Lee, a Pure Water People engineer, came today to do annual check up and service of our Pure Water System. He was friendly, efficient, clean and gave clear instructions. He represents well a good and impressive pure water company delivering a great service..

I was contacted by PWP to arrange for my major service and was given a date, time-window and name of engineer. On the day I was informed of the time to expect Kevin and he arrived on time. Kevin's work was thorough, tidy and clean. Changing all the filters, checking water quality before and after. He kept me informed of what he was doing at all times and left taking all the old filters with him. I have experienced Kevin's work before on previous services and can recommend that his work is of a high standard. From setting up the appointment to completion of the service, I found the experience excellent from the whole team.

Kevin came today to service and change all the filters on our water system. He is very polite and friendly and very knowledgeable and efficient. An excellent job Kevin, I highly recommend you.

Engineer, Kevin, was punctual, efficient, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with the water filter system: the drinking water tastes good and the kettle and pipes are clear and free of “furring up “.

If you are prepared to pay annual maintenance costs for pure water, this company provides a quality product. Be aware however that the warranty for any work done / servicing only last 3 months. For several years we have had the same technician, Kevin, who works to a high professional standard and provides excellent personal service.

From the time Kelly phoned us to make the appointment, we have been kept up to date all the way. Initially we were told the type of service, the total cost, and what happens on the day. On the day Lewes arrived at appointed time and calmly professionally carried out the maintenance service, all the time keeping us up to date on what he was doing. Mike has been servicing our water purifier for 3 years now and also installed it for us he is always friendly and professional and gets the job done well and quickly.

Mike arrived on time for the annual check of our water softening system and to replace a number of filters. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining and showing me the step by step process for replacing the filters to enable me to undertake this job in alternate years in future. Mike is a very professional and personable chap.

Had my yearly service, Kevin arrived punctual. He was friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. This year was the regular filter change and a CRV exchange which is done every four years. Kevin was very tidy with his work.

We were looking for a good quality water softener and the Pure Water People were introduced by a friend. Carl Tregidgo came to do a site survey and gave us a detailed report and proposal two days later. He was professional, knowledgeable as well as efficient. Charlotte Hague has arranged engineer Kevin to install the unit and explained in detail regarding the installation. Kevin came and he walk us through the whole procedure step by step. Besides, he checked everything thoroughly including pipes and measurements because we have a tight fit. Kevin has installed the unit perfectly and showed us how to operate. I appreciate his patience and being detail oriented. Top notch service and I am a very satisfied customer.

Our water softener was recently installed by Mike. I would like to thank Mike for a great service that he provided. The installation was done very professionally. Mike arrived on time, explained every step of the installation process, completed the job to a high standard and even helped to re-arrange things which had to be moved out of the cupboard to accommodate the water softener under the sink. At the end of the installation everything was clean. Mike explained how to look after our new water softener, explanations were easy to understand and very helpful. Great job! Thank you Mike.

Booked appointment, received reminders, operative turned up on time. Carried out service quickly, cleaned up well and gave advice.

After the office called to organise our annual service, we received a phone call from Lewis to agree a convenient time of arrival. Lewis arrived, from Bristol, slightly earlier than expected which was excellent, especially due to the distance he had to travel. A complete and efficient service was performed and Lewis even cleaned the sink cupboard while he had the filters removed. We have had this full sysytem for 5 years and experienced no problems. The filtered water is free from lime with no limescale in our kettle, washing machine or dishwasher. and our drinking water is clear and very palatable. After the service Lewis explained what he had done and we now look forward to another stress free year of Pure Water. Well done ALL.

Good service, professional installation by Kevin. Job done on Sat morning. It took 4 hours to finish the installation, very clean and professional work.

Arrived promptly. Did thorough check of all taps etc as well as servicing the water treatment plant. Lewis was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wore mask to ensure vulnerable member of household was protected.

Lewis, the engineer arrived promptly within the arranged time schedule and carried out all the necessary checks, changed the filters and changed one of the tanks which was covered by warranty.
