The Pure Water People

Very happy with the installation of our new Pure Water People water filtration and softening equipment in small London flat. Kevin and Lee worked quickly and efficiently to carry out installation which was tricky as amongst other things and very tight spaces the stop cock was not in kitchen. Somehow they found a way to sort this out without any unsightly boxing/pipework which is great! They were very charming, helpful and tidy. We had already installed water filtration in another property so familiar with the product which is excellent. Having done extensive research on market options we would highly recommend this system which does exactly what it says! Very helpful and efficient company to work with.

The Pure Water People are a brilliant company to deal with, they were very helpful in advising us as we already had an old system that had stopped working and we couldn't get hold of the original company who had fitted it. Pure Water sent an engineer, Mike, to have a look at our old system, he was very friendly, informative and helpful and advised that he wasn't able to fix it so at our request he arranged for his colleague in the office to give us a call about them fitting a replacement, there was no pressure from them at all and everything was arranged very quickly for a new system to be fitted. Kevin, the engineer came to us a couple of days later and fitted a new pure water system, he was very clean, tidy and methodical in his work and advised us fully about what he was going to do at different stages through the fitting and he made the experience a very positive one. We would recommend The Pure Water People to anyone who is looking for one of these systems as our contact with everyone in the company was very good.

We asked the company to install our water treatment system in our new house when we moved. Their engineer, Kevin, turned up at the agreed time, and quickly got to work. He got the job done with minimal interruption to our water supply, and with very little mess. (And what mess there was he cleaned up.) He also installed a stopcock so that our plumber could later take a feed to our rainwater harvester top up tank without having to cut pipes and interrupt our water supply again.

Mike turned up at the designated time & proceeded with his work. I came home to find the original location site gone & new water softener in place in the shed The size he gave us on the survey was very neat & tidy & fit to his specifications. Everything was left in a clean, tidy state. The changes made to the original design will help us greatly. I have to say this job was over and above what I expected, I don't think I have ever put that in a review before. Many thanks, Mike.

Our old unit was removed smoothly and efficiently and the new one installed really quickly, with it's features clearly explained by Kevin. It works well and has since been totally trouble-free. We enjoyed our soft water with the previous unit, but it was not always reliable. This new one is excellent.

Engineer arrived within allotted time slot and annual servicing of system proceeded efficiently. Friendly service and I was given useful advice about getting the best from my system.

I had a water filtration system installed several years ago by this company and have used them to service the system ever since. The system works excellently on the hardwater and as a consequence we have no more limescale in the kettle or shower etc. They always contact me to inform me that the service is due and the price quoted is always adhered to. The work is carried out by their experienced staff and all packaging is taken away. I would personally recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a water softener system installed.

Very happy with the overall service of The Pure Water People. We had a water softener fitted outside. Kelly , Neil and Mike who we dealt with were very informative and friendly. Can’t fault it. Everything was fully explained at every visit. The initial enquiry and assessment, survey and installation was completed within 10 days. Very happy.

We have been a customer for over 8 years and during that time we have only had one fault with the equipment. This was fixed the day after it was reported. Lewis, our engineer, who repaired the fault and does our annual service is excellent. Knows what has to be done and does it quickly and with out fuss.

Lee visited my home today and did a very good job in fitting the unit with high quality. Also Francoise also did a great demo explaining pros cons of the product which helped to make the right decision. Thanks team for the great job done. Will enjoy the good quality water from now onwards. Cheers

Lewis arrived very promptly & carried out a service, filter changes etc. He was very efficient & talked through what he was doing as he tested the system.

Lee was very polite and professional cleaned up after himself and was very friendly and approachable.

Lewis arrived on time to complete our annual service. He asked if we had experienced any issues with the system and outlined what he intended to do. He kept me informed throughout, checked my understanding and provided useful advice. He was efficient, organised, and polite throughout his visit. He left having fully serviced and checked the system to ensure it was operating correctly. Great job.

The servicing agent arrived as per the agreed time. He changed the filters, adjusted the regeneration schedule, adjusted the flow of the drinking water, and tested that the system was working as it's supposed to throughout the house. He explained what he was doing and answered the questions that I had.

I have used The Pure Water People for many years now for carrying out the servicing and repairs on our Whole House softener system. In all of my dealings with this company I have always found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. Our softener system is by no means state of the art now, but the Pure Water engineers are extremely knowledgeable and have managed to keep it working efficiently, making adjustments as and when necessary. On the rare occasions when the system has ceased to function, Pure Water have been very quick to respond to my distress call and have always managed to rapidly source replacement parts. All in all, a very fine company to deal with.

Lee is a credit to his business - was in touch with us prior to arrival, was on time and extremely diligent throughout. He explained everything he was going to do and then took us through all the work and all things we needed to know. So far we can see the difference with having a water softener with the drinking filters. Would certainly recommend

Having booked our visit and a minor repair to a leaking valve, Lewis, the engineer arrived as scheduled and overviewed what he intended to do. He kept us informed throughout his visit, and involved us to ensure our understanding, which we found informative and helpful. He was presentable, organised, and polite throughout his visit. He left having fully serviced, checked and run the system, ensuring the minor repair had been successful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company and engineer.
