Kevin attended within the time period specified on making the booking. He was checking the drinking water and replacing filters for drinking water. In addition he was exchanging the Cr v unit, testing and flushing main unit and checking for leaks. Did this well flushed the system and was very helpful and well-mannered. Checked for leaks and gave us information on what was done. Happy with results and done in good time.

Lee, the engineer from Pwp, did a fantastic job installing our water system. Arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional and installed the filter in the right location by saving space in the kitchen.

We have had the water softener for 14 years and we have always had excellent service by the company The Pure Water People. We have just had the annual service provided by Lewis who checked everything thoroughly and changed all the filters. He gave us very useful information regarding our stop cock that really needs changing. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

I have always been impressed by the quality of The Pure Water People's annual service but this year was exceptional. Not only was Mike extremely knowledgeable about the system, but he explained what he was going to tweak and why and also talked through various options going forward given my current system is 17 years old. There was no sales pressure whatsoever but, on hearing the various options, I was persuaded to go for a new drinking water system which would give me much greater flow given I had the whole family coming for Christmas and suggested he could probably fit before Christmas. I can't praise this company enough.

The yearly inspection including the change of filters was carried out by Mike. All done at the arranged time in a very friendly and tidy manor. Seeing that I was having difficulties with a punctured tire on my car Mike took over and carried out the work which was beyond my capability. My thanks to Aquatec for sending me such a wonderful engineer.

It was a pleasure to welcome engineer Mike back on site. He was punctual, polite and friendly, and as pleasant to deal with as ever. He serviced my unit and replaced a small leaking split tap (after 13 years use!) on one of the cylinders. His work was professional and thorough as always and his general advice on the care and maintenance system, which continues to work well, was greatly appreciated. A great product and an engineer who is a credit to his employers.

We’ve been happy with the quality of the water produced by the system. It was already installed when we moved in and have had it serviced every year by Pure Water People with a filter changed this year. It’s usually Lewis who services the unit and it is good to have someone who really knows how it works to call on. We are in a very hard water area and when we could not use the water softener due to building work the kettle furred up almost overnight so we wouldn’t be without it.

This was an annual maintenance and system check visit to ensure that my water softener system was working to maximum efficiency. Engineer Lewis arrived well within the promised time “window”, explained what he planned to do and, basically, just got on with the job giving advice as he progressed. I pay for this service by monthly direct debit and regard the service as money well spent. I should add that the girls in the office are super efficient in handling bookings etc. Many thanks to The Pure Water People Team.

Our Pure water system was installed six years ago, a very worthwhile investment. The annual service was completed today by Mike who installed the equipment six years ago. Arrived as arranged, a very personable and efficient engineer…

We had a soft water system installed in 2018. It performs exactly as we were told it would, all appliances which use water have no limescale build up now, even our 18 year old washing machine now runs like a dream! It has saved us money in cleaning products and more importantly time that we used to spend trying to remove limescale damage on kettle, sinks, taps, toilets etc.. The service engineer Lewis who came to give our system it’s annual service turned up punctually and was very considerate, he explained everything he was doing and when he left us the kitchen was clean and tidy.

I have been a customer of this trader under its present and former name since the 1990s which is a testament in itself to the quality of the work. We had the present system installed in 2006 when we bought this house. This year I was advised it needed upgrading . The price quoted was very fair so I decided to go ahead. An appointment was made for two weeks later. It so happened that Mike who came to fit it had fitted the original one in 2006! He was extremely good and talked me through the system once installed. He also cleared up after himself and left the place spotless. It was a pleasure to see him after all those years . I had a new tap fitted as well which is so much better. I would thoroughly recommend this trader. In all the years I’ve dealt with them I’ve had no problems and they have regularly serviced the system and their engineers have been very competent and friendly.When you ring the staff are always very friendly and helpful too so it is a good experience all round

We had a new water system from Pure Water people 2 years ago after upgrading our old system that was 20+years old. The system means we have no trouble with limescale in any of our appliances and have beautiful clean fresh water to drink. Louis arrived on time to perform the yearly change of the pure water filters. He checked that the system was performing properly and after changing the filters checked/repressurised the filtered water storage tanks. Very satisfied with the system and the job done.

The engineer arrived on time, explained all what he would be doing, was friendly especially with the dog. Also explained what we need to do in the future.

The system was installed by The Pure Water People about 5 years ago and it has given us no problems. The work carried out this morning was the annual service including the replacement of filter cartridges. Lewis who carried out the work was very thorough and checked all our system for connectivity, and topped up my salt reservoir. I am very please we had the system installed as we no longer have a problem with lime scale and use much less detergent in our washing.

We had our water filtration and softening system installed by Pure Water People 8 years ago now and it's been fantastic. Much less lime scale and my eczema has never returned! Water tastes so much nicer and for us as a family of 4 we have all enjoyed the benefits. We were a bit sceptical 8 years ago and although it's an initial investment we wouldn't be without our system now. The Company itself have been brilliant and today came out to repair a tap handle. Mike the engineer did a fab job and even replaced some other bits he noticed needed attention. Would definitely recommend this company 👍

Having had our water system installed several years ago we were called recently by the installation company to advise the annual service was due. Lewis our service technician arrived on due date and within the specified time frame, having previously been to our home he knew where everything was and as usual was efficient explaining everything as he went along and providing advice. A great service from beginning to end. Thank you.

Mike visited today as scheduled. He replaced the filters on our water purifier, measured the levels of impurities before and after his intervention. He was friendly, respectful of our property and gave useful advice. I was very pleased with the service.

Lewis was on time and did the job very effectively, he explained what he was doing every step of the way and advised me what I needed do regarding my out door wooden protection. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

The engineer Lewis arrived well within the time frame and worked in a fully professional manner. He was thorough and very committed to the job. He explained what he was doing was completely thorough, taking pains to fully understand our needs ans potential usage keeping notes for future reference. He advised us how to use the system most efficiently. All this done in cherrful and friendly manner.
