The Pure Water People

Our first water softener with this company was in 1997 & had no regrets of having it. Three years ago I had a new digital softener fitted & both were annually service by this company. It is the first time Lewis has serviced our water softener & he did it efficiently, explained all he was doing & answered any questions I asked. I was very impressed with him as I have been with all the other service engineers from this company.

Kevin arrived on time and wasted no time in getting started on removing the old water softener system and preparing the groundwork ready for the new system.I couldn't have asked for a nicer workman. he explained everything he was going to do, showing me what was needed and how it was going to be positioned. he was very friendly and proficient. he removed all the old pipework and replaced it with the new materials.All the old parts were removed and taken away leaving everything neat clean and tidy. Kevin cut down the existing housing the old water softener was contained in and made a new housing out of the old housing which saved me some extra expense and the planet, he spent a lot of time making sure everything was just right. I was very happy with the final result. I have a lovely new system and I am very pleased the service. I am a happy customer and would recommend the Pure water people.and of course Kevin.

Lewis called a few days before to agree his arrival time and again when he was 10 minutes away. He completed the job speedily and to my satisfaction, worked with care and was clear and polite in greeting me, informing me of the work carried out and obtaining payment. This level of service is typical of Lewis who gas carried out our servicing for several years and of previous engineers. The water filter avoids limescale (we have hard water typical of our location) and reduces use of detergent etc as well as given the reassurance that unnecessary chemicals are being removed from our water.

Fabulous service arrived on time. Fully explained my options, kept me informed with the whole process polite at all times, removed all rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you, Mike.

After our original water purification system gave up the ghost after 24 years Kevin installed a new system. The pipework was really neat and he clearly explained how the new system would work and cleared everything away. Pure Water even filled out all the paperwork to ensure that the warranty was put in place.

We have had our annual service today. Lee conducted this in the same prompt, courteous way that we have come to expect from this Company. From the office staff to the engineers we could not fault them. Everything that was carried out was fully explained. Thank you.

We had been contacted by the company in advance and an appointment made. Lee arrived promptly and set to work straight away. He serviced as agreed and checked everything over, gave suitable advice were needed all with a cheery and helpful disposition!

The Pure Water People fitted a water softener and a drinking water filtration system. The result has been quite incredible, no more limescale build up, existing limescale deposits disappearing from taps and w/c’s after a few weeks, skin and hair feels much softer after a shower/bath. Cups of tea are lovely and are the best we have tasted too! Kevin, the installation engineer was punctual, professional, tidy and knowledgeable. Superb service all round, totally fixed our water issue in Clevedon.

Very happy with the installation of our new Pure Water People water filtration and softening equipment in small London flat. Kevin and Lee worked quickly and efficiently to carry out installation which was tricky as amongst other things and very tight spaces the stop cock was not in kitchen. Somehow they found a way to sort this out without any unsightly boxing/pipework which is great! They were very charming, helpful and tidy. We had already installed water filtration in another property so familiar with the product which is excellent. Having done extensive research on market options we would highly recommend this system which does exactly what it says! Very helpful and efficient company to work with.

The Pure Water People are a brilliant company to deal with, they were very helpful in advising us as we already had an old system that had stopped working and we couldn't get hold of the original company who had fitted it. Pure Water sent an engineer, Mike, to have a look at our old system, he was very friendly, informative and helpful and advised that he wasn't able to fix it so at our request he arranged for his colleague in the office to give us a call about them fitting a replacement, there was no pressure from them at all and everything was arranged very quickly for a new system to be fitted. Kevin, the engineer came to us a couple of days later and fitted a new pure water system, he was very clean, tidy and methodical in his work and advised us fully about what he was going to do at different stages through the fitting and he made the experience a very positive one. We would recommend The Pure Water People to anyone who is looking for one of these systems as our contact with everyone in the company was very good.

We asked the company to install our water treatment system in our new house when we moved. Their engineer, Kevin, turned up at the agreed time, and quickly got to work. He got the job done with minimal interruption to our water supply, and with very little mess. (And what mess there was he cleaned up.) He also installed a stopcock so that our plumber could later take a feed to our rainwater harvester top up tank without having to cut pipes and interrupt our water supply again.

Mike turned up at the designated time & proceeded with his work. I came home to find the original location site gone & new water softener in place in the shed The size he gave us on the survey was very neat & tidy & fit to his specifications. Everything was left in a clean, tidy state. The changes made to the original design will help us greatly. I have to say this job was over and above what I expected, I don't think I have ever put that in a review before. Many thanks, Mike.

Our old unit was removed smoothly and efficiently and the new one installed really quickly, with it's features clearly explained by Kevin. It works well and has since been totally trouble-free. We enjoyed our soft water with the previous unit, but it was not always reliable. This new one is excellent.

Engineer arrived within allotted time slot and annual servicing of system proceeded efficiently. Friendly service and I was given useful advice about getting the best from my system.

I had a water filtration system installed several years ago by this company and have used them to service the system ever since. The system works excellently on the hardwater and as a consequence we have no more limescale in the kettle or shower etc. They always contact me to inform me that the service is due and the price quoted is always adhered to. The work is carried out by their experienced staff and all packaging is taken away. I would personally recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a water softener system installed.
