We had our annual service and filter change of our drinking water and boiling tap systems yesterday. Kevin was very efficient, he phoned me 10mins before arrival to make sure it was a convenient time for me. He was able to do the filter changes, softness check and paperwork in under an hour. Kevin is a knowledgeable person who is always very friendly and happy to explain how the water systems work.

Operative arrived within time frame expected, phone call day before to confirm he was expected. The work was a routine annual service. The work was carried out tidily and efficiently a problem was identified and the necessary filter was changed. We have used the company for 13 years and would recommend them

We had to change the CRV on the main unit after 5 years of use and the filters in the drinking system. The job was done by Kevin who had around 30 years of experience and you could tell as he was able to explain every single part, piece of the equipment. First time I have seen the inside of the unit which looks like the crankshaft of an engine with valves etc…awesome. Kevin is the type of person who goes the extra mile as he checked other stuff and made it better. I really recommend this services as they are always on time and very professional.

It was a pleasure to have Kevin in our house while he installed this first class system with no fuss and no mess.

The annual service on our water system was carried out by Kevin who was friendly and efficient. He arrived at the expected time, kept us informed on all the tests he had undertaken and answered all our queries .

We've had our water softener system for 11 to 12 years - working well. It was installed and has been maintained since by The Pure Water People. We have also been very pleased with the company, the people in the office and technicians, with regards to the service and care they have provided. Pure Water People technicians - Kevin this time, have carried out the bi-annual service of my water softener since I bought the equipment from the company some years ago. The maintenance work is always done in a thorough and professional manner by a knowledgeable, polite and helpful personnel who leave a detailed explanation of what they did. The company maintains a complete record of my equipment and its maintenance and reminds me each time the next service is due. The cost of ongoing maintenance is still reasonable, even though it has risen 10% since two years ago, and the increase was only to be expected in view of the all-around increase in the costs experienced by all commercial companies.

Lewis came to service my Pure Water system. He checked the day before that the time was convenient and arrived at the agreed time. He checked if I wanted him to wear a mask and explained what he was doing and why and what I had to do after he had left. When the visit was booked I was told exactly what it would cost. The water system is great, I get scum-free tea and coffee and nicer water to drink without having a plastic jug sitting about. It takes less of every product to wash dishes, clothes and people which must be good for the environment. I no longer have to descale the kettle and scale does not need to be scrubbed off shower, sink or basin.

Kevin was on time and a friendly and efficient check of our water system . Introduced me to the new insulation cover and showed me what was needed if we had a power cut. A very tidy worker. Thanks Kevin.

We had our water filter yearly service this week and can only say what a very professional carried out by an engineer called Kevin. He completed the replacement of filters efficiently and without any problems. He listened to our concern over the recent leak and said he would deal with this before leaving which he did, replacing the old tubing with a much stronger and sensibly placed out of the way. He explained every detail of his service to us and even sorted a small leak under our sink which was a very kind offer. The whole handling from the arrangements to calling from the office to say thank you to the engineer was a pleasure and the company should be proud of its service.

I have had services from this company for a few years and each time find all staff very courteous, helpful and efficient. Recently, Kevin came and he carried out all work satisfactorily as they always do. It is nice to see a company one can recommend whole heartedly.

Mike came to service our water softener and change the water filter. We also needed a new tri-flow tap and Mike was also doing this for us. Very happy with all the work completed, full explanations given to suit my very limited knowledge including when the work became a bit more complex than it should have been due to the state of our sink and tap! The tap is now new and sparkling and no longer leaking. Mike was helpful and friendly.

I had my yearly service on my water purifier. As usual, the gentleman that came was dressed well and very professional. I was telephoned prior to my appointment with an update on the engineer's time of arrival and he arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and carried out his work. After completing his work he then explained what he had found and the part of the service that could not be done due to the wrong part being sent out. Kevin was very polite, thorough, very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company for the water softeners/purifiers as they provide a quality product and maintenance programme to ensure you get the best from your system. They are easy to deal with and you can always get someone to talk to if you need any help.

Lewes arrived to service my water softener by appointment. This is the second year he has undertaken this task so knew me and my system. He carried out the tasks that needed to be done, tested the water all over the house and garden, made a few adjustments, explained what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. If a water softener is to be installed I would recommend the service that this company offers.

Kevin arrived slightly earlier than quoted. Very quickly sorted the problem with a diaphragm on the drinking water container. Also sorted a problem with an old stop tap. Kevin has been here before. Always cheerful and explained what he was having to do.

Kevin arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He checked everything and found a leak outside which I was extremely grateful for. We had been experiencing some damp smells and it seemed a small plastic outside pipe had been nibbled through and I think this was the cause of the dampness. Thank you, Kevin.

Lewis did an excellent job in our service. He is always efficient and very knowledgeable. We have benefitted hugely from having the water filter from the Pure Water People. It keeps our appliances, shower panels and equipment in great shape as there is no scale. We notice the water quality a lot in washing and cleaning ourselves and clothes. And the reverse osmosis drinking water is the best.
