Nice to get someone who still remembers you after a year or more. Mike was on time and took the time to explain to me how the system works as I had concerns that it was using too much electricity. Mike changed the time of the flushing as requested and was helpful to help me remember how to operate the board. As we have had that water purifier for 23 years (which is quite a long time), I was offered to change it for a new one (he recommended the smallest one as we are only 2) for a good price but agreed that it could be done once that present one failed. He apologised for the raised price (but then what doesn't these days) and left instructions of what I would need to order should we decided to get a new one.

Been with this company for 13 years and for at least the fourth year been visited by Lewis. He is polite and helpful and works diligently. He tests and corrects anything with no fuss but is happy to explain what he is doing. Never had any problems.

I had my whole house water treatment system installed today and the engineer "Mike" was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, went out of his way to help and was a pleasure to deal with. There was no mess left, the system was explained and I feel I have purchased something of value from a company that so far have been great to deal with.

Called to say they would arrive in 15 mins on day of booking, which they did. Service engineer Kevin was brilliant. Couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Very pleased Thankyou.

Kevin arrived on time, he repaired my water containment box with new panels and lid and put more insulation in, he was pleasant to talk to and explained what he had done, the area was cleaned of any debris, i would highly recommend the company as they are very helpful when you call and always pleasant as was Kevin as this was not his first visit so he is becoming part of my family ha! Ha! And it looks like he may be back again to rectify another problem that he noticed so he took photos to inform the office great job Kevin keep up the good work

Kevin came to change my 4-year filter as well as the usual yearly filter change. As always, he gave a service above and beyond (even refilled the salt box and tidied my kitchen following work). An excellent service that I have no hesitation in recommending.

My water softener system is getting pretty old now now, but The Pure Water People keep the system going for me. Easy to contact arrange service or salt delivery. Technician Lewis quickly sorted things for me on the last two occasions and explained what he was doing all the way through.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Pure Water People. We had their purification system installed 10 years ago, and we had the annual service carried out today. Their annual service is excellent; we have never had to call them out at any other time to rectify a problem. We always ask for Lewis to carry out the annual service because he is efficient, knowledgeable and obliging. He carries out a full check; testing incoming water pressure to outside taps, household water quality, etc. He explains how best to use the system and leaves us with soft drinking water and lime-free water in kitchen and bathrooms. We have always been very glad we had this system installed.

The work carried out by the service engineer, Kevin, was as the agreed schedule and cost. When Kevin arrived he was very polite and friendly. He explained what he was going to do in a manner that was totally understandable, without trying to be too technical and how long he expected the work to take. He carried out a water test first to establish that the system was working correctly then proceeded to get on with the service and changing the CRV unit. The work was carried out effectively and in a timely manner. Kevin informed us when the work was completed and showed and explained to me what he had done. He left the unit clean and tidy before packing up his tools and left. He was polite and informative at all times during his visit.

The soft water system was due for its annual service. Kevin arrived within the agreed time frame and presented as an efficient and friendly worker. The service was carried out with relevant explanations and he left immediately the work had been completed.

We had our Aquatech water purification system serviced by Kevin, who arrived on time, is always courteous and very efficient as usual. He checks everything out and makes any necessary adjustments to the system and always tells us what he's doing and why. He changed numerous filters etc and works quickly and with minimal mess. Our water always tastes nice and visitors who try it always comment on how pure it tastes. I'm sure we could bottle it and sell it! I would recommend Kevin to service your water system too.

The Pure Water People installed our home water filtration system in 2013 and the service both then and since has been excellent. Friendly calls to book in service visits, but no problem if you’d rather change the normal filters yourself. Highly knowledgeable service engineers who are always a pleasure to speak to and are quick, efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend them and would not be without our system - I really notice how hard other people’s water is these days, whereas ours does not dry out our skin, tastes better and durant leave limescale everywhere!

Kevin arrived promptly. Everything was explained in detail. All the items removed were stored in the garage neatly. Everywhere was left safely and clean and today both inside and out. Details were passed on to ensure that whenever and by whoever the system is replaced it is clear what is to be done.

When was for annual service. Extremely knowledgeable. Water quality tested and filters changed. Always polite and courteous. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using this company for over 20 years. Lewis the engineer this time has been about four or five times over this time. Very polite and tidy and explains what he’s going to do and any problems that might be needing sorting out. Over the years we’ve never had a problem with this company and that’s why we are still with the after all these years.

Kevin phoned ahead and asked if his arrival time was suitable. He arrived with a smile and very courteous greeting. He was kind and pleasant throughout the time he was with me and accomplished the job swiftly and thoroughly.

Prompt efficient service. A telephone call was received in advance to narrow down the time slot. The work areas were left in a tidy state and the engineer (Lewis) provided an update and a rationale on work completed. We have used this company for nine years and remain satisfied with the product and servicing.
