The Pure Water People

The engineer Lewis arrived punctually as arranged. He's professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He fully explained the work to be undertaken and all was completed as expected. We're very pleased with the system and the maintenance service provided by Aquatec/Pure Water People.

Have had a water system for ten years now and so pleased not only with the quality of our water but the smooth and very efficient service and maintenance from the Pure Water People. Thoroughly recommend them and applaud their system.

Regular service in our 7 year old system. Lewis was very efficient and knowledgeable. Completed the service quickly and with no mess.

Kevin installed our replacement system. Our first system had lasted for 25 years and we were given a generous discount on a brand new system as valued customers. Kevin encountered a few logistical problems but overcame them but this did add time onto his day which he dealt with in his cheerful manner. He explained exactly how the system works and we are already benefiting from pure soft water again. Can’t recommend the company and Kevin himself highly enough. They have helped us in very bad weather in the past too battling snow and ice. We couldn’t do without them.

This was the fourth annual service of our water softener. the service agent arrived nice and early 0810 ish as agreed. The work was completed without any hic cups and all back to working order again. Lewes the agent was pleasant and informative about the softener and what he was going to do. Then I have found that who ever comes is the same. I did not realise that the company would supply a washer for the swivel mixer tap, which Lewes has ordered for me. (Thankfully that is a job I can do my self. Only for the fact it saves a two hour travel journey for them.) Although they would fit if I was unable. In the last five years since instalment I have always found this company and it's agents to be of the highest quality.

Kevin of Pure Water attended to Service our home water softening system. Kevin explained clearly what he was going to do & why during this annual service visit based on an agreed service price. I have to say that Kevin did a first class professional job, he tested our water, flushed the system, replaced all the filters and reconfigured the control settings to optimise system performance. Kevin is an excellent engineer, he cleaned as he went, nothing was too much trouble, it was a pleasure to meet him.

As a Northerner living down South you really do notice the poor water quality and the taste of chemicals in every glass of water. When we found PWP and installed our water system 6 years ago it really did make a difference. For one I was able to stop buying bottled water and enjoy a refreshing glass of water direct from the tap. Before installing the water system I had to descale my kettle every 3-4 weeks and buy a new one every year or so. Since installing the system I’ve not had to descale my kettle once or purchased a new one - amazing! The team at PWP really offer exceptional customer service from the team on the customer service desk through to the engineers who keep my system running smooth. Lewis has been servicing our system for a number of years. He’s really considerate when entering my home, tidy, efficient and always willing to explain or answer any questions I have. He even remembers conversations from the previous year and we pick up where we left off 🤪. There is also a noticeable difference in the reduced household product from soap, shampoo, cleaning products and even washing powder and conditioner. Every little helps with the current economy. Lewis, who carried out this years service, was very efficient and thorough, having arrived on time and carried out an extensive range of tests in addition to changing my drinking water filters. I have had the water treatment system for 6 years and benefited from soft water throughout my home. This has resulted in having no scale deposits in my kettle, clean shower units and saving of soaps and detergents.

We have been using PWP now for three years and find the service, knowledge, product, communication and reliability of premium quality. Lewis our engineer was very thorough with his work, engaged with us on all aspects of the job at hand. A pleasure to deal with and great product that delivers what they say it should do with minimum fuss. Lewis arrived at the time agreed. Carried out the service effectively. Found an issue that I was unaware of. Gave useful advice. Left everything neat and tidy.

Lewes checked all of our system and did a water test. He also renewed the filters and completed in good time. We are very pleased with the service and upgrades available.

Have had this water purification system for must be 15 years now. It has never let me down and has been serviced annually in that time. If I ever forget to top up the salt (note. In this system the salt does not end up in the water in the house. You can drink from every tap! The salt is used to clean the filtering system.) I soon notice the kettle scaling up (I live in a very hard water area) but a few days after topping up the salt the kettle clears and is all shiny again. Kevin who serviced the system this year was polite, efficient, clean and tidy as all their engineers are. I plan to live house in the next couple of years and will without any doubt be taking the whole system with me as it has performed outstandingly.

We live in a Victorian house in a hard water area. The mains water feed to the house is the original lead pipe. Looking for a water purifying and softening system The Pure Water People's name cropped up the most and with the best reviews, and so I contacted them via email. I received a quick telephone response with an explanation of what they can offer. They were able to schedule a survey visit to our house within days. Just four days later the water purifying and softening unit was fitted with zero fuss. The engineer was able to cleverly hide the drinking water section thus avoiding us losing kitchen cupboard space. Everything was explained in full. Two months later the benefits are obvious. Truly pure water which seems more pleasant to drink. I feel reassured that I'm not ingesting heavy metals, micro plastics, oestrogen etc. The kettle and glass shower doors are noticeably scale free and we are using way less washing powder and dishwasher soap ( a financial saving and win for the environment). This system is not cheap but should last 25 years with minimal servicing. Plus I'm confident I can speak directly to someone should I have any questions or issues. I can highly recommend them as a company to deal with.

Lewes checked the whole system thoroughly as well as testing the water quality, checking the water pressure and replacing the filters. He explained what he was doing and why as he went along. We have been delighted with the water softener as we have battled with limescale for years but we are now completely scale free. The kettle is still like new. Lewes was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The charge was as per the pre-agreed price for the service and all the work was completed in about an hour. I am very pleased both with the system and the service provided by this excellent company.
