Excellent work - completely satisfied
A replacement water softener was fitted by the engineer, Mike. The job was completed on the day promised and the charge was exactly as quoted. The work was done professionally and the site was left clean and tidy and all the old installation was removed and taken away. The whole experience was worry free. The Office staff were so helpful and kept me informed at each stage. The Engineer was really professional and knowledgeable as well as being polite and helpful and patiently explained exactly what was happening. I am a very satisfied customer and I can thoroughly recommend this company .

Engineer Lewis impressed with his knowledge of the equipment. He quickly pinpointed the problem and replaced the damaged part, but what really showed his experience was his thorough testing to make sure the equipment was fully operational. He gave a detailed explanation of his work and what should be done if the problem recurred.

We have just had our annual maintenance service and RO system filter change done by Kevin. Kevin clearly stuck to Covid safety guidelines and was both extremely polite and knowledgeable. He recommended some changes to our system as it is now 15 years old and said he would get a quote for us but was in no way pushy. We have used this company to install the system 15 years ago and annually since then for servicing and we highly recommend them.

From first contact to book a date the team at Pure Water have been excellent. Got a reminder call to confirm the date/time. Kevin arrived within the time period and did an excellent job. He noticed a failing part and replaced it immediately. He was very tidy cleaning up as he worked.

Pure Water have always serviced my water system and they always carry out their work to a high standard, so I'm always very pleased with the work their operative do, however, today's engineer was outstanding! Kevin came to fix a leak in my pure water system and I cannot recommend his work highly enough! He was informative, knowledgeable and professional - he also cleared up completely after himself leaving his working area spotless. Excellent work!! :)

We had Aquatech Rainsoft put in a whole home water purification system 25 years ago and we have been very pleased with the system and the efficiency of the engineers that have serviced and repaired it over the years. It is now time for an update and today Mike (who has serviced our system before) came and replaced the system within 3 hours, making numerous improvements to the plumbing, adding a better bypass valve arrangement, and plumbed in the old water reservoir as well as the new one to improve the volume of water we can draw off (useful for Steve's beer-making). Mike left the plumbing under the sink in a much-improved state. Mike is personable as well as being thorough in his work, can't praise him highly enough.

Kevin (who has serviced our filters before, though this is our first review) was clean, polite, quick and efficient. During our annual service he changed the filters and adjusted the water hardness on our filter machine to ensure it's working properly and at its best. We hope we can arrange it so he comes again next year, as we find his work efficient and him polite and good company.

Kevin arrived on time as agreed - wearing a mask. He installed a new tap and in the process sorted out some problems left by a previous plumber (different company!) We were asked to look at the work as it progressed and Kevin explained what he was doing. A pleasure to have such a knowledgeable man and a very pleasant person. We need filtered water more than ever with so much pollution on this planet. It is reassuring.

Our engineer was Kevin. He provided an excellent service. Very knowledgable and walked me through what he was doing as I was showing an interest. Left the place nice and tidy. The product itself is excellent. Nice clean water and while the service is in progress you can see the filters being changed with the dirt and grime being removed. To think we would be drinking that from our taps if not for their water system!
