Kevin our engineer came at the time specified, he was efficient knowledgeable and friendly. Checked everything first before changing filters and cleaned up after the job. We are very happy with the work done and the friendliness of Kevin. He carried a bag of salt into the house for us could not do enough. Excellent.

Just had our annual service plus auto change. The engineer was helpful, fully explained what he was doing, provided an excellent service in a very professional way. I can not recommend him highly enough. I hope he completes our service next year.

the engineer kevin arrived bang on the appointment time . he was very efficent in his work and took all the time needed to service our water system fully .on completition we were given a full run down on what he had done .very pleasant gentleman ,we will be asking for kevin again when our next service is due

Kevin arrived to do the yearly maintenance on our water system. He came in and got right down to work he was friendly and courteous after the work had been done he left no mess taking any rubbish with him. I had to have a new faucet as mine was leaking, unfortunately, Kevin didn't have one to fit so after a few days Ian arrived to fit the replacement done in a jiffy with the same efficiency. Also thanks to Kelly in the office she is the voice on the end of the phone always nice to talk to her even if it is only once a year.

I couldn't find a local plumber, so called PWP as they installed and have serviced our water system for years. They were very helpful and were quick to arrange a visit to do the work. Keith arrived as scheduled and had brought two alternative taps as he had doubts about the clearance for the one I had chosen. All fitted and cleaned up afterwards. job well done.

Work carried out very efficiently and identified two problems; one was simple and rectified at the time, the other required a replacement of a faulty part which was also ordered at the time. The technician was very pleasant and clearly explained the problem. He effected a temporary fix for the faulty part which kept the system operating. Considering that the weather was very cold the work was done extremely well.

Our water softener system is now almost seventeen years old but still going strong. The service engineer, who remembered installing it all those years ago, came back to give it the regular service. As always, very pleasant manner and explained every process involved, including the way forward in the future when it will need replacing, hopefully not quite yet. It is good to have continuity with engineers, especially someone who explains everything in simple terms and is not condescending in his approach, and therefore is someone to be trusted.

We've had our water softener system for about seven years. The service from them is always excellent. A phone call to organise a service date from very polite people. The engineer always calls before or on arrival. We've had the same engineer for at least the past three years. He knows the system backwards and is always clean, polite, helpful and informative.

We had a visit from sales person - very helpful and knowledgable and also educational too. Was not hard sell - more a sell in the last 5 minutes or so but easily manageable - not pressurised. Given it was January we got a quick installation ( 2 days later) - on a Saturday which surprised us. We got confirmation phone calls as promised and Mike arrived bang on time ( after a long drive) and having started at 0830 he was done by 3pm - with everything boxed in and explained. Installation itself could not have been smoother, incredibly tidy and all rubbish removed . All appears to be working smoothly so we just have to wait for the impact on our appliances and taste buds Quality of equipment looks good on sight but the Rainsoft equipment used also has good reviews in the US (where it is from ). We will take a longer view on value when we start to see impact

Pure Water ( then Aquatec) fitted a water purification system 9 years ago and most years it has been serviced by Mike. Now he is the only engineer we will have and as usual he came on time, was pleasant, efficient and got the job done well. We insist on Mike as our engineer due to one occasion some years ago when another engineer left us with problems. Pure Water understand this and we are only offered Mike to service our system.

The unit was fitted in 2013 and it has been regularly serviced since then. This 2022 service also required the CRV filter to be renewed. As has always been the case the office informed us of Kevin the engineers time of arrival. He was on time, very efficient, cleaned the work area and explained the work that had been done to me. I can fully recommend Pure Water People as an excellent firm.

The annual service was carried out with great efficiency. The engineer, Kevin, arrived promptly at the appointed time and we found him to be an extremely competent and helpful individual; he was a real credit to his employer. The work was undertaken at the agreed time and at the agreed price.

Engineer Mike carried out a service of our water-softening system this morning. He was on time, extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. His examination of the system was thorough in the extreme. As well as the routine service he was booked, for he found a problem with a main filter membrane and the flow control valve, neither of which we had suspected. He changed both immediately (no call-backs required!) and tested the system thoroughly. He also managed to ease a stiff drinking water tap. We were extremely pleased with his work and general manner. Needless to say, he left the property clean and tidy. A credit to the company!

Mike came yesterday to undertake our full service and was excellent. He arrived on time, carried out the service very efficient and kept us involved in what was going on. He also gave us an update on what he had done when he left.

The engineer replaced our 25 years old system with a new one. The work was excellent and quick and he was very friendly and able to work around our very inquisitive cats with no problem. Explained the system and tidied up before he left. Very pleased overall.
