Great company
Had to get a new tap in our kitchen. Spoke to Kelly in the office who is always really helpful and she ordered a new one and gave me a fitting date as well. Got a call two days before to give me a two hour time slot. Kevin arrived during the stated time and proceeded to fit the new tap. He had a hard job removing the old tap as it was ceased, so he was here longer than expected. Kevin was very polite and efficient and left everything nice and tidy. Have been with Pure Water for six years and they are a great company to deal with.

Been customers for years with Pure Water - crossed swords once or twice over that time too, but to be fair the system we have has always been maintained well, Kelly and the back office crew always send out reminders for service work in good time, if there’s been a problem they’ve always be pretty gracious in sorting it. Kevin came to ours for a full big service - he was excellent really helpful shared some tips for us to get better use of the softener system and monitor our water usage was more than happy to explain what he was doing too. All good here.

Ten years without problems
We have been custoers of Pure Water (formerly AQATec) for ten years now. Each year we are contacted by phone to arrange a convenient date for the annual service which always happens on schedule and without issues. This year Lewis carried out a larger service, including replacing a Chemical Filter vessel outside. The price was exactly as we had expected and the work was done pleasantly and efficiently. Our experience has been good throughout, water is soft and we have no furring of kettles, limscale, etc.

Mike the engineer was very polite and efficient he explained everything about the service which was a 4 yearly major service. The price I paid was as quoted over the phone with no hidden surprises. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend the pure water people to anyone.

Annual service.
My unit was fitted in twenty nineteen and it has been regular serviced since then. The annual service was carried out with efficiency. The engineer was very polite and a friendly he complete the the job diligently and to a high standard. I can fully recommend Pure Water People.

Pure Water contacted us 2 months before the annual service plus filter change on our water softening system was due to arrange a suitable time. They called one week before to confirm the date was still good and give a time slot to expect the engineer. He arrived on time, completed the service very quickly and efficiently and also topped up the salt (above and beyond the normal service). Everyone at Pure Water is so friendly, helpful and efficient that it is a pleasure to do business with the Company . They also gave a 10% discount.

Good work with a most pleasant chap, Lewis has worked here time and again, look forward to next years service
I have had a very good experience with Pure Water and previously Aquatec at this address and at my old house at GL56 9AE. I often recommend it to my neighbours, telling them how clean kettles are kept and how good for all radiators. As for the carbonated water I produce with it - terrific.

Water system service.
I have just had a service/fault finding check on my soft water system, the engineer, Lewis, turned up on time and he was fully aware of everything my system needed and all work necessary to complete the service and solve the fault. I have two systems and he checked both thoroughly doing whatever required to ensure both were fully operational before he left. As usual everything was done efficiently and politely. I live in a hard water area using this pure water system eliminates limescale and improves the taste of the drinking water. I have had both systems for a few years now and couldn't ever consider being without them.

Completed within days of ordering new system. The engineer, Kevin, arrived on time, was polite, experienced and diligent in his work. Was able to answer effectively any questions I asked. Great service for another year
We have now had our system for 5 years so additional filter change required this time. Yes it's expensive but we have never regretted the investment and enjoy the quality of water and the elimination of limescale etc All the PureWater people we have talked to or seen have always been very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It's really good to know that we have a supplier of this calibre.

Excellent Service.
We have had our water purifier system now for around four years and in that time we have not had to descale our kettle or iron and reduced our electricity bill. Initially both kettle and iron had scale in them but within a couple of months, of installation, all the scale had reduced to nothing and, presumably as I haven't stripped them down, so had the scale in the washing machine and dish washer. The water heats up quicker, using much less electricity and so reducing our bill. Tea and coffee taste better, visitors usually comment on this, and we actually get soap suds when bathing and washing. The system is serviced each year, the company contacting us to arrange a visit and Lewis, our maintenance man, arrives on time, changes out the filters and carries out any adjustments quickly and efficiently. If we have any questions he always answers them in normal speak, i.e. not technical gobbledygook which we wouldn't understand. All in all The Pure Water People give an excellent service.

Good work and efficiently carried out
In 2016 we invested in a water purification system mainly because I had excessively dry skin and the GP suggested a water softener. My skin is now smooth and we consider the system a good purchase. It also includes a drinking water tap and ours needed to be replaced. Lewis from The Pure Water People came on time and was careful to use shoe covers and a mask. He replaced the tap, checked that all connections were secure and everything was left clean and tidy. He did a good job and was rewarded with a cup of coffee plus biscuits.

Yearly Water Softner service
We had the water softener installed in April 2013 and initially we thought is quite expensive but it has proved to be wonderful. All the water in the house is soft and we have no calcium lime scale anywhere and we are in a very hard water part of the country. Used the products that came with the installation and are just beginning to run out after nearly 10 years. The engineer comes when he says he will to do the service and the company ring us to make the appointment in the first place so we don't have to remember to contact them. Kevin came yesterday to do the work for its annual service. He was very polite, friendly and efficient.

Excellent Water System
I have had my pure water system for about 15 years and I’d never be without it. The benefits of the pure water are endless but the one that is best for me is the lack of chlorine as I am allergic to it. My skin has never been better and that’s due to the water. Washing away from home brings back all the symptoms of the allergy but at home they vanish. The water is gorgeous to drink and visitors always comment on its purity - it’s lovely on its own but also makes superior tea and coffee! Added to this the lack of lime scale means all sinks, showers, heating system and appliances and so on are scale free: everything is easy to clean and lasts much longer without the need for extra products. I’ve hardly had a problem with the system. Once a drinking water pipe froze but that was fixed by a lovely lady at customer services talking me through what to do and then engineers advising how to prevent it happening again. The second time, the water pressure changed in the area so I needed a value fitted, which the engineer did within a day or two so I was back up and running again. Customer service is excellent and they keep me up to date with servicing. The engineers are great too - they do the job with courtesy and a smile. I’d recommend the system and the company to anyone.
