Pure Water People came to refit and service my water system. The man arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and neatly. He even fixed my leaking sink! These guys are the best.

As usual a cheerful, informative visit to service our system. All waste containers were taken away so no need to figure out any recycling issues. Instructions as to running of tap to boost drinking water chamber were carefully explained, so good for general users.

Kevin turned up on time with plenty of warning. Went through the whole system and the service was brilliant. Everything was explained very clearly. It could not be bettered. He talked to me while doing the service and explained why he was doing what he was doing.

I have dealt with this company for 22 years now & have nothing but praise at the way they go about their business. The engineers have always been on time, are very courteous & thorough in all that they do, explaining any problems that I might ask of them. The company should be very proud of their customer service record.

Lewis rang us the day before to check whether there were any particular problems and to advise his ETA. He rang again when leaving the previous job. As last year Lewis wore a face mask indoors and was very helpful and considerate. He spotted a leak in our outdoor tap which he fixed very quickly. He was very thorough working through his checklist, and the visit lasted about an hour. This was an annual maintenance visit and replacement of filters.

Kevin sounds more like a doctor from that title, and I suppose he was, really. He arrived with a good 'bedside manner' , checked the water softener 'patient', changed it's 'treatment', then gave it a clean bill of health. A pleasant company to deal with altogether.

Annual Water Purifier System Check

The annual service check for the water purifying system was due & Kevin the engineer passed earlier today to complete this. He was v professional, polite & punctual, even calling beforehand to let me know what time he’d be arriving at the house. He kept me informed about what was being done and why it was being done and tested throughout the entire check. All finished until next year. Very pleased. Thank you.

Another successful service. Plenty of advance notice given to arrange the appointment, including a reminder a few days in advance, and Kevin arrived on time. Very polite and helpful, explaining what he was doing (and why). The work included renewing tap washers and showed the old washers. All rubbish removed when the work was finished. He explained what should happen for the next service.

This company was recommended after I had a flood in my property. My insurer was initially refusing to help but Allpropertyclaims fought my corner and liased with my insurer expertly and a repair was agreed. My home looks better than it did before the leak. Lewis was, as always, punctual, friendly and courteous and, so far as I can judge, very competent. The water softener was serviced and all filters changed as necessary according to schedule. Tests were completed and guidance given for checking a new filter and maintaining water quality.

Re-positioning water softener

Mike spent two days with us on what was a complicated job, moving our softener from the loft to the garage. This was a complex and detailed job going from one side of the house to the other and from upstairs to downstairs. We could not fault the work in any way. Mike was punctual, pleasant and fastidious. He left everywhere that he worked tidier than he found it! He worked nonstop and explained each change he made, discussing it with us before making final decisions. He did a brilliant job and we are delighted with the outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend your company and would particularly welcome Mike back for any future work Thank you.

Unlike lots of other companies we undertake the difficult more technical work, you invested in us to treat your water many years ago and were happy that we could help you with continue to treat your water after your home renovations! The engineer arrived early to the appointment, was smartly dressed and was very polite. Came to do annual service and was to the agreed budget. Area left immaculate when finished. Very knowledgeable and helped with re-routing drinking water pipework in the new kitchen layout. A very good experience.
