Lewis did his usual competent job on our water filtration system. He is thorough and keeps me informed of what he is doing as he works and what may happen in the future.

Service engineer - Lewis - carried out our annual service today. Very professional, thorough and really helpful in advising everything we need to do to keep our water filtration system in good working order.

A professional service from a knowledgeable young man who gave good advice on things to consider before our next service in 2 years time since our present unit is 20 years old.

The annual service check for the water purifying system was due & Kevin the engineer passed earlier today to complete this. He was v professional, polite & punctual, even calling beforehand to let me know what time he’d be arriving at the house. He kept me informed about what was being done and why it was being done and tested throughout the entire check. All finished until next year. Very pleased. Thank you.

Another successful service. Plenty of advance notice given to arrange the appointment, including a reminder a few days in advance, and Kevin arrived on time. Very polite and helpful, explaining what he was doing (and why). The work included renewing tap washers and showed the old washers. All rubbish removed when the work was finished. He explained what should happen for the next service.

Good yearly service. Professional carried out. Very polite and wore a mask and distance was used. Our engineer for this service was Kevin.

Lewis was, as always, punctual, friendly and courteous and, so far as I can judge, very competent. The water softener was serviced and all filters changed as necessary according to schedule. Tests were completed and guidance given for checking a new filter and maintaining water quality.

Mike spent two days with us on what was a complicated job, moving our softener from the loft to the garage. This was a complex and detailed job going from one side of the house to the other and from upstairs to downstairs. We could not fault the work in any way. Mike was punctual, pleasant and fastidious. He left everywhere that he worked tidier than he found it! He worked nonstop and explained each change he made, discussing it with us before making final decisions. He did a brilliant job and we are delighted with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend your company and would particularly welcome Mike back for any future work Thank you.

The engineer arrived early to the appointment, was smartly dressed and was very polite. Came to do annual service and was to the agreed budget. Area left immaculate when finished. Very knowledgeable and helped with re-routing drinking water pipework in the new kitchen layout. A very good experience.

My water man was Kevin who was very polite and friendly and did an excellent job what more can I say?

Mike arrived promptly yesterday morning to service our system. He was extremely efficient and went the extra mile to point out the front outer wooden cover of the equipment could be turned around as it had suffered damage from the sun. He did this for us and also gave us a good tip to protect the lid in the future. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the service visit.

Elliot arrived on time and carried out the above work in a timely and competent manner. The system was tested and demonstrated to my satisfaction and the work site left clean and tidy.

Today I had two great guys turn up, Mike & Kevin, to install our water purification system. Mike did the initial survey, and it was really nice to have that level of continuity on the order. The survey showed that whilst possible, it was not a straight forward installation as the bits and bobs would need to be sited in different locations. But Mike said, not a problem. They turned up this morning just before 9 a.m. After driving up from Bristol area. They went to work. I needed to pop out for a few hours, and had no concerns leaving them in my home unsupervised. It was nice to hear their banter between themselves, which was polite at all times. I really like the fact they were like this on my job, and shows how happy they are in their work. At all times my Wife and I were treated politely, and with respect - as you would expect. I am so glad I used this company, and did not go elsewhere. This was not a good decision it was a great decision.

Lewes arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and then gave a thorough annual service. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This filter system is one of my best investments. Very happy with all aspects of this company.

Planned beforehand for a convenient time, accurate time of arrival fine. Efficient check all round the actual equipment, all taps in the house and garden, electric plug point. Salt topped up, which was a great help, saving me a heavy lift. Could not have asked for anything more. Well pleased.
