As agreed, the service engineer Ian called very punctual today to service and change filters on my system. Charming, personable and professional representative of his company. Completed the service quickly leaving no mess having cleared up behind himself. Very friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending the company and its staff.

Kevin from The Pure Water People, called (as promised) prior to his arrival. Kevin explained exactly what he was going to do to the water system in order to carry out a thorough service. He did a great job, keeping all the areas around him clean and tidy. I am very pleased (once again) with the annual service of our water system.

Well impressed with the service, which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly. The service engineer, Lewis, arrived on time and immediately went to work, changing all filters, carrying out water tests, and tweaking the settings in accordance with his findings. He kept us informed of each step and gave us advice on the use of the system, even finding time to reassure our timid rescue dog, who is normally perturbed by strangers, but quickly accepted Lewis. All in all, we were very happy with the visit and the equipment, and would not hesitate to recommend both.

I have had my water unit serviced every year since purchase and every engineer that has visited has been prompt, professional helpful and informative. It isn`t the first time that Lewis has done my service, something he remembers which is a nice friendly touch. We had the water softener fitted 19 years ago when our daughter was young and suffering from eczema. Once of the main causes was the hard water in her baths, we also has scale in the kettle and discolouration on the taps. After the softener was fitted the eczema cleared up quite quickly and over the course of a year or two the limescale disappeared. We've had the same kettle for 10 years when the previous one lasted less than 5. We get through far fewer cleaning products than we did before and the soap seems to last for ages. Having had the softener for so long, we'd never want to be without one in the future. Our service today was quick and efficient. Lewis was very knowledgeable about the system and able to recommend future options for maintenance and upgrades. Noting the age of they system we know it won't last for ever so knowing there are options available has given us peace of mind.

The water purification system works well. The annual service was booked, confirmed and completed. Lewes came at the arranged time and did what was needed without problem or fuss.

We have used the service for many years, probably since around the year 2000, and I continue to be impressed by the level of service provided. The office staff are helpful and the engineers are knowledgeable and helpful too. The annual service for the water softener was brought forward by three weeks, which I was very pleased about. Kevin arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough job of checking water purity and then he installed the new carbon filtration unit (sorry, cannot remember its proper name) and ensured that everything was working as it should be and made any adjustments that were needed. I found him to be a very cheerful and friendly and he answered all my questions with patience and made sure that I was happy with the servicing of the equipment. Had our first 5 year service which meant a particular filter had to be replaced which is expensive but if that means we will have the same quality of water which we have enjoyed over the previous 5 years it is well worth the cost. Mike ( he originally installed it ) did a comprehensive service - extremely knowledgeable and affable person. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I can't praise Mike highly enough. His depth of knowledge is amazing. Where plumbers and heating engineers visiting our property threw up their hands in despair at the maze of pipes, Mike simply took the time to work everything out. He is patient and determined and good humoured, and always focused on the customer's needs. Absolute gold standard service.

Initial consultation was helpful and gave sensible options to meet our needs. Fitter, Kevin appeared on time and carried out the installation in meticulous manner in spite of having some space issues to contend with. He was clean, professional and never complained once! System itself is neat and provides the soft water we need. An excellent all round experience.

Lewis had come from Bristol to visit numerous Pure Water installations in East Anglia. The task with us was a review and service after the first year of our installation. Lewis did a very thorough job, explaining clearly what he was doing at each stage. He made an adjustment to make the system more economical with salt, and gave us a couple of useful tips about our regular use.

Had to get a new tap in our kitchen. Spoke to Kelly in the office who is always really helpful and she ordered a new one and gave me a fitting date as well. Got a call two days before to give me a two hour time slot. Kevin arrived during the stated time and proceeded to fit the new tap. He had a hard job removing the old tap as it was ceased, so he was here longer than expected. Kevin was very polite and efficient and left everything nice and tidy. Have been with Pure Water for six years and they are a great company to deal with.

Been customers for years with Pure Water - crossed swords once or twice over that time too, but to be fair the system we have has always been maintained well, Kelly and the back office crew always send out reminders for service work in good time, if there’s been a problem they’ve always be pretty gracious in sorting it. Kevin came to ours for a full big service - he was excellent really helpful shared some tips for us to get better use of the softener system and monitor our water usage was more than happy to explain what he was doing too. All good here.

We have been custoers of Pure Water (formerly AQATec) for ten years now. Each year we are contacted by phone to arrange a convenient date for the annual service which always happens on schedule and without issues. This year Lewis carried out a larger service, including replacing a Chemical Filter vessel outside. The price was exactly as we had expected and the work was done pleasantly and efficiently. Our experience has been good throughout, water is soft and we have no furring of kettles, limscale, etc.

Mike the engineer was very polite and efficient he explained everything about the service which was a 4 yearly major service. The price I paid was as quoted over the phone with no hidden surprises. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend the pure water people to anyone.
