellent at explaining the new set up He didn’t go until he was completely satisfied Well done
