Installation date agreed within one week of placing order. Engineer Mike turned up on time, explained plan for the day & expected completion time. Worked cleanly & efficiently, helped with making some key positional & operational choices - even though these could have made installation a bit more complicated. Made sure everything was in place and working. Explained system and gave some hints & tips for making best use of it.

Kevin attended to revamp my pipe work and to install a new bypass. He checked for leaks and adjusted the PVR to increase the water pressure. He lagged all the pipework and the pressure is better. He was absolutely brilliant and then patiently took me through the new bypass system and wrote it down for me with diagrams . His work could not be bettered and he was very pleasant and friendly . I highly recommend him and the company which I have used since 1992 approximately.

About our sixth annual service for the “whole house” system installed by the Pure Water People of Bristol. Work completed by Lewis who has visited several times previously for the annual service work which includes testing the water quality, replacing filters and re-calibrating the settings. Helpful advice is also provided on usage and functioning to enable us to enjoy the benefits of properly filtered drinking and general use water and a scale-free supply.

We have used this company for many years since the system was installed in 2013 and had our water treatment system serviced every 12 months. They have always arranged a date/time to suit us and arrived on time. During this most recent visit the engineer Kevin was very efficient and even went further to limit his contact with us by wearing a face covering and completing the tests without the need to enter the house. We would definitely recommend this company.

Elliot came to perform the annual service on our reverse osmosis drinking water and ?4 year service on the mains water, including about 4 different filters. Elliot was polite and well mannered, and knew what he was doing. He had completed the work, checked and tested all for leaks in about half an hour. My part was to pay the bill of £367, including a 10% discount for a short notice booking. We have been very glad of this high quality water, for health reasons, yet the cost of servicing has seemed eye wateringly high.

Annual service of my pure water equipment was completed quickly, efficiently and in a friendly helpful manner. He clearly knew his job very well and did everything easily. Nothing to complain about. I thank the engineer for being as unobtrusive as possible in the house. He arrived early and had to wait for me to return just before his scheduled time of start which I did. He seemed surprised when I said I would pay by banker's transfer although I had told his firm that this was what I would do. The charge made was what was scheduled. No surprises. And a stress free experience. Well done all round.

Kevin from The Pure Water People carried out our water purification system's annual service this time. He arrived at the agreed time and presented himself masked and ready to begin work. He was friendly and informative throughout. This was our third annual service visit. Every engineer has arrived at the agreed time and they have all carried out the work professionally and all have been courteous and informative. The company always contact me a few weeks before the service is due to arrange the service appointment. I have always been impressed by their friendly and helpful office staff. I would recommend The Pure Water People for anyone who is looking for a water treatment system which goes beyond simply softening your water supply. It softens, filters and re-mineralises drinking water. we are in a hard water area and this system makes limescale a distant memory, and provides clear, clean and pure drinking water
