Very good service by Steve in installing water softener and drinking system. A neat and tidy job undertaken particularly given tight space available in utility room. Since installation have noted improvements in move from hard to soft water in expected area such as showering /bathing /clothes washing but also in unexpected area such as glass dishwashing. Subsequent customer service requests by ourself were also dealt with professionally and promptly with commitments adhered to including further we’d requested from Ian. Would strongly recommend Pure Water.

It was a pleasure to welcome engineer Mike into my home once more, and found him as courteous, friendly, efficient and thorough in his work as on all previous visits. He undertook the routine testing and servicing of my water system and even topped up the salt for me as I was unable to do this myself following an operation. The water system, although now aging, remains efficient and reliable under his care. I consider Mike, due to his attitude and efficiency, to be a credit to the company.

Excellent service from Steve on install of chemical filter, water softener & drinking water system. Work was carried out to a very high standard with all the equipment plumbed neatly into the utility/kitchen under sink cupboards. We live in a hard water area, so the improvements are significant. Mike arrived in the promised slot and worked efficiently on the annual maintenance. He then discovered a problem with the system and explained that he would have to replace CRV, all be it a year earlier than normal. He did not have the required unit so installed an upgraded version of the unit to replace it and prevent a second visit. Great service as usual, highly recommended.

The annual service was postponed, but only by one day and Mike arrived on time within the specified hour 08:30-09:30. The service was carried out, recorded and explained expediently in a professional manner. Mike had put in the drinking water system some two years ago: it was good to see him again; he inspires confidence in The Pure Water People.

Work carried out by Water Technician Ian in accordance with contract. Helpful reminder from Bristol HQ of impending visit to suit my availability. We have had our water filters with this company for 14 years- every year the service is arranged and proves excellent. This year Lewes arrived, explained what he’d be doing and attended to all the different tasks with a pleasant, polite, helpful manner. The job was done promptly- advice given about getting salt topped up - all questions answered- and everything left in good order till the next visit. We are very satisfied.

Once again The Pure Water People rang us to arrange our service I cannot fault them on their customer service. Lewis was quick tidy and professional alway happy to give help tips and advice with our system. We have had ours now 9 years and I would be happy to recommend to anyone who is think about having a system put in. Makes a massive difference to our family's skin which is just one of any benefits.

We had a fault with our water purifier. Upon arrival fixed to satisfaction and updated on best use of product. Mike installed kit several years ago and has been out charging filters over past few years. Punctual clean tidy and very reliable. Backroom staff on Bristol ensure appointments are made to fit around customer also. Five star rating....

I've been a customer of The Pure Water People now for about 18 years and I cannot fault them on their customer service both in the office and the engineers they send out to do installations and services. I've had a service today from the lovely Mike and as per usual he was wonderful - very friendly and professional - did the service efficiently and ensured I knew exactly what he had done. He always tops up the salt in our system (which is my husband's job!) and he even offered today to put all my cleaning products back in the cupboard under the sink which I had cleared out ahead of him arriving today. Every engineer I've ever had from this company have been totally trustworthy and I wouldn't ever worry about having them in my house. Customer service aside, the products installed by this company are top notch (I've had their softners and drinking filters in my last 2 properties) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have a system installed in their property.

We choose Pure Water People as they had the best reputation in our area. After the initial install we weren't happy with the with the layout of the system and there was a small leak. PWP were very quick to send out an engineer to put things right. The final set up looks amazing and everything works as expected. To compensate us for the initial error they offered us a free service and filter change for the next year. Would highly recommend PWP for their customer service.

AJ arrived at the time agreed and removed our old water treatment system and replaced with a new upgraded one. AJ described what and how he was doing as he did it and explained the new system and its operation. He cleaned up brilliantly after his work and filled the salt hopper for us. We’ve used The pure water people/Aquatec for nearly 17 years and they have always been helpful and reliable. Thanks also to Kelly in the office for arranging it all.

Our water softener was installed 12 years ago and continues to perform without issue. It was installed by the Pure Water People and has been serviced annually by them.

The installer (Steve) came on time at 0830hrs. He was polite and friendly. The work was carried out with the minimum of mess or disruption and the final installation was neat and tidy. I am happy with the results of the softened water as there are no more limescale deposits on the shower enclosure or on and around the wash hand basins and sinks. There is obviously less soap or detergent used but this is difficult to quantify.

I had a phone call arranging a suitable date and time for the service. I was informed of the name of the engineer who would attend. Ian arrived on time, was very polite and undertook the work quickly and in a professional manner.

The engineer Ian arrived on time and began immediately after introducing himself. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered any all of my questions professionally,showing a deep knowledge of the system. Kelly Smith had already provided us with a quote for the work which was accurate on his invoice. Thank you for a job well done.

Work was carried efficiently, with information provided. All done with minimal fuss engineer Lewis was very good.

We had our annual service with The Pure Water People on 2nd October. The company advised me a couple of days before that they would arrive in the morning. Lewis was our engineer that day, he has been to us several times and is very professional and friendly. He replaced the filters and the price was as advised. Very happy with the company, have used them for over 13 years.
