After the office called to organise our annual service, we received a phone call from Lewis to agree a convenient time of arrival. Lewis arrived, from Bristol, slightly earlier than expected which was excellent, especially due to the distance he had to travel. A complete and efficient service was performed and Lewis even cleaned the sink cupboard while he had the filters removed. We have had this full sysytem for 5 years and experienced no problems. The filtered water is free from lime with no limescale in our kettle, washing machine or dishwasher. and our drinking water is clear and very palatable. After the service Lewis explained what he had done and we now look forward to another stress free year of Pure Water. Well done ALL.

Good service, professional installation by Kevin. Job done on Sat morning. It took 4 hours to finish the installation, very clean and professional work.

Arrived promptly. Did thorough check of all taps etc as well as servicing the water treatment plant. Lewis was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wore mask to ensure vulnerable member of household was protected.

Lewis, the engineer arrived promptly within the arranged time schedule and carried out all the necessary checks, changed the filters and changed one of the tanks which was covered by warranty. Lewis was very helpful and kept me informed of all stages of the work. All was done promptly and at the price agreed when the appointment was made.

Kevin the fitter arrived on time and explained in detail the installation process. The overall standard of the work was excellent and Kevins work was to a high standard as was his organisation and tidiness throughout the installation. I would highly recommend The Pure Water People as all communication has been first class along with the high quality products they provide.

The appointment reminder was sent well in advance of the due date and a mutually convenient time arranged for the service. Nearer the date the company rearranged the day/time as attendance within the agreed time slot could not be guaranteed. The day before the appointment the time of arriving was confirmed and the man arrived at the agreed time on the day. The service was completed quickly without problem and payment made on the day. All done with no issues. A good service all round.

All worked carried in an excellent professional manner, this includes the pre installation visit. Everything was left ad it was before the visit. No mess left, workmanship very good. Nothing was too much trouble.

We used The Pure Water People to fit a garden tap, attached to the water treatment equipment that they supplied to us. The service was excellent, right from the first contact with Kelly in the office who provided us with a quote quickly and returned all phone calls as promised. Kevin arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. He had been briefed and had photos of our site. The install took 6 hours and all without a break. He was so professional, informative and explained what we needed to do going forward. We were reassured and know we chose the right company, product and service personnel. We expect the system to work successfully for decades and will probably see us out. An annual service will ensure all runs smoothly. Very happy all went so well and to have met Kevin, a real ambassador for ‘The Pure Water People’.

Lewes the operator was on time and his usual cheerful self (he has been before).He had his equiptment ready to start work and proceeded to carry out the service,checking with me everything was O.K.as he went by.after finishing he brought in the bags of salt that Ihad ordered and placed them where i asked him to.He then completed his paperwork and Ipaid him.He checked everything was to my satisfaction .and left with a cheery goodbye.

We purchased a water filter system way back in 1997 and successfully moved house with it in 2000. We have lived here 23 years. We installed the drinking water system 15 years ago. Both systems have been very reliable, worked well and cleaned the water well. The drinking water is delicious. We get an annual service to check the water is of the expected standard and the engineers who come to do the service are experienced with our system, even though it is old technology now and may need an upgrade in the future. You get pure water for everything used in the household. No stone, chlorine or ammonia in anything. My kettle is pristine, as is the washing machine. Even the central heating works more efficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough. Any problems have always been fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

We purchased a quality softener from The Pure Water People about 3 years ago knowing we would be moving house and their product ticked the boxes on it being able to move with us. The company have been very accommodating throughout our softener ownership. We have had it relocated twice in this period, once due to an extension, the most recent being a move to a new property. Lee came and did a site visit at the new location and advised on the work that would need to be carried out and then came back 10 days later to reinstall the system that they had removed from our old address before our move. Kelly in the office has been very helpful on all occasions we have dealt with them even over the holiday period. We are very grateful to have our water softener and purified drinking water back - We didn't realise how much drinking water we got through until we were buying bottled water bridging the gap over the moving period and this highlighted in the long term what good value the water softener and drinking system is! Our value rating would be higher if the relocation costs were more competitive.

