The Pure Water People

Kevin, the engineer, arrived at exactly the time arranged this am, to service our water softener. He was very polite & didn't mind working around us + 3 young grandchildren. I have been with this firm (Aquatech) for many years now & have always been treated with the greatest respect.

I have just had the annual service of my Aquatec Rain Soft system by the Pure Water People. Their representative, Lewis, arrived on time, was very professional and thoroughly checked the system to make sure it was operating at peak efficiency. He was happy to answer all my questions and gave me advice on good maintenance. I live in a hard water area but since having this system installed there has been no scale in any appliances and I am extremely happy that I made this purchase seven years ago.

Mike has just done our seventh annual service. He arrived on time and carried out the work without any problems. The water treatment unit still works as well as it did on Day One. No mess, no hassle, just efficiency. Limescale is a thing of the past.

It is the second time Kevin has now paid us a visit to carry out service and maintenance on our water filter. he has always conducted himself in a pleasant, polite and respectful manner, always working fast and with no fuss maintaining the highest standards. Being a bit nosey and forever asking questions, I appreciate the time Kevin takes to explain what he is doing and why he needs to do it. Even the main office has always been polite and respectful when we have spoken with them. With company ambassadors such as Kevin visiting the experience with them is second to none. We have used the company before and the engineer has always arrived in the allotted time slot. Kevin who did the service yesterday was polite, professional and cleaned up as he went along.

We had a water purification system installed by ‘The Pure Water People’, formerly known as ‘Aquatec’, some 9 years ago. Each year around July/August we have a regular inspection, and service as required, carried out by the Aquatec engineers. This morning Kevin conducted the annual service, having kindly phoned us with an accurate estimated time of arrival, he was punctual, courteous and very tidy in carrying out the appropriate service. Afterwards Kevin was extremely helpful and positive in advising what needed to be done to relocate our purification unit to accommodate planned building work. Overall his performance was excellent, he is a splendid ambassador for ‘The Pure Water People’, and maintained the very good service we have experienced from them over the past 9 years. Thank you.

The work carried out on our water softener installation was the routine annual service, which involved checking the whole system and replacing the necessary filters. The appointment was made by the office in good time and this was followed up just prior to the visit with another phone call to check all was still as arranged. Kevin, the technician, phoned in advance to advise of his imminent arrival and arrived exactly at the arranged time. What was most impressive was the detailed account and explanation he gave of each part of the service process he was carrying out. The work progressed very smoothly, the system checked and left ready to use. Billing to the agreed price was carried out on site. The whole process was efficiently carried out and hopefully the same technician will be able to return in a year's time.

I would like to thank Kevin for his usual efficient work on the service of our Pure Water Filters. He is friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I like the tidy efficient way that he works. Kevin advised me on the right salt level for our system and on the best way to order a salt delivery.

Arrived promptly following arranged time carried out service and replacement filters without any problems explained following service what he had done and what we should do next. Filled up a comprehensive sheet of work carried out and the amount due had already been entered as agreed by the office. Delivery of salt had arrived before service and without paying until service a very trusting company whom we have had the pleasure of dealing with over a number of years now. Due to medical needs in the household, the appointments which had been made had to be cancelled during the last few months but the company had been very helpful in handling the take up of another scheduled time and very understanding to our needs. Great customer service experienced by all at Pure Water.

We just had our 5th annual water softener and water purifier scheduled service. For an area with very hard water, it's amazing that we have forgotten what limescale even looks like. A big thank you to Charlotte for helping find a date for the appointment and for having impeccable phone manners. A big thank you also to Lewis, for being punctual, quick and efficient with the servicing. Overall, a very nice company with great people working for them.

We had our original install in 1999 and have been very pleased with our water softener and drinking water system. We needed to move our unit outside and decided to upgrade our 22 year old unit to a new gold system. Pure Water People were very helpful and efficient to deal with. Cathy was very friendly and appreciative of our lengthy and loyal custom when giving us a quote, Kelly was very quick and efficient responding to emails and Kevin did an amazing job on install. Kevin explained all the pipework changes well and did a neat and tidy job. We are very pleased with our gold unit install outside, the wooden box looks very smart.

