We had our water filtration and softening system installed by Pure Water People 8 years ago now and it's been fantastic. Much less lime scale and my eczema has never returned! Water tastes so much nicer and for us as a family of 4 we have all enjoyed the benefits. We were a bit sceptical 8 years ago and although it's an initial investment we wouldn't be without our system now. The Company itself have been brilliant and today came out to repair a tap handle. Mike the engineer did a fab job and even replaced some other bits he noticed needed attention. Would definitely recommend this company đź‘Ť

Having had our water system installed several years ago we were called recently by the installation company to advise the annual service was due. Lewis our service technician arrived on due date and within the specified time frame, having previously been to our home he knew where everything was and as usual was efficient explaining everything as he went along and providing advice. A great service from beginning to end. Thank you.

I was contacted by PWP to arrange for my major service and was given a date, time-window and name of engineer. On the day I was informed of the time to expect Kevin and he arrived on time. Kevin's work was thorough, tidy and clean. Changing all the filters, checking water quality before and after. He kept me informed of what he was doing at all times and left taking all the old filters with him. I have experienced Kevin's work before on previous services and can recommend that his work is of a high standard. From setting up the appointment to completion of the service, I found the experience excellent from the whole team.

If you are prepared to pay annual maintenance costs for pure water, this company provides a quality product. Be aware however that the warranty for any work done / servicing only last 3 months. For several years we have had the same technician, Kevin, who works to a high professional standard and provides excellent personal service.

Kevin was the engineer that came to see us, he arrived at the expected appointment time and carried out the Water Filter Service efficiently. He explained the checks he was doing and that the system was working really well so he was very happy with it all. He was friendly, polite, punctual, efficient and very tidy - took the old filters away with him for disposal and didn’t leave any mess for us to clear up. From the time Kelly phoned us to make the appointment, we have been kept up to date all the way. Initially we were told the type of service, the total cost, and what happens on the day. On the day Lewes arrived at appointed time and calmly professionally carried out the maintenance service, all the time keeping us up to date on what he was doing. We had additional questions, and he solved them, and we were grateful. Job was done, all cleaned up, paid for, and we were satisfied. We were looking for a good quality water softener and the Pure Water People were introduced by a friend. Carl Tregidgo came to do a site survey and gave us a detailed report and proposal two days later. He was professional, knowledgeable as well as efficient. Charlotte Hague has arranged engineer Kevin to install the unit and explained in detail regarding the installation. Kevin came and he walk us through the whole procedure step by step. Besides, he checked everything thoroughly including pipes and measurements because we have a tight fit. Kevin has installed the unit perfectly and showed us how to operate. I appreciate his patience and being detail oriented. Top notch service and I am a very satisfied customer.

Our water softener was recently installed by Mike. I would like to thank Mike for a great service that he provided. The installation was done very professionally. Mike arrived on time, explained every step of the installation process, completed the job to a high standard and even helped to re-arrange things which had to be moved out of the cupboard to accommodate the water softener under the sink. At the end of the installation everything was clean. Mike explained how to look after our new water softener, explanations were easy to understand and very helpful. Great job! Thank you Mike.