The whole process from the initial contact to installation was seamless. The engineer was very methodical and clean, and gave a clear insight as to what we needed to do with the new water softener system. Highly recommended, especially if you live in a hard water area

Lewes arrived on time and immediately got to work on the annual service. He explained what he was doing and why and left the system area tidy and working well.

The Pure Water People have looked after my water softener since I had it installed 15 years ago. They even arranged to remove the system when I moved house and refit it into where I live now. The annual services are arranged either by phone or email and the office staff are always helpful and polite. They always advise me of the cost in advance. (This varies because different filters need changing at different intervals.) I get a message the day before the appointment giving me a time window for the engineer to arrive which is always kept to. Various different engineers have done the work needed and are always extremely efficient. They take away any rubbish and leave everything clean and tidy. I have never had any problems dealing with this company.

Kevin, the engineer from The Pure Water People arrived within the allotted time frame, was courteous and did the work swiftly and competently. He also filled up the water softener system with salt when requested. The invoice was for the quoted price and was paid for by credit card once the job was done. As said in the title, it was a job well done!

Mike came to service my water system and was an absolute pleasure. Extremely polite and was kind enough to explain the issues I am having in great detail but also at a level we could understand. He tested the system further and ensured it's all working as it should. It seems he's resolved an issue we have had for a while too. It's hard to find engineers like him nowadays. Absolutely pleasure to have him.

We have had the system for two years, and this was our second service. Lewes arrived on time, however we were a little disorganised and I had to ask Lewes to hang on for a few minutes. I know how annoying this is for trades doing multiple calls, and I really don't like holding them up. Sorry Lewes, and thank you for your understanding and patience with us. Lewes was exceptionally efficient, polite, and explained what he needed to do in a very easy to understand way. Lewes ask if we had any problems with the system. Thankfully this system has been fault free since installation. I have only had to top up the salt, and leave it to do what it does. Power cuts or loss of water due to supply issues have not given it a moments problem. It has so far been rock solid in performance, as have The Pure Water People. We have seen four of their staff, (two on installation as it was complex), and each and everyone of them have been exceptionally excellent. The office staff have also been very supportive when we have called on each occasion I have spoken with them. I simply can not fault them. If you're looking for a reliable company with exceptional staff, quality of work, and supplied equipment, you really need look no further than The Pure Water People.

We had our water purification system fitted today by Kevin. Kevin is a very professional tradesman. He arrived in a very timely manner, was very informative at every stage of the fitting, very polite, very considerate of our home and a real gentleman. My family have nothing but praise for Kevin. After bathing the children we can already feel a difference in the water and their hair was lovely and soft! Kevin followed up with a courtesy call and couldn’t have been more helpful - it’s been a pleasure to have dealt with him. Thank you Kevin!

I had the engineer Lewis come to complete my yearly maintenance and service on my system. Lewis was polite and on time, in his work he was extremely thorough with all the checks and kept me informed on everything he was doing which was great.

We chose The Pure Water People based on reviews but also what was offered. Could you get your water softening, filtration and purifying system elsewhere for cheaper? Yes, probably, but would you get the same level of service… I doubt it. Most recently, we had some issues with our kitchen tap (acquired through them along with our system) and after sending some pictures and videos, the office team (thanks for everything Kelly) sent the details to Kevin, the engineer, who knew exactly what needed sorting - without hesitation they arranged for Kevin to head over to us, agreeing this was only possible if he had the bandwidth. Kevin called to confirm he could indeed make it to us after his last job and before he headed home (he lives 2 hours away, mind) and arrived bang on time. He proceeded to resolve our issue and went above and beyond by replacing some parts to be sure and also gave the system a once over to check everything was ok. He then not only resolved our tap issues but proceeded to answer a barrage of questions I had about things not necessarily to do with our system. He happily answered my questions and gave me the advice I needed. Kevin is brilliant as is Kelly, and based on those two alone, I’d happily recommend this company to anyone.

My elderly nan has been using this company for over 10 years and we have always been very pleased with the welcoming and trustworthy service. However the most recent appointment really went above and beyond and Mike, who arrived earlier than planned, completed the service and then preceded to mow my nans lawn for her out of good will. Mike was extremely kind and is always very helpful but I couldn’t believe how generous this was! Would highly recommend