From our first call the office staff were friendly and most importantly not pushy. Kelly and her team in the office arranged an appointment the following Saturday and confirmed the appointment the day before. Francois visited on the Saturday and both myself and my wife were fairly adamant that we would not be buying anything. The presentation we received was informative and friendly and when the quality of our water was demonstrated compared to "Pure water" we were amazed and had changed our minds very quickly. Again there was no hard sell here and we were not pushed at all. Having decided to proceed with the system an appointment was made for today (Tuesday) where are engineer, Mike, arrived on time and could not have been more friendly. He explained what was happening as he went on and was always happy to answer any questions (having the equipment himself this was no problem). Once the installation was done he carefully explained what each part of the equipment did and specifically which parts we would need to look at and deal with. The quality of the fittings were excellent and Mike worked very neatly and left no mess. I would strongly recommend from my dealings to date and look forward to enjoying amazing quality water for many years to come.

Firstly I would like to thank The Pure Water People Administration team for a very timely reminder that our water softening system was due its annual servicing; for booking an engineer date and time that suited ourselves, and for providing a quote of the expected cost. The engineer (Ian) arrived at exactly the beginning of the quoted timeframe and was as pleasant and chatty as he always is (we have had Ian carrying out the maintenance on our system for many years). He asked about any issues we had with the system and then explained what planned maintenance and component replacement he was carrying out. I was then able to leave Ian to carry out his work whilst continuing with my own. On completion Ian had tidied everything and left no mess in either the kitchen or garage where our filtering systems are. He explained what he had done, what issues he had found and what components had been replaced. He then explained how the system would take a few hours to stabilise again but said if we had any issues or worries we could give him a call and he would sort them out as required. We have had no further issues so haven't needed to call him. On completion I was able to pay Ian for the work rather than have to contact the Admin team again which was really convenient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend The Pure Water People if you are thinking of installing a Water Softening System in your house.

The engineer arrived early & carried out the service efficiently. He explained & demonstrated every step of the way.

The contractor's technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He explained clearly what he was doing and how to proceed after he had left us. I cannot comment on the value of the work, as I have nothing to compare it to.

We have had a water system with the company for about 15 years and always going them to be friendly, helpful, flexible and efficient. We used to have the full system but at the moment just have the drinking water unit. We were called reminding us of the need for a service should we require it and booked the next slot available when an engineer was in the area. We had a reminder to say when Kevin would be coming and he turned up bang on time. Kevin is always very friendly and helpful and takes time to explain what is needed and why. He was helpful in advising us when we moved in and we asked for him again this year to change the necessary filters. Always brilliant service and we have been impressed with this company since the beginning. Thank you!

We're very happy with the installed system we have and the annual service was carried out very efficiently with minimum interruption by the engineer (Lewis) at the arranged date and time.

We've had a Rain Soft / Aquatec filter system for a few years now and we've had no problems with it at all. The Pure Water People look after the annual servicing and maintenance and we've always been happy with their service too. Technician Lewis came to us again this year, prompt and friendly as usual. He had due regard to the various 'Covid Safety' requirements, he checked that the information that they had about our installation and our existing water supply was still current, and then went about his work explaining what he was doing and why. Lewis left the work area clean and tidy, and gave clear advice as to our next steps and what to do if we found or perceived any problems. We have found that the filtered water we use is better for us than the water as supplied by the water authority, and if anybody is looking for such a filter system I would recommend having a serious look at this company first.

I have had a water filtration system for many years which was originally fitted and is now serviced by the Pure Water People. They have excellent customer service and always remind me when my annual review is due. Flexible about dates and changes to those dates. I have always appreciated the professionalism and friendly manner of the engineers over the years and Elliot was no exception. He very kindly refilled my salt container for me (not part of the service) and took away the rubbish. Quick, clean and efficient.

The engineer (Lewes) was on time, courteous and very thorough in servicing our water conditioner system. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have had our system for 5 years and have been very pleased with it. Long gone are the days when we had to descale kettles, taps and shower heads. The company has always given excellent service and Lewis has been our regular engineer calling by way of prearranged appointment to undertake an annual service of our system. He followed Covid 19 guidelines and we felt safe during his visit. We would thoroughly recommend this company and its product.
