Lewis the technician turned up within the time given, having phoned to say he was 10 mins away. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He changed the main filter and carried out an annual service with a good knowledge of what he was doing. On finishing he left no rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. We have had the water softener for five years and it does exactly what they claim. No limescale whatsoever in the kettle or on other surfaces and the drinking water is so refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Their adminiostrator followed up an email with a phone call to arrange the date and item to service my water softening system. The engineer arrived on time, I recognized him from previous annual visits and he recognized me. He did the work efficiently and answered my questions. He was tidy and cleaned up as he went along.

This year they changed filters and checked pressures. Advice was given about when going away. I have a contract with them whereby I pay a regular fixed monthly amount which is over 5 years and has proved exceptionally useful. The water system is excellent and all houses should have one! No limescale anywhere and pure drinking water all standard!

Arrangements were very easy and the office staff polite and accommodating to my requirements. Service engineer (Lewis) phoned giving advanced warning of arrival and really liked the continuity of having the same service engineer.

Friendly and cheerful he explained the results from testing our system (all good), the got straight on with the annual service and checks. Everything was cleaned up and put back as he found it so no additional tasks for us. Details of all the service all set out on our paperwork for reference and easy payment there and then by card. My purification system was due a service. On the day Lewis rang to let me know he would be delayed due to an accident on the M4 and gave a new ETA. On arrival he explained what he would be doing, carried out all the work and left everything tidy. Payment was simple using the card machine. He pointed out that I could pay monthly by contacting the office. A job well done!

Kevin came to replace pressure valve. The original had been installed close to the side of my box. With the very cold weather it developed a constant drip. Ian visited and removed the valve and carried out a bypass until Kevin arrived today with the new valve. Double checked pressure. When unit installed this was 3.5, had increased to 7 bar. Kevin has carried out the repair and reset. All running fine.

Kevin was his usual cheery self on arrival. I realised today I had the water treatment units fitted 12 years ago. During that time I have only had one minor problem that was sorted very quickly. Kevin carried out the service, which included a filter change, and cleared up after himself. What I like about the system is the lack of scale build up that we used to have. No having to descale every few months especially around tap outlets and the kettle. Once again excellent service.

We’ve been using this company since we had the water treatment system installed a few years ago (they installed it too). Communication with their office is simple and they are always prompt and courteous with their replies, either by email or phone call. We were given a time slot but due to delays with the previous customer, the engineer was running a bit late. We were phoned and kept up to speed with the timing. The engineer, who we’ve had before, was excellent. He talked me through the work and was thorough and professional, as he and all their engineers have been. This is an excellent company to use and apart from their excellent service, the kit we had installed a few years ago has transformed the water in the house. It is beautifully soft and saves us on all manner of cleaning and washing products. Plus, the filtered water tastes like nothing else. No more bottled water for us. It tastes delicious through the Soda Stream too. Highly recommended company, coming from a very satisfied customer of several years.

Very friendly and informative, told me how my usage compared to the average household. Quickly performed the normal annual tasks plus one which takes place every 4-5 years. Couldn't ask for more.

I really appreciate the effort that Francois and Mike went to during the time they were at the property. Francois really explained well what the product is and does and filled in gaps of knowledge that we may otherwise have not been told having previously had a water softener. Mike then came in to assess where the product would be best to go with minimal effort but also explained what work needed to be done if we wanted it in the place of our choosing. We went with the latter and he said he would have to come back again once recommended prework had been carried out by before the next visit. When this was completed we managed to get Mike out again relatively quickly and he went about his business of installing the water softener. He did an amazing job of hiding the additional water pipes and then ensured the layout of any other pipes were clean and tidy. Once finished he explained what he had done and then left us with the product we bought and no mess. Really appreciate the effort made by both members of this company. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thoroughly professional and a friendly service. Kevin installed the water purification system on 21/12/2022. Answered any questions I had and talked me through every aspect of the system. Haven’t had the chance to test the water and it’s quality yet but based but based on the awesome service provided, I can predict I won’t be a disappointed!!

Lewis completed our annual service today. He was very efficient, replacing all the filters on the system and ensuring that when the job was completed there were no leaks and all the pressures had returned to normal. He did a great job cleaning afterwards. I recommend The Pure Water People Ltd and the Rain Soft Water softener system.

once again it was a pleasure to have kevin back (by request) for the annual service on our water system . Despite the bitter cold weather kev gave a full service with his usual polite and helpful attitude . To help with the cold kevin put extra lagging on our pipes to keep everything flowing as it should .A good honest and decent workman and again i shall be requesting kev next year.

Had a guy called Kevin come to my house today 14th December 2022 to change our water filters. He arrived on time and was a credit to his company, he was very friendly and changed filters in good time and left everything clean and tidy. I have to say the pure water company have been coming to me for several years and have always been very professional and Kevin was excellent.

Kevin arrived on time and started the maintenance programme straight away. He explained the processes he was carrying out and in addition he rectified a water pressure problem. Eventhough it was below freezing he worked outside on the filters without complaint. A thoroughly efficient annual service.

I was delighted to find that Kevin, who did my annual service last year, was the engineer. He was very friendly, efficient and tidy. This year the CRV was replaced and still everything was carried out in under an hour. I highly recommend this company and Kevin in particular.
