From initial contact The Pure Water Company kept their arrangements on time. The work was carried out by a very competent plumber who kept us informed of what was happening throughout the whole installation. We now have a much better performing water softener system that now keeps our plumbing free from limescale and provides softened water for the whole house plus very drinkable water straight from the tap. Excellent company to deal with.

Lewes arrived in a timely fashion and outlined the work he was to carry out and enquired if there was any other issues. I pointed out that the drinking water function had failed which he stated could be dealt with and included with the service. We agreed the additional cost and he preceeded with the work. All issues were rectified and serviced, the job being completed in around an hour. All was left in a clean and tidy fashion and the bill duly paid.

We have had our Pure Water filtration system for over 10 years. We live in an area where the water is very hard. The system works well and the water is much softer. We like the fact that the water feels softer when washing and that the kettle, bath, sinks and taps are completely free of scale. We also think that the water tastes better. We are pleased with the service we get from The Pure Water People, they are always pleasant and helpful. They ring each year to arrange our annual service and give a description of the level of service required and also the full cost. We have had Lewis the same engineer to do our service for the past few years. He is always pleasant and friendly. It is nice to get a person you know.

Our water-softening system developed a leak (after 14 years!) so I had to by-pass the system. We immediately noticed the deterioration in our water quality which we had clearly come to take for granted over the past years. This was quite an 'eye-opener' and made us appreciate what a splendid and efficient system we had enjoyed faultlessly for so long. Mike duly arrived and rectified the fault immediately (a joint had parted) as well as undertaking his usual thorough service. He complied with the Trusted Traders Code of Conduct fully in every respect, is, in my opinion, an exemplary employee, and, as always, was courteous, informative, efficient and a pleasure to have on site. Well done, Mike; well done Pure Water!

We've been with this company for over 12 years. We're incredibly happy with the water purification system and the customer service. We have regular services to the system and they're always efficient. One of our regular engineers that comes out is Kevin. He's always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and he completes the service efficiently. He's brilliant. Our only gripe with the company is admin related. It never arranges (or alerts us to) for all the different parts of the service to the system to be done at the same time, and often charges us separate call out fees when jobs could be combined in one engineer visit (e.g. the 4-year CRV replacement, the membrane replacement and the 2-year service could be combined every 4 years for example). Our recent CRV replacement was 4 years overdue but we were not alerted until this year. If these issues were tightened up, the customer service would be flawless. And notwithstanding the admin issues, the actual engineers and system service is excellent!

Our kit was installed some 13 years ago, and with caring servicing each year continues to perform well. Ian checked it yesterday and all is good. He repaired the box very efficiently. The kit supplied is great and has helped us a lot over the last few years. I would recommend this system to everyone.

I would definitely recommend the products that The Pure Water People install. We had the Rainsoft TC-M4 with the CRV installed and the Ultrefiner II. Our water tastes like bottled water, cleaning is significantly easier, our skin is softer and just generally all the benefits are very clearly there. Kevin was our installer and he did a fantastic job, very efficient and kept us in the loop throughout whilst ensuring the job was done to our satisfaction. Two things I would mention is that the system is costly, £3750 for ours. The demonstration was really good but the sales person doing it was very pushy in trying to commit us to a sale. Understand it is his job, but it’s not very pleasant to experience - so if you don’t like that, bare it in mind. Regardless, we are very happy with the system and thank The Pure Water People for an overall great experience.

Lewis was very knowledgeable and friendly and also extremely thorough, checking everything, from our water pressure in all taps throughout the house. The CRV was replaced (5-year replacement) and the drinking water filters changed. Lewis explained everything as he went along, and answered all our questions. Since having the Pure Water Whole House System Installed, Jane and I have been very impressed with no limescale at all, beautifully soft water in the shower and grade "A" drinking water, I highly recommend the whole house and drinking water to all UK households.

This was an annual routine service of our water softener and filter system. The technician (named Lewis) was on time and completed a very thorough review of our system and provided additional advice on other related topics, which was very useful and appreciated. The system continues to provide excellent soft water, reducing the need for as much soap powder etc. and reducing the build up of lime scale. The drinking water filter provides excellent quality water and we are often complimented on the taste, particularly in tea. Price for the service seems to have been increased significantly since last year though. No hesitation in recommending the company, their products and the technician. Well done.

After seventeen years some components are getting toward their sell by date. As the system will be disconnected soon to facilitate a house extension, Lewes explained in detail the options most suitable for the situation and we decided on the most effective course of action. Just the kind of excellent service I have come to expect over the years. Cannot fault the dedication. Over the seventeen years I reckon we have saved the system cost in not buying so much soap, washing powder, cleaning products and plumbing bills. Everything feels cleaner after washing, me included. Can’t be without it.
