We have been a customer for over 8 years and during that time we have only had one fault with the equipment. This was fixed the day after it was reported. Lewis, our engineer, who repaired the fault and does our annual service is excellent. Knows what has to be done and does it quickly and with out fuss.

The servicing agent arrived as per the agreed time. He changed the filters, adjusted the regeneration schedule, adjusted the flow of the drinking water, and tested that the system was working as it's supposed to throughout the house. He explained what he was doing and answered the questions that I had.

I have used The Pure Water People for many years now for carrying out the servicing and repairs on our Whole House softener system. In all of my dealings with this company I have always found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. Our softener system is by no means state of the art now, but the Pure Water engineers are extremely knowledgeable and have managed to keep it working efficiently, making adjustments as and when necessary. On the rare occasions when the system has ceased to function, Pure Water have been very quick to respond to my distress call and have always managed to rapidly source replacement parts. All in all, a very fine company to deal with.

Having booked our visit and a minor repair to a leaking valve, Lewis, the engineer arrived as scheduled and overviewed what he intended to do. My water machine now over 10 years old and every year its service is completed perfectly. Lewis who has done it 2-3 times before is always punctual, phones to say he is on his way and explains what the process is. He chats as he works and is a really good `advert` for the company. Having been unable to obtain pure water through our system, I had no qualms in contacting The Pure Water People to remedy the problem. Lewis, the Engineer, whom has visited on several occasions over the past nine years or so to service the equipment, arrived on time, following a courtesy call to notify of his e.t.a. After diagnosing the problem, he completed the repairs and replacements, which were quite tricky in gaining access to, explaining to me each procedure. My only gripe was the £95 call out charge I had to pay, but the replacement part was covered by my guarantee!

We have used this company for some time and all of their engineers are very polite and helpful. Today Lee is at my home to install a new water softener system, he is patient to explain the new system to us and considerate to the house. Nice experience. We saw the advertisement on the bicycle nearby for the first time. Then we found out that water in Oxford is really hard.20 times harder than standard level. So we decided to get a soften water system install. We feel very lucky to choose the pure water.Very good service and nice water filter, specially thanks lee for the installation. I appreciated that Kevin kept me apprised of his expected time of arrival following a traffic holdup en route and he arrived at his newly appointed time. His checks showed that the hardness setting needed to be adjusted then the maintenance filters and CRV were replaced and everything was tested. Kevin is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I moved house last year and am so pleased that I transferred my unit to the new address. All sorted for another year.
