Had the water purification/ softener system installed since 2018. Always good service and annual maintenance visits are consistently very good. Today, Kevin & Lee did an excellent job on annual maintenance.

Lewis, the Engineer from The Pure Water People was punctual, very knowledgeable regarding the system and the work undertaken plus explained what and when particular parts would probably need changing/updating etc. All aspects of the service were explained and carried out effectively, with the price being advised prior to the visit. Lewis also gave me advice on simple things I could do to help maintain the system.

We have used this service for 7 years. Pure soft water in a hard water area like London is good by removing Lime Scale. The drinking water tap is great. The service has always been very friendly and efficient. Minor adjustments on both sides have been dealt with properly. Lewis did a good job today on our annual check up and also capably led me through a minor adjustment to the settings on the system over the phone when I was concerned about salt usage. I am not competent to report on value

This company has provided efficient service to our water softener unit for more than 10 years. They carry out the work efficiently and on schedule arranged by telephone. Lewes has carried out our annual service for the last 3 years and is always polite and helpful in explaining what is being done on the appointment.

The Pure Water People Ltd are thorough in what they do and how they treat their customers. They clearly aspire to a high standard of service and do their best to honour their commitments and keep their customers fully informed. Lewes, who came to service the boiler today, had done his homework on our set-up the night before. As for the quality of the work, we have not had any issues since we installed the system ten years ago. I am a satisfied customer.

The Pure Water People were brilliant to deal with from; following my web enquiry up straight away, to a very comprehensive demonstration and followed by a flawless installation from Lee's & Kevin. The installation turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally thought but the floorboards and carpets were relaid perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I remember this installation - we literally were multi-skilled, multi-talented water installers and carpet fitters all in one visit! Lee and Kevin (aka The Chuckle brothers) are a brilliant team! The Pure Water People proved again how customer focused they are. Kerry is polite and books the appointment well in advnace as is flexible. Kevin was the service engineer and was great. Gave advice on the state of the system and how to get the best of the service recalibrated the water system to allow for the change in our water hardness cleaned up and was polite. AND more important we could notice the improvements after the service.

Another annual service today. Booking and communication re time of arrival very efficient. Lewis also phoned ahead and was his usual friendly, efficient and professional self. It's always nice to see the same person sometimes and he remembered all about our house and system. System continues to provide us with clean soft water and no limescale. Mike was very helpful in explaining any issues that were raised. The minimal amount of disruption and cleared up any dirt or waste produced. The whole new water purification system was installed in a very few hours.
