The Pure Water People

Kevin called and diagnosed the problem and explained how a replacement system could be installed. He returned to install a new system including the Premium Drinking Water system, plus the installation of a new tap which was far superior to the one we had, at a considerably reduced price. He could not have been more efficient or helpful and left his details for me to contact him for any problems or questions I had. There have been no problems since the installation which by its efficiency should result in less running costs. I would recommend Kevin and the Pure Water People without question.

This was the annual review and the crv filter change. Ian arrived punctually and the work was carried out efficiently and in so doing, he answered and explained all my queries. The setting up of the appointment was easy over email and the extra work to replace the cold mixer tap valve was sorted out with no problem. We’ve been with the company for several years and they are excellent in all aspects of their operation and communication. You won’t be disappointed.

Mike arrived on time and did a great job. Also explained what work he was doing and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Everyone at Pure Water People are helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

No complaints whatsoever.Arrived on time ,friendly approach and the engineer obviously knew his trade. When he went the area was much cleaner than he found it. I would recommend them to anyone.

A few days before the agreed service date I was phoned to confirm the appointment date and time, as well as the name of the service engineer. Lewis turned up on time and despite no answer to his knocking at the front door came to find me in the garden office. Lewis asked how the filtration system and water softener was working, which was perfect. Lewis got straight to work changing the filters for the drinking water. He then calibrated the the salt levels against the water consumption and fine tuned it. He cleaned out the salt tank which had become compacted and fresh tablet salt added advising me to top the levels up within the next couple of weeks. The whole process was about an hour. Lewis was informative, tidy and thorough in his work. I look forward to seeing Lewis or any of The Pure Water People engineers next year.

Kevin serviced our filters and I felt reassured our system was working well and that our water is clean. He was prompt and efficient and friendly. I am a happy customer.

Engineer Kevin has just left for his next call and I'm very impressed by the friendly and efficient service he provided. Communication from the company is good, both from the office making and then confirming the appointment, and from Kevin who was held up by heavy traffic but phoned to explain and offer a revised ETA. The work was carried out efficiently and Kevin was happy to answer questions about possibly moving the softener, making some very useful suggestions. Overall, I'm very happy with the service we've received today. It's difficult to rate the value of the service as I haven't looked at alternatives, but the amount charged seems reasonable to ensure the system works for another year.

Booked time was between 10 and 12 and Kevin arrived at about 10.10. He introduced himself and explained what work he was going to carry out. He carried out his tasks efficiently showing me any points he thought should be brought to my attention. Excellent work.

The system was installed to a very high standard. The equipment was laid out neatly and well secured by Mike, who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He discussed options and asked me to choose where I wanted the various components to be situated even if it involved extra work. Prior to this Neill did a great job of explaining and demonstrating what the system did. The company have been responsive, friendly and helpful at each stage. Mike left the system running perfectly and demonstrated how to top up the salt. I'm confident in the high quality of the system and the on-going support and maintenance they will provide.

We have had a purification system since 2007 and are very happy with it, and the annual service has always been very efficiently carried out, with the engineer (Lewis on this occasion) happy to explain what is going on.

Pure Water People came to refit and service my water system. The man arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and neatly. He even fixed my leaking sink! These guys are the best.

Lewis, the engineer, completed a thorough and efficient service of our water filter system including changing the filters. He explained fully what to expect after he'd gone and was courteous at all times.

We had our yearly service with The Pure Water People and was really pleased with the service that Mike provided for us. He was friendly, helpful and very thorough.

As usual a cheerful, informative visit to service our system. All waste containers were taken away so no need to figure out any recycling issues. Instructions as to running of tap to boost drinking water chamber were carefully explained, so good for general users.

Timing exact, engineer called when on his way. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing and why. Kevin was very knowledgeable.

I have dealt with this company for 22 years now & have nothing but praise at the way they go about their business. The engineers have always been on time, are very courteous & thorough in all that they do, explaining any problems that I might ask of them. The company should be very proud of their customer service record.

Lewis rang us the day before to check whether there were any particular problems and to advise his ETA. He rang again when leaving the previous job. As last year Lewis wore a face mask indoors and was very helpful and considerate. He spotted a leak in our outdoor tap which he fixed very quickly. He was very thorough working through his checklist, and the visit lasted about an hour. This was an annual maintenance visit and replacement of filters.

Kevin was friendly, polite and efficient. Explained everything. I would recommend the Pure Water People .

Kevin sounds more like a doctor from that title, and I suppose he was, really. He arrived with a good 'bedside manner' , checked the water softener 'patient', changed it's 'treatment', then gave it a clean bill of health. A pleasant company to deal with altogether.
