The Pure Water People

We have had the Aquatec Whole-House Water Purification System now for nearly 10 years and so far it has provided everything that the Pure Water People promised. Each year the annual service has been organised well in advance, carried out on time, speedily and at the promised price. Each engineer has given helpful advice on how to get the best from the system. Looking back on the last ten years we are glad that we made the right choice of equipment and the right people to maintain it.

The engineer Kevin visited today as our display system electric panel had stopped working. Kevin identified the problem straightaway, a mouse had chewed through the wire. Kevin fixed the wire and inserted a non-mouse chewing covering, made a new hole and cleaned up afterwards and got it running again. Kevin was so friendly and professional. The difference we noticed without our water filter working was having to use more products, eg, washing, shampoo, Floor cleaning. Our skin was dry. All the tea mugs started having rim stains and floaty stuff on top of the tea and tasted disgusting. I think we have become water snobs. We’ve had our pure water filter for years and take it for granted, it’s not until it stopped working we realised how much we appreciate it.

We have had the annual service, carried out by Lewis, on our water purification system. The work, was, as ever, carried out competently and efficiently and Lewis was sure to establish with us whether we had any particular issues with the system. He also gave us useful pieces of advice on how to get the best use out of the equipment. Most importantly, we are left with excellent quality soft water, providing clear and pleasant drinking water, and completely cutting out limescale.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People. We had their purification system installed 10 years ago. Their annual service is excellent; we have never had to call them out at any other time to rectify a problem. Lewis carried out the service today and was efficient, knowledgeable and obliging. The purified water leaves our stainless steel sink easy to wipe clean; saucepans are easier to clean; the kettle does not have any limescale; the toilet bowl doesn’t have a limescale ring and the glass shower door and surrounds dry without needing to be wiped dry and there is no limescale residue.

The engineer Lewis is very helpful and tells you everything. Also, the system does what it should do. No limescale on the shower doors and no limescale in the kettle. Also, the radiators work better as there is no limescale in them. All in all, we are very pleased with the system.

Kevin the engineer was excellent, he arrived on time and kept to the agreed budget. He was a very likeable character and was in his element with my son's English Bulldog, a credit to the company. He was the first engineer to ever tell me how much salt I should be putting into the unit and was well organised. Kevin, keep up the good work.

Lewis did our annual service this morning. We appreciated his efficiency and explanation of the details of the service. The water purification system that The Pure Water People installed three years ago has led to the reduced use of all washing agents, e.g. shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, washing-up liquid, washing powder etc. The system also prevents the build-up of lime scale in pipes, radiators, kettle, iron, washing machine and dish-washer. We also appreciate the improved quality of our drinking water and no longer have to buy bottled water, which also means less use of plastic bottles.

Have traded with this company for many years. Have never had to complain about their service. Service engineers have always turned up In the time frame originally quoted when the appointment was made. Always careful to clear up any mess created. Always wear masks in these covid times. They never give a hard sell either. Latest service engineer to call was Kevin. As always was thorough in the tests carried out to make sure everything was working as it should. Payment through credit card done thru his phone was quick and simple.

Following a routine service the stop valve under the sink started to leak. It was very slow and unnoticed for several week. I contacted them and they came out very quickly and replaced the stop valve. Kevin the plumber was polite, quick and efficient. The company have always given excellent service and respond very quickly to any queries. The water filter system has been in place for approx 10 yrs and I would recommend it to anyone.

In late January I had a problem with my water purification system. I advised Pure Water People and they rapidly sent an engineer to deal with it. They immediately inspired competence. He clearly knew the system inside out and within a very short time had resolved the fault and then, unasked, checked all other aspects of the system. He was efficient, competent, professional and highly skilled. It was a pleasure to have him.

They arrived on time and carried out our service in a very friendly and professional manner. He carefully explained what he was doing and was very thorough.

The fitter Elliot arrived early and set about carrying out the service. I was advised in advance by the office that due to age the filter to my system would need exchange. Elliot carried out this change and made sure my water softener was functioning effectively and all the settings were correct. Full test was carried out. Elliot was friendly and was happy to answer my questions, he accepted a coffee but did not stop work until the service was complete. I then made a card payment for the work and service carried. Overall I am very happy with the job done. I have been a customer of Pure Water for many years and they have always been very accommodating and upfront and straight with there customer service and all the fitters over the years have been effective.

Lewis, their engineer, arrived on time. The problem with the system was resolved quickly and the part was replaced. He kept us informed as to what was happening. It is good to have soft water back again for showering and as it tastes better. I would recommend for the excellence of the system and their service.

we installed the water purification 2 yaers ago and it is great. No, limescale, and the water tastes fresh and clean. we no longer have limescale in the shower, kettle, and all other applicances. we had the system serviced by Lewis, who was very helpful, effiecent and offered good advise.

Lewis came to service our equipment today. He was very pleasant and professional, answered all questions clearly and did his work efficiently. We are very pleased with the Pure Water People who fitted our equipment originally and service it annually. They are always available to answer any queries by phone with no number system and electronic voice. There is a real lady! We get lovely silky soft water in our shower and bath and are pleased that the kettle does not fur up at all when we use the water from the drinking water tap. It gives us peace of mind to know that we do not have impurities in the water and that our washing machine and dishwasher work better as a result.

From booking this service to completion we received a professional job both from the office & here in our home. Our technician, Kevin was mindful of hygiene & Covid precautions and did a thorough service of our water treatment system. He listened to our observations of how the system was currently working & showed us the parts he was fitting & replacing. We are very pleased with the result and our purifier is now working perfectly again.

Very professional thought out. I sent an online enquiry and was called back the next day and an appointment was booked for a rep to come to the house at a time that suited us. Neill was very professional and explained everything to us. The engineer was then booked for a day to suit us. Mike arrived to fit the system. He was given a challenge as it was not a straightforward fitting, but rose to the challenge and completed the job very professionally. Mike was very polite and cleared up behind himself. He answered any questions I had and explained everything he was doing. He has great knowledge of the system. All telephone conversations with the company were polite and professional. From first contact to fitting completion (all within a week) we have been very happy. Not had any problems, but feel they would be very approachable with any queries. Would recommend.
